Service technician was prompt, courteous and COVID-compliant. He let me know what services he was going to address and the results. He also asked if I had any additional questions or concerns (both inside and outside the premises). Great experience! Thank you!
Im in my second year using Edge. They notify me a day or so before my service, when they are on their way and arrive.ANTS! I HATE THEM! Edge keeps me very happy keeping them away. Its the best money I spend on home comfort.
Watch out for their contracts that are not explained, and services that are not clear. We live in Kent, Wa and had called b/c of rodent and ant activity. However we also have a dog with epilepsy and we were very clear that we could not use chemicals. In fact we had called multiple companies looking for someone that wouldn’t use chemicals. They assured us it was not a problem and offered all these other services. Well both trips out this far they were getting ready to spray and we had to stop them. Turns out if you aren’t using chemicals they have nothing to offer but setting some traps out which we are perfectly capable of doing ourselves and not paying the high fee. The first trip they had said they would wipe off the spider webs too, but the guy never even made it to the back of the house for that. There was also not any kind of inspection or tips for preventing rodents from getting under our house which was first promised. They have no other services despite the first phone calls saying they did. We cannot have chemicals around our dog and thankfully were able to stop them this far. Not trusting that we can catch them every time we called to cancel and are now told we are in a two year contract and cancel fee is $450. 🤬 This definitely was not explained to us. They were over the top accommodating and understanding in the beginning, but the service and follow through since doesn’t match. I would avoid and go with someone else. There’s no need to be in a contract for getting some traps laid out. We are extremely disappointed in their communication and lack of understanding.
Don’t love the contract I got and when I switched from my prior service provider to theirs rat/mouse control was part of the service within my contract agreement. Months later I was charged the same but they said their packages had changed and mine didn’t include rat/mouse removal….. I still have a couple quarters to commit to this service but given the choice I would eliminate this from my expenses.
Never had a rodent problem in the 17 years Ive lived in my home until some neighbors starting feeding birds. Then I saw a couple of rats and maybe their babies or mice. I searched on Home Advisor for someone to take care of my rodent problem and Edge was the first to call me. Please note that Edge is very high pressure/high sales contact minded and although I stated multiple times that I wanted the rodents gone, they offered a 2 year pest control contract (which I only signed thinking they would solve my rodent problem). The contract was approx. $1100. Edge came to my home, I explained the problem was at the fence line between my property and my neighbors. After that they installed 1 bait station. The next day when I found a rat on my patio table, I called them back. They came out and stated they would get more stations installed but couldnt do it that day. Third day, a third technician came out (without any more stations) and stated that theyd bring more stations and replace the seal in my garage door (for an extra $129). Then the supervisor came out and since no one had communicated with him, I went over everything again, and told him third strike and youre out. What I meant is that if they didnt get rid of the rats/mice, I would end my contract with them. Unfortunately since I signed a contract, they informed me if I cancelled, Id be subject to pay half of the remaining contract ($550) for them doing absoulutely NOTHING to get rid of my rodent problem. I informed them that I had taken care of the rodent problem myself (Just one bite), but they still would not cancel my contract without charging me $$. DO NOT USE EDGE Pest Control unless youve got money to burn. (The picture is of a rat I killed with the product I bought. The rodents would not go near the stations...especially the one they set right next to my home (which was not infested, but may be since they are drawing the rodents near my home, not the fence line, by placing the station up against my home).
Would not use them again.They are expensive and deceptive!!The guy that came to our house was not wearing a mask when speaking to me during a pandemic.
Everyone that I have dealt with both on the phone and the service people are excellent! They are quick to respond and did a great job.
My service was scheduled for a Monday between 9am and 1pm. I changed around my plans for the day to stay home and wait for them. No one ever came and I did not receive any response from the company.Two days later I am woken up by a loud knock. It was a service tech from Edge. I was very confused because I was not informed that he was coming to my house. He told me that the company scheduled him to come.The communication and professionalism of the people who represent this company is poor. I would not recommend this company. They do not value the customer.
Kaleb Smith was wonderful to work with. He immediately jumped on my issue and had it resolved in a matter of minutes. I had another pest management company and they were not half as through and I still had an issue agent the fact. The service that I have experienced with Edge so far has been wonderful and I havent had a sighting since my first service.
