The whole experience of a DUI was unpleasant. This step and the person who works here was the best part of it all. He is very prompt, professional, understanding, flexible and many other great things. I hope I never see him again.. But this is definitely a place I will recommend to anyone who needs it.

Jose has been amazing to deal with. Always on time, always able to squeeze me in even last minute. He always answers his phone or calls back. Not one complaint dealing with Jose. I would give him 100 starts if I could.

Jose is absolutely the best. I not only was having issues with intoxalock as far as certification and where it goes but I also had an issue with my battery that caused my car to lock up. Jose came and met me at oreilys (which he didnt have to do) and helped me get it started after I switched my battery out. Im honestly super grateful for him.

Jose really takes the time to explain everything make sure you fully understand and goes Way Beyond to make sure youre situated I gave him 10 out of five if you ever need an interlock

Jose is really professional and really helpful during the process of having to have an interlocken in your car. I don’t particularly care for having one in my car lol but he makes the process more smooth.

Very informative. Kind and courteous. All the paperwork is very well explained and included. Operation and red flags all plainly explained for optimum operation. Ive had one other done somewhere else and this place doesnt leave everything to you, they have it all included so youre not walking the path blind. Definitely suggest ppl come here over many other places.

After using 3 different service centers this by far was the best . In the middle of a very difficult time they made the process much smoother. Always professional, friendly and helpful. I would only recommend this place to get serviced!

After having issue upon issue with my Intoxalock device, this service center was able to get me in quickly and solve the problem where other service centers gave me the run around. I would highly recommend using this center for all of your Intoxalock needs if you want someone who actually cares about having you as a customer.
