Lots of different sized washers, an abundance of dryers all of which take both coins & cards. There is a public restroom, tanning beds & they do fluff & fold service. The parking situation is decent plenty of room to get in & out.

Great place... they have a woman named Christine that works Fridays and Saturdays that does a fantastic job on my laundry. Shes top notch and I wont go to anyone else .

This place could be cleaner, the washers are sometimes really stinky, either overpowering detergent scent or musty.

Always clean and always available machines price seems fair and reasonable to me staff are always helpful and polite and cleaning or doing laundry as well as assisting with tanning which is offered they do accept apply pay so you can just tap your phone to the machine and go both washer and dryers as well as accepting card payments and as always cash or well coins small toy selection for kids to play with something and a tv as well. Washers go from 20lbs all the way to a whopping 80lbs prices range from 2.75 to 9$ for washers and dryers are the same .25 per 5 minutes of dry time I recommend for larger loads breaking it down as it takes less time drying

I Ive never been to this laundromat and the lady was especially helpful and even gave me some tips and hints on some products that I had never used before.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Prices very reasonable. They offer drop-off and pick-up laundry and dry cleaning. And a tanning salon if youre interested in that sort of thing. Large free parking lot and handicap accessible.

By far the best, cleanest, cheapest and overall friendliest laundromat that Ive ever used! Including the one I used to work at! I spent $98.50 and was there during busy hours and everyone, staff and customers were so awesome! I have myself, 2 girls and a brand new grandson and can only get to the mat once a month and you guys are great every time! Love you guys and thank you sooo much for putting up with me today and really every month I come in! Stay amazing!!! ❤💛💚💙💜

This Laundromat is the best of the best! With clean equipment and a helpful staff, this local Augusta, Maine Garden Island Laundromat n Tanning has it all!!!! Ive used this establishment for going on 2 years now an have never had a problem that wasnt solved immediately ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.That being said Id like to give an excellent employee their dues, SHERRI not only has a friendly demeanor but also an amazing work ethic that gives this Garden Island of Augusta, Maine this EXCELLENT REVIEW!!!!

The prices are reasonable and the staff is generally helpful, while some are more friendly than others. My problem I have here regularly, is less about the business or staff, but about other customers. Quite often there are people having arguments, bugging you for money, being loud and causing trouble in general. When it is all calm, I am happy with the place.

Less expensive than others. The neighborhood and some clientele are suspect. I have been accosted for money and have had my clothes stolen from a dryer. I go usually first thing in the morning. Less people.