All the technicians who come out are always very respectful and professional. They did a special spraying in my garage for spiders so we will see how that goes this fall. Overall Ive been very happy with their service.
I want to start by saying their products are amazing so for that I would give 5 stars. The staff is great to. My problem is trying to get a appointment that they stick to is impossible. First appointment no time slot just the day so waited all day to find out they I was going to have to reschedule for today. They told me 8 to 12 I called confirmed and was assured they would be here. 12 tech calls and still over an hour away. Rescheduled for Monday so I guess we will see if this appointment happens.
I was very disappointed. I called because I found mouse droppings. I was told that I couldnt purchase the rodent bundle unless I already had the basic contract, so I signed up for both. The guys came out and did a fine job. When he was setting the traps he disturbed a mouse, which I personally caught and put outside. They came back a week later to check the traps, which were empty. We havent seen any other signs of rodent activity. When I called to request to cancel service, I was told I had to pay an additional $500 cancellation fee on top of the $450 Id already paid. The manager knocked off $50 for me, but I still just paid $900 to get rid of a single mouse, which I did myself. I realize the letter of the law is on their side - I did sign the contracts. I would have been ok with just paying the $450. My advise is that you better be darn sure you have an extensive problem before signing up.*** Update - It was just the corporate offices that were hard @sses. I managed to get a hold of the local guys and they are willing to work with me. ***
Edge was on time, thorough and even found some ants and treated them.
After 4 treatments still have the voles. If after 5 tries I still have voles I will have assume that they don’t have the means.
Robin the technician was prompt and professional. He did a great job. And he was very sweet to my new puppy who was extremely happy to meet him!
Would not recommend. They have been out multiple times and have not stopped the rodents or ants. Evey time we have a resevice they send a different person and they say how there workers are doing the job wrong and set things up differently. Yet they set mice traps for rats. Yet they never bring what you need even know youve called and told them you need rat traps and ants are coming in the house. The rodent issue, well the tunnel under the house is bigger yet they havent stopped the issue. I have to call and set up a reservice to get them to check there traps. Our old service would automatically come out and check. We will be cancelling service soon!
All the agents have been polite, timely. Good notification. Responded quickly to any concerns. Have not seen any more moisture ants since they have begun regular treatments. Also decreased spiders. quick efficient and friendly. I do recommend. Tried another provider in the past and the rep was friendly but dealing with company was not.
Great company. We got 1 month guarantee of the ants treatment at my apartment in Kent. The ants came back and my tenant let me know three week after when we were out of the guarantee period. They still provide me the other treatment for free. I really appreciate the services.
Came out to my spray multiple times and I still have ants. Called customer service multiple times and was told the manager would call back with no phone call back. Then $300 later I asked to cancel my service because of the poor communication and still having an ant problem now Im being told I will have to pay a cancellation fee. Do not use this company for your pest problem!
Huge ripoff. Told them we were canceling the contract because they insisted on exposing their employees to COVID and we didnt want to support that business. They responded by charging us $150 to spray water around and call it good. Save your money.

UPDATE: AFTER POSTING THIS REVIEW THEY CALLED ME BACK! Thank you for responding so quickly Edge! We SOLD our house and one month prior to listing we started attempting to call and cancel our services. That was in February. I am now in May and STILL trying to get through! I have called so many times I’ve lost count. I tried their chat option- only to receive a “hello how can I help you message “, once I outlined we needed to cancel, NO RESPONSE. I noted the woman’s name in the chat... since I received NO RESPONSE, I tried calling right then. As an existing customer option, as usual, NO ANSWER, leave your number and we will call you back, that NEVER HAPPENED! Okay so I called back using the NEW CUSTOMER option and my call was answered by a woman with the same name as the one in the chat! But she said she COULD NOT cancel our services, that was a different department. I asked for a call back from ANYONE BUT PREFERRED A MANAGER. You guessed it, NO CALL BACK.Today we received a text message that they are scheduled to come to our old house and to confirm appointment or call them. I CALLED AND LEFT MY NUMBER AGAIN!!!If you ever want to cancel these services for any reason, take my advice, DON’T START IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. Can you hear my frustration? I hope this message results in a call back!
TJ came out and serviced the place in a timely manner. He pointed out potential weak points on the siding of my house and offered tips on how to seal it. He offered different insight then I received from the last person who came out. I appreciated getting another look and perspective as it added to my understanding and helped me better seal up my home. I am waiting for him to follow up on some information the last person said they would give but other than that this service has been a great value.
