Jessica was great. I needed to get homeowners insurance for my new home and after reading the reviews and seeing great reviews about Jessica, I gave her a call. She was very professional and patient. I told her what I needed and she was able to quote me the best price for both car insurance (2 cars) and homeowners insurance. I actually am now saving $100 per month by switching to State Farm. They also offer a program for young adults (Steer Clear Program) that will save money. Whenever I emailed Jessica, she always replied back promptly and was very friendly when we spoke on the phone. They have no care for members of the US military or military families. My family has been with State Farm for 30 years and they way we were just treated shows they don’t care about you. Will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Need good coverage for a good rate, Allstate!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM.....can’t speak for whole company but Dee Crowder will tell you any and everything to sell a policy. Quoted one thing then billed something WAYYY higher, then when confronted says “well its more than 30 days”!!!!! WILL ANSWER EVERY CALL AND EVERY QUESTION PRIOR TO SELLING THE POLICY, AFTER POLICY SHE HIDES BEHIND EMAILS AND “SHE’S ON THE OTHER LINE”!!! LARRY WALKER PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS BECAUSE YOUR COMPANY IS AS GOOD AS YOUR EMPLOYEES REFLECT!

(Changed my rating) Rates were really high at first and when i first spoke with my state farm agent i thought i was paying more for less coverage than my previous insurance company (Gainsco), But once all the down payments were placed and the applications went through our rates were not as high as they were quoted which was a relief. Rated 3 star overall. Insurance rates are still pretty high compared to gainsco but at least if i ever do get in an accident ill be covered and this insurance company wont treat me unfairly like Gainsco did.
