They accepted my package for return no question answered all my questions and were very helpful and polite Robin was the main person I spoke with very nice and she answered my questions. I was in and out quickly. I would recommend to friends. And like I said Robin answered all my questions and was very helpful and polite.

I would be hard pressed to think of a customer experience any better than I had on 3/25 at the FedEx Ship Center at 162 Whitten Rd in Augusta, Maine with Julie and Wanda, two delightful, exceedingly helpful, knowledgeable professionals. I had an expensive, delicate overseas shipment that needed to be in France quickly. They made sure the package was appropriately packed and routed. Julie and Wanda clearly enjoy their jobs and are great ambassadors for FedEx.

I was on the receiving end of a FedEx operation. The driver, Ben, brought the package down the driveway to our home, smiling. I am writing to you because the other delivery people seem to believe that we live in our garage, and drop/lean packages in all sorts of weather against the garage wall. Especially citrus outdoors in winter. Ben obviously could perceive that there was a home a short distance away, with lights on and so down the driveway he came. My delivery driver in Spruce Head ME is the worst there ever was. He won’t even deliver a package if he thinks there is a dog near by. I’ve literally seen him just get back in the truck and leave because my neighbors dog barked. He says “I’m not allowed to get out of the truck if there is a dog out” I saw him throw my package out the back of the truck on to the ground in the rain when it required a signature. Delivers things to the wrong address constantly and he always smells like weed, must be smoking in the truck which I know is illegal by DOT regulations. I actively avoid ordering things if they use FedEx for shipping

I have not had a single shipment arrive on time or in the right place from FedEx, I feel like they hire sloths exclusively. I called once after getting next day shipping and they admitted that the fault was on their end, they then told me that, even though they still advertise a refund if your package is late that they had discontinued the service due to covid. these companys that use covid as an excuse to charge you for a service they will not provide are absolute trash.

I received a call that a driver had told them I moved and to tell them my new address. Needless to say I have NOT moved. I called to speak to someone and was told 10 days ago that my package was coming the next day and not to worry. My package is STILL sitting in their gd warehouse. Id like to know who the hell made up this excuse that I moved. Deliver my freaking package!

Superior customer service & outstanding delivery drivers! Ive normally used UPS over the years for delivering my Christmas packages but a friend told me FedEx was incredibly efficient. She was right! The lobby attendants & everyone else involved got me through this overwhelming Christmas/Covid time with no delay or problems! Tyvm 👍👏💯

My one star rating is specifically in regards to Fedex’s automated answering system when you call the phone number. It’s nearly impossible to talk to a human being and not a robot. The system forces you to go through an endless phone tree leaving one so desperate that you’ll select any option just to talk to an employee. If you are lucky enough to talk to a person, chances are they can’t answer your question and will transfer you back into the automated phone system and the whole cycle repeats again.

Greeted with we dont do that here when I brought some returns for Amazon purchases. No hello, how are you today? The visit before today I didnt have cash and they have a minimum card purchase of $5. They conveniently have $1 candy bars for sale at their counter, I had to buy 3 to get to the $5 purchase needed. Ill be using Brunswick for all my shipping needs. Thanks.

Extremely Bad timing. I had to wait several days for a package to be delivered. A very Important package. So dishonored by the effort FedEx made this week. I would not suggest ordering From nor having packages go through FedEx. Thank you for your attention to this serous matter. (UPS PROUD!!)

My account told me there was no need to sign for my package, but then I was notified it was a failed delivery attempt. I called the customer service line and explained the situation and said I was at work, and they told me they would reschedule the delivery between 4pm and 6pm after I got out. Then I get a call from the local fedex site stating that they’re not sure they can accommodate this request, but if they could it would be at 3pm which I very clearly stated would not work.

The service was outstanding. I was in a bind while traveling out of state. The lady working this day helped so much and helped save my vacation. Thank you. She offered multiple options and got the best price for me. She even helped recommend restaurants after I was able to get my keys overnighted. The worst delivery service in Maine, they leave my packages at a different persons house EVERY TIME. They rely on stupid google map which shows my road as a private driveway with a different address, so they just leave it at whatever house they choose. Then I have to go through their 2 week search, before I can get credit and reorder. I have no problem with UPS or USPS, just Fedex.

Rather than drive up the freshly plowed road to my house, the driver tied my package to a mailbox at the bottom of the hill. We dont even have a mailbox! They tied it to someone elses mailbox, and we had to call multiple times to find out where it was! The tracking description said it was delivered to our door on time. Then when delivering my mothers important medications, the pharmacy sent them early, but we keep receiving them a week late! This branch needs an overhaul!

I called because after a week person never received my package. I dropped it off at this location a week ago. Guy who answered was very rude and said there was nothing he could do. Didnt even TRY to help. Package is lost.

Had a package come in that required a signature. Was at work, so I couldnt accept the delivery. Ask them in person at the facility to deliver it after 3pm so I can be home to accept the delivery. Nope! 9am!

I paid for an overnight shipping of a small package, they tracked it all the way to my house then never even got out of the truck to drop it off. I ran outside after them. Never stopped. They then sent a message to my email saying I was unavailable to receive package, Im unavailable because I was chasing after you guys! The fact there isnt a number to reach them at is ridiculous. I called the customer service hotline and they just told me to call when the store opened at 9. Oh good advice, not. Just a joke all around

FedEx is a horrible shipping company. Making excuses to not deliver when others do.... They cancelled a 2 day service delivery on me because of snow...Umm we live in Maine.. It snows in Maine.. UPS and USPS both delivered... They didnt cancel but then again they like repeat business... So I recommend you use one of their services...

I wish Id read this before what a shame is fedex...my girlfriend sent me a important letter from Pennsylvania to maine on Sunday July 1st and on the computer said it will arrive Tuesday July 3 at the end of the day and never came then they changed it to Friday July 6th at the end of the day and it never came now they changed it to Tuesday july 10th and Im here losing money because i havent got that letter

If ANY of my packages are delivered by FedEx it gets sent too the WRONG ADDRESS. Once i get the alerts that packages have been delived i have too go hunt them down in my neighborhood because apparently their drives do not know how too read an address label and compare too the actully street address.

I bought some computer parts off of a website that uses fedex to deliver the parts, I paid for the parts on September 28th and paid for the shipping, the parts were due on the 10th and I have checked again today and seen that the date has changed to the 11th and the package is in mass. and I live in Maine and it is saying it takes over a week to get here!?!??!

FedEx continues to disappoint. Package started tracking for delivery at 530AM. Supposedly will be delivered by 8PM. Less than 60 miles away from the center, we get an update at 7PM that the package will be delayed until four days later, after we already wasted a whole day waiting because signature was required.

FedEx has a problem finding my address about every other delivery, its a crap shoot if Im going to get it. Makes me wonder how these people delivered at all before gps.....

Dread hearing about parcels via Fed ex. You wait, they dont arrive. You go to collect, they have the parcel on the van. Fed Ex Ground at least try three times before returning to sender.

A Fed Ex driver just left a heavy package addressed to me at the top of my driveway by the road! We have a business here and anyone coming down the hill to turn into the business would have hit it. Totally Unacceptable!