Extremely difficult to cancel your contract and contracts auto-renews without any warning. Online portal does not allow you to cancel the contract. There is also a clause in the contract that you cannot sue them and YOU pay for any legal fees. Read before agreeing. Why would a legitimate company have that in their contract for a PEST CONTROL service? Called time and time again, and started keeping records to cancel the services and have also spoke to the bank on options. This is absurd. Never again.Update: Edge staff finally called me back after a few months of calling and I *should* be cancelled. Will updated if I am charged again. It should not be this difficult to cancel a pest control service. Still keeping detailed records on all interactions.
Clunky at first but Williams knowledge and service stellar following that. Clunky is probably natural for a first meeting.
Only got their service once a year or two ago but I remember they did an amazing job at an amazing price. Hadn’t gotten their service in a while due to not needing any pest control services yet (yes, they are so good at their job we haven’t had pests in the last year or two since they came) but I definitely recommend them.
They always come at the time when I am not at home. I have requested for a certain time so I can be at home for them to come inside to spray as well. But they never follow the instructions that I needed the service for.

I would not recommend this company to anyone, their customer service are so poor with communications. They tell you what you want to hear but yet they dont communicate as what is service to be done.. Its very misleading. Dont be a fool with them, I have been their customers for a while and I still dont feel they care about their customers. They leave you hanging until you call and complaint to them. I highly look for another company.

This was our 1-month service after signing up in June. In June, a door-to-door Edge local manager knocked on our door. He was very professional, courteous, respectful of property and wore a mask without us asking. He explained the service and pest issues. We signed up. A representative arrived a few hours later to do the initial service. He called about a half hour before arriving -- all went well. Today, our 1-month service, was preceded by an email a few days before the scheduled date with a request to confirm service. I called Edge to note we had a few problem areas. The representative arrived today and had the notes -- the office is organized! Today, the representative called and left a message about a half hour before he arrived. As with the initial, service, very professional, knowledgable and thorough. We had had a large outdoor presence of ants. The reason Edge returns one month after the initial service is to deal remnants. We did have some ants after the initial application, but only about 10% of what we had initially. Today, the rep said to call in a couple of weeks if we still saw ants, and for that service, if needed, there would be no charge. We are very pleased with Edge.Now, September 2021, 15 months after initial service. Professionalism remains fantastic. Email and message alerting of upcoming service, allowing for rescheduling if better for customer. Listens to concerns; explains what will be done; after service, explains what was done and what was noticed. For September 2021, Lomarde was the service specialist. He explained very clearly and reminded us that if we saw any problems to call Edge within a month to receive a complimentary return service. All representatives have been fantastic. We have not had ant problems since contracting with Edge.
Competitive prices and the services seems promising, based on the reviews, but their outside sales reps arent highly unprofessional. Pushy, assertive, and refuse to take no for an answer. Please dont stand there and ring my doorbell three times while were all working from home. And do everyone a favor by wearing a mask. And lastly, no means no. I tried to be nice and courteous, but their lack of professional and refusal to stop talking, stop pushing, completely soured the experience. Id buy their service, but not through their massively unprofessional sales force.

Cody was our technician and he was very thorough. He started with an inspection of our attic and our crawlspace per our request. Then he proceeded to spray on & around our home, replacing mouse & rat bait. Lastly he spread granular ant poison around the edge of our patio & all throughout our decorative rockery. As, usual, the serviceman called to indicate when he should be expected. Upon arrival he asked if there was any pest presence on the inside of the house (there had been none). He then completely treated the outside and reminded me that I could call for a follow up if I did happen to see a pest on the inside before the next visit. The Edge people are extremely courteous, friendly and neat.
I had a very nice toung man come to my door selling insct services. Against my better judgement i went with edge cause i really liked the kid. Bad mistake on my part. Edge came out once sprayed and literally 2 hours later i had more ants then before. I call edge and speak with a manager named Kayla, i tell Kayla i want to cancel. Kayla reassures me that they need to come out again to get the hatchling and she would call after the service to see how it went. Instead i go to use my debit card and edge had pulled out a patment that was NEVER scheduled and wasnt supposed to come out till we figured out if i was staying or not. when i call edge to see why they took a unauthorized payment out noone could giv estraight answer. Monday comes and Kayla back in office and gives me a call and instead of trying 5o fix problems she makes them worse. Now i have to pay a cancellation fee of over 500.00 but i still have bugs! STAY AWAY FROM EDGE. Insight pest control is much better and they actually get rid of the problem they say they will.
