My wife and I went to just get information about our final wishes and then we met Andrew. He explained everything so thoroughly that when we left we felt comfortable with the decision that we made. Thank You Andrew for making a difficult time easy and sometimes even enjoyable.

George and his team did an excellent job helping setup everything necessary. He made going through this hard time much more bearable. I highly recommend their services.

Do not choose Wells Funeral home in Plant City. Ott-Laughlin is a much more professional and reliable. They did not offer lies and excuses at such a dire and painful time. Ott- Laughlin is a far better choice.

Went in to prepay and preplan cremation. I already have a site here with monument. Spoke with Trish. All the people here are knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. When the time comes my next of kin has to just make one phone call.

Super! I was a vendor so my experience was different than that of a bereaved. Still this is a very nice place and way better than Baldwin Brothers who are awful. Stay away from Baldwin Brothers.
