Chris was able to rid my laptop of a lot of sludge and viruses that were causing problems. He also recommended a good antivirus program to use instead of the free one I had relied on before. I dropped off my laptop and the problem was diagnosed within about 15 minutes. Part was ordered. Even with it being during the holidays and slow mail I felt I got my laptop back quickly. Fast service, reasonable rates and great customer service. Highly recommend.

Kris looked at my machine right away, communicated with me promptly, and was accurate in his assessment. He recommended that I buy a new computer rather than sinking money into an out-of-date antique (which would have been more profitable for him), and salvaged and downloaded all my files. The service was professional, friendly, and very efficient. The price was extremely reasonable.

I choose this place randomly based solely on the number of good Google reviews and Im really glad I did! I brought my computer in, it was immediately checked over and an estimate given. With ordering the parts and all I got my computer back just shy of a week. It looks and works great- issue totally resolved. Dropped my gaming PC off to have my CPU fixed. When I got it back they had fixed the problem I had with my CPU, in addition they also fixed a few other problems I had with my motherboard. They had the opportunity to overcharge me and they didn’t. I recommend using their services.

Took MacBook to big box store who said it was cost over $500 minimum to be repaired and would takes weeks to get back. Called this store and spoke directly to the owner who knew exactly what was wrong with it. Dropped computer off and it was finished 24 hours later at a fraction of the cost.

Ran into a huge problem with my gf’s computer. Set it on a pile of clothes with the charger cord plugged in but not plugged into any outlet. Fell off her dresser bureau and damaged the charging port. Took laptop to Best Buy 🙄 only to find out they couldn’t even see me or look at my computer.I found Kris online, called him before closing and was so accommodating. She had projects she needed to complete for Christmas and we were in a panic. Had part for charging port next day but come to find out not only did it need that but the mother board died! Ugh just my luck! Kris ordered mother board and had it to me within a few days even after a holiday week. I was able to get my gf a computer to work on for the time being, Kris moved her data to the computer she was using!Under any other circumstances and I know taking this problem to a big box store they would have said sorry can’t be fixed by a new computer! Kris was understanding, wanted to help as quickly as possible and even took care of me on labor and replacement of parts!I won’t use anyone in the future except for Kris!