This is the worst pest control service I have ever tried. Their service has done absolutely NOTHING to curb any pest issues. When contacted about my dissatisfaction, on two occasions they sent someone out to spray a stronger solution inside my home. I had them cover every room in the house, and it was if they had done absolutely nothing. Finally, in frustration, I called to cancel the service with one treatment remaining in my plan, explaining how incredibly dissatisfied I have been with their service. After speaking to a manager, the customer service rep told me they would go ahead and terminate service, and I would owe nothing on the account. Later that same day I received an email saying I still had to pay $143!!! After calling to clarify what I assumed was just an automated message error, their supposed customer service manager told me I would indeed have to pay the $143 because it was for service already performed yet I had been told previously the balance due was for the one remaining service. I explained that if that was indeed the case, they were trying to charge me for a service that did not work and was completely ineffective. They still want to charge me. I was told the CSR I spoke to made a mistake, and they would still have to charge me. Absolutely unbelievable. AVOID EDGE PEST CONTROL!
I lived in my current home for many years without any rodent problems and no pest problems. After a neighbor with 4 cats moved, we got rodent visitors. That sound in the wall that you dread. I did some research and called multiple places, rodents can cause serious damage, and my home is my biggest investment.Edge was extremely responsive in the middle of the pandemic. I have a contract with them and each technician they send is professional, well qualified, on time and customer oriented. They point out things to watch out for and go above and beyond what is the minimum in the contract. They dont upset and are always courteous. Highly recommend. I know some people go the DIY route, I am glad I went with the experts.
George was our service technician today and he is prompt, courteous and a consummate professional.He called my phone well ahead of time to give me an eta, and showed up at that time. I would love to see George service my property for my pest needs again in the future. Edge, you got a good one here.
I’m very happy with Edge! Everyone who services my home is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about their work. I haven’t had any issues with spiders since using their quarterly service, and any time wasp/bee nests start forming Edge takes care of them right away.

Weve been using Edge for over a year. We had rats running the place. Now we just see some activity outside periodically. Unfortunately our neighbors dont have garbage service and this keeps the rats fat and happy. Thankfully with Edge we have no activity inside and havent for several months. So happy....

The initial scheduling and communication process was quick and efficient. Today I had my initial service and it was not at all what was described. The techs came out and were here for a max of 15-20 mins. They left without confirming what they had done and then put on my invoice that they were here for almost an hour! The invoice described Top to bottom service which was not provided. When I called customer service, they tried to pull up the invoice to tell me I was wrong and they had put down this time to this time. I work from home so my daughter texted me when they arrived that text was a different time then listed on my invoice. I have cameras in the main parts of my home for security so I have proof of how long they were here. Customer service ultimately said they will have others come out to redo it. At this point Im not holding my breath.
***STORY IS LONG, SKIP TO END FOR WARNING***What a disappointment and ultimately terrible experience. We got Edge mostly because we got a friendly knock on the door and live in a wooded area so wanted routine maintenance.Construction was happening next door and some ants got kicked up and we had a PROBLEM. We had Edge out countless times. Each time we had a different person, with varying degrees of skill set. There was no consistency and the issue persisted. We FINALLY got a great tech (shout out to Sam), and requested her specifically for future visits since she was the only tech who demonstrated training/understanding. Each subsequent visit we got another person. We called numerous times. Again, each time talking to a very nice but different person, all with various reasons of excuse for bad service, inconsistent training and general lack of care.***READ***We called to cancel our service after months of trying to resolve our issue, and were informed that the contract we thought we had agreed to was in fact longer than stated by our friendly door knocker. He had told us, and we agreed, to 4 treatments over the course of one year. We were informed that it was in fact nine visits. When we contested, they said they had a signed contract. With no recollection of signing a contract we asked for a copy and the signature was forged. We contested again, and were informed that they had us on tape agreeing. True...to different terms! We contested again and they said they would make us a deal and charge us for one more visit. Gross.There is other game in town, do more research and move on from Edge.
