Hired Bouchard Cleaning & Restoration for water mitigation and mold remediation. They failed the job 3 times despite having the mold expert (hired by me) telling them exactly what needed to be done to properly remove all mold and pass inspection. I therefore fired them and went with someone else who passed first try.5 months later they contacted my insurance claims department and tried to get paid for a false invoice. Thankfully my insurance company informed me and with my security video evidence proving they did not provide services being billed for, I did not have to pay.They are crooks, insurance frauds, and incompetent of mold remediation.My recommendation: do not use Bouchard and hire a mold expert (Tiffany at Inspect All Maine was a savior!).
