Denise Mayo was so helpful and friendly. She was even able to pull up my W2 on my phone and email it to herself. Something I was totally clueless about doing and she got my return filed fast. She was awesome.

My preparer was very professional and quick. I was waiting for more steps but she was already done. I would recommend her to anyone. She does need a bigger space as the space that she has is too small

As a previous client of Jackson Hewitt. I am very please with the customer service. The location is very convenient. Yvonne Brown at 2120 US HIGHWAY 92/Auburndale Wal mart. Very professional and knowledgeable. She had me in and out just im time to catch the next bus. However i do feel that the filing Fees are a little to high. I do understand that there are much more to be done with those documents once filed, and the government maybe to cause of such decisions.Thank youS.Dorcemus