I think people, per their reviews, don’t quite understand. Edge came out and treated my home. They did a very thorough job.Spiders!!!! THEY WILL ALWAYS be there- welcome to the PNW. If you expect them to get rid of all your spiders then find the nearest rainbow and get the pot of gold! It’s not going to happen.What they will do is keep the numbers down to a reasonable amount. I understand that I have a job in this too, that job to is to keep my outside clean and picked up. Then with their treatments I will have my property controlled.Give these guys a break, no one on this earth can eliminate every pest you have.
We have had a contract with Edge for about a year and a half. Their pest control service mostly works (although the mosquito treatment had to be reapplied), but their billing is pathetic. We have used the same card the entire time. It is the card that successfully pays all of our bills. However, for the last 7 or so treatments, Edge has been unable to process that card. I went and confirmed that all the information was correct on the customer portal several times. They still cant manage it, call me several times, and then have to send it to IT or their Billing Dept. to make it go through. The next service comes around, and the same problem happens again. Basic transactions are not this difficult. The ONLY reason we are still with them is because wed have to continue paying 50% if we break the service contract ahead of time. Were out as soon as this contract ends, and will be going to a competitor company who can function doing basic transactions.
The technician always alerted us of their arrival status. They were always professional and cordial. During the appointment they were very attentive to the problem areas that we pointed out. We believe the job was done thoroughly each time and we are pleased with the appointments. The treatments have been very effective as we have seen a significant change in the infestation inside the home and outside. We had to engage them a few times to treat inside the home and they were very flexible with the scheduling. Those infestations quickly disappeared and have not repeated. We are very happy with the service.
We live in a new community and received a very friendly knock at the door. We proceeded to sign up for a 1 year service. Unfortunately what we signed up for was not the service provided. We spent 45 minutes discussing the contract with the gentleman at the door, specifically the areas in which we were concerned, rodents.Our salesman was so assuring, stating that we would get bait boxes set up same day, and explicitly said if you do not want to sign up for a 1 year contract we do not have to yet.We agreed that 4x a year was not too big of an issue IF we saw the service was working. We got charged a 5th time & when we went outside realized that the bait boxes that we were PROMISED were not there.We spoke to two different individuals who although nice, could do nothing about the 5th charge except for a small credit. Additionally, we were told that they couldn’t come out to put the bait boxes for at least 2 more weeks. Essentially, we paid for a service an extra time, and not even the full service.I get shady salesmen, but this takes the cake. The sales rep at the door lied and took advantage. We would be fine if they would just correct their mistakes, or even take ownership.I would even delete my reviews.It seems the edge does not care about their customer service one bit. I asked them what are they going to do about the fact that their employees have lied, they simply said that there is nothing they can do.If I were a representative at Edge I would take some time to clean house. I can not imagine that any self respecting CFO would want to know that their employees are conducting business in this way.

I just spent $150 for a quarterly service for a tech to be here for 8 minutes. Im not exaggerating. This is by far the worst run company I have ever dealt with. Its always a different tech and they all appear miserable.Its a marketing company, not a pest control company.Initial review... Well see how it goes as I signed up for service, however my initial service was not effective. It was performed in the dark, while raining heavily, and therefore there are still lots of hornet nests and spider webs, etc all over my home because the tech couldnt see them.If you sign up, I recommend not allowing them to service your property in the dark.
I was very impressed wicked edge company! The very thorough they even spray the trees in your roof! They find things that you dont know about may take care of it! I really appreciate the young men that come out! I didnt get the name of the person that came out yesterday on August 18th, theyre all very nice but he was just exceptionally nice! So far all the people have to come out have been just exceptional very professional good job edge!
I rent a house; every Spring through to Winter for the last 10 years we have had a terrible Ant/Insect problem, but last year they stayed all Winter. We even had Ants farming Aphids onto the leaves of our Vegetable garden.My Landlord hired a private Exterminator, and supplied us with spray, but it didnt make much of a difference and was still awful.An Edge Pest Control representative came by and I turned him down, then a week later I saw another one at my daughters house and decided to give them a shot.That was the BEST decision that I could have made to get rid of those Ants.Almost immediately after the first treatment there were no more Ants in the house, and soon to follow, not too many to be seen outside.The gentleman that came to the house was Professional, Courteous, Knowledgable, and Thorough.Today we had our 2nd treatment; different Technician, but again the same great service.Even resprayed the basement at our request, just for my own peace of mind.Never thought I would need a Pest service, but very thankful that Edge came through my neighborhood.
