Have always had great service at this location. I deal exclusively with Mike B. who has has always been very helpful, and had vehicles done in a timely manner.

Tires were a little pricey but the customer service was excellent. Unfortunately it is a very difficult to understand what they are saying with their mast on and barriers and background noise so as the gentleman was talking we were trying to understand what he was saying.He was very kind enough to repeat himself a couple of times.

These five stars are not only for Town Fair Tire, but also for Mike was went out of his way to help us when we were in a tight spot. We were travelling from upstate NY to Acadia National Forest when we had a belt in a rear tire shift. If we had gone anywhere else it would have set our already short vacation behind by more than a day. Mike got us in and replaced the tire, and we were back on the road with only 2 hours lost. All this was done at a very reasonable price as well. Thank you Town Fair and thank you Mike.

Stranded with a blowout in Rangeley today and towed in to Augusta Town Fair Tire at 5:40pm, and closing time was 6pm. Mike and crew mounted and balanced 4 tires and got me back on the road by 6 pm. !! Amazing! Thank you for your customer loyalty and great service... Which is why I keep coming back ....

Overall not a horrible place to go. The prices online and the actual prices they charge you do vary quite a bit. So just be sure to bring extra money with you

Jason was exceptional. He went above and beyond to help me get the best deal possible. He contacted NH, to get me better tires than I initially inquired about stating they were better in the snow and they were on clearance. I had previously went to another tire store and was told the only tires in my size would cost $1000. I am so grateful I went to town fair tires and dealt with Jason which decreased my bill by almost $500. I will always be a town fair customer based on the exceptional service and care they give their customers.

We chose the Agusta Maine location and it could not have been a better choice. It was super clean and competitive prices. Needed tire for my trailer. I didnt have it with me so I just bought the tire. Had one of the largest dealerships in maine mount and balance the tire. I used the tire for 10miles just to get home.Vibrated so bad come to find out has a broken belt in the tire defective right from the start. Took it back to town fair and they told me just by looking at it that it was over inflated never put a gauge on it. Had them physically check the pressure. And it was perfect pressure. Then they grabbed a completely different brand trailer tire and compared tread depth coming to the conclusion that I wore off a 32nd. And that they couldnt do anything for me. Never will i go here again. Save your time and your money and go somewhere else.

Jason in you Augusta store went above and beyond customer service for me and he deserves to be recognized for it. I purchase two ATV tires from him and when I could not get an appointment the following Monday ( my only day off ) he agreed to meet me just off I-95 in my home town over 30 miles away on his way home and pick up my rims, mount the tire and return them to me the next evening on his way home saving me over 70 miles of driving and several hours of my time! all with a smile while giving the sense that it was not big deal . well for me it was a big deal and deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond the call of duty in the name of customer service. They didnt have a record of my appointment. They removed the key from the ignition after I asked them not to, as the truck will give you trouble starting if you do. After removing it and lying about it to me over the phone, they couldnt get it to start at all, thus being unable to do my tires. I wasnt surprised when I got the truck to start myself in LITERALLY 2 minutes. True incompetence was demonstrated here, not only today, but with more than one experience with them. I would recommend walking everywhere you go before Id recommend getting tires here. Tire Warehouse on Bangor St is BY FAR the better place. Go there.P.S., they left on my dome light. Nice.

I met with Mike Brown and talked for a bit on what i wanted for tires. He found a nice set of agressive tires for my truck at a great price. We had to order them but they came within a few days. We shopped around and chose Town Fair Tire based on reputation. We called ahead and very carefully walked through what we needed for winter studded tires on new rims. We prepaid. We made the 3-hour round trip. After waiting nearly two hours, we were informed they had ordered the wrong tires. We made an additional prepayment and returned (3 hour round trip) a few days later. After waiting over an hour, we were informed they didnt have the correct brake calipers or some other such excuse. We finally had to request a refund. Waste of time, gas, wear and tear on us and our vehicle. And now we still dont have winter tires and have to start the whole process over again somewhere else. Total fail on the part of Town Fair Tire Augusta

Good prices, friendly staff, but they cant keep an appointment to save their lives. I have had 3 vehicles in for tires and alignment in the last 18 months. The fastest appointment had me leaving 2 hours after my appointment. The worst so far, was a bit over 5 hours. Currently sitting at 3 hours. They have let people with no appointment ahead of me all 3 times. Why take appointments if you arent going to keep them?
