Showed a picture and the picture had hair on his head about an inch and a half to two inches of hair on the top. She straight shaved it all off completely. She drug the clippers all over his head and it’s terribly irritated. Our poor 8 year old is going to be hackled for weeks until it can grow back and get cut by a real professional. She shouldn’t even have a barbers license, which wasn’t displayed by the way. The elderly lady with the glasses by the check in desk should not cut hair ever again. If I could give negative stars I would. Fire her immediately.

I had the pleasure of having my hair cut by Denise.She was very sweet, & gave me exactly what I wanted. Long layers, try to keep as much as my length as possible, but still get rid of my dry, dead ends. Their pricing is great, the cut was great, I will definitely be going back to this place in the future.

They are great i wouldnt go to any one else to get my hair cut they always do an excellent job and staff is very friendly Love this place.

Went with my 6 year and the lady put a patch on my sons head didnt blend in the low fade went to high and she didnt know what she was doing I asked the lady for a medium fade and she messed up my whole edge line went way to high now and she charged me 38 dollars Im and very angry at the poor service I had WILL NOT GO BACK

Im very wary about getting my haircut, and so is my Dad. However, that said, this has become our favorite place to get a haircut since moving to Auburndale.Its a small salon, at busy times its probably a bit of a wait, but I didnt wait for long. Never having been here before, one thing that made me nervous was the little language barrier. Luckily, someone was there to translate, so that nervousness was negated. During the haircut, the hairdresser was very nice and overall did a great job, a haircut im still happy with a month after. She even styled it into a nice braid for no extra cost. Id love to personally recommend her but I unfortunately cannot recall her name.When it came to payment, unfortunately their card reader wasnt working at the time. It all worked out and it was probably an abnormality, but its something to note. A big pro here is that I got my haircut for 18$ I dont remember if thats before tip or after, but either way its a steal to me.Overall, I really recommend this little salon. Also, the owner seems to be very responsive on Google reviews, and thats part of the reason I chose this place over others. I really like when owners respond to reviews, it might not always be practical for every business but when possible I think it shows an extra degree of care in their service.Edit 2/19: going to remove a star because there was a bad haircut as result of miscommunication.

Went here to get my colored & highlights. I picked a medium brown for base & light brown highlights. We had a long conversation about no blonde. My hair is bright bright red & blonde highlights!! The owner did it herself. She knew i didnt like it but still charged me. I will never let her color my hair agin. Im so upset. Now i have to pay $70 MORE $$ to get it fixed. She charged me $80 & she knew i didnt like it.