All Edge personnel have been completely polite and professional during my first two services. No issues on that front. However, I must not have understood correctly when I initially signed up for my services. The sales rep that showed up to my door was a nice guy, again also professional. I ended up signing up for 9 treatments at a price that I would say is fair, considering I don’t want to have to worry about bugs in my brand new home, and it gives the wife peace of mind.I ran into problems when I called and asked about mosquito treatment and critters in my lawn. I was advised I would have to sign up for another 6 treatments for a completely separate fogging service at $83 per service. I was caught off guard because I thought I already signed up for “pest control” and believed this was covered in my “plan.” I vaguely remember the sales rep mentioning mosquito treatments being included in my contract.So I will be cancelling my services after my 9th treatment (or face punishment in the form of fees for cancelling early), and doing the jobs on my own to avoid being nickeled and dimed.I also asked a rep over the phone if I could just sign up for one fogging treatment and was told no. That I would have to sign up for the whole 6 treatments for the next few months. Honestly I can purchase a gallon or auto spray insect repellant form Jome Depot for $30 and save a bunch of cash.

We had a wonderful technician named Justine who serviced our home this time. She was an absolute joy to have. Not only was she efficient, but also very thorough. We haven’t felt like we’ve had the most in depth spray services to our home until she arrived. She was very knowledgeable about our pest issues and where they could be. She even found an ant nest right outside our home! Please give her a raise and have her train your other technicians on customer service and work ethic. 10/10 review for her.Thanks again. An Edge Sales Rep was walking door to door in our neighborhood and stopped by at our house. It just so happened that weve needed pest control services ever since we moved into our new space/property. Jackson was very friendly, super professional and did not pressure us into a sale. I really appreciated his time and knowledge explaining everything to us. He was very personable. We were able to get a same-day sign on discount which we enjoyed. Within the same day, we got our first service. Sam was pleasant and also friendly. Our kids really enjoyed watching her do her work around the property. Thank you Edge!

We just moved into our home a months ago and Cody was in the neighborhood soliciting new service. Unlike many comments here, I have no issues with a professional in uniform soliciting my interest in their services. If I did, I would have a sign informing them as such. Concerning COVID - Cody wore a mask and was extremely professional in presenting his pitch. I was already looking for a pest control service, so I was grateful to listen to the details presented. Cody was able to answer all my questions and get me signed up on the spot. I had already done some research ahead of time, so I was ready to go.About an hour later Sam called to inform me she would be stopping by in 45-60 min. She arrived on time and walked the perimeter of the house with me and again answered all of my questions and communicated clearly what services she was going to perform.She spent about an hour on site and did a very thorough job applying material and removing a couple small wasp nests. She checked in when complete and let me know when they would be back to perform the next service.All around professional class A service from both Cody and Sam! I am very satisfied and look forward to having them fight away the pests for our family.⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
First time using a pest control service, and so far so good. Andrew was my tech, explained everything about their services and answered all of my questions perfectly. Educated me on everything he was doing. He was extremely thorough, And Im pleased to say Im already seeing results.
On their most recent visit, the technician respected our do not ring doorbell sign (we are teaching online and need the house to stay quiet). Instead they phoned to double check that our dogs were inside before they entered the back yard. Very helpful of them!
I am extremely disappointed in the service i have had since signing up with Edge. The technicians are nice, but you can not reach anyone in the office. When i first signed up they wanted me to pay via deduction from my account. I gave them a cancelled check. For some reason they could not get the payment to go through - so i kept receiving texts, emails, and you an not get anyone to answer the phone or call you back when trying to resolve it.I finally called like i was a new customer signing up for commercial, thinking someone would answer- and yes they did. He could not help me with my complaints but he was happy to take my credit card.Then i tried to get them to have the same tech come as i have organic plants and dont want that area sprayed- they will not give you the same tech, i think they have high turnover. they e-mail when a tech is coming, but you cant reach anyone if that day or time does not work. I have made at least 10 calls at different days and times, i did talk to the service manager once who said he would pass on my complaints. I have asked repeatedly for someone in management or who has the authority to make a change to call but no response.This is the first negative review i have ever written and I am sad to do so. I will cancel the minute my contract is up. I would like to think customer service would be important to a firm, but they clearly want your money and have you over a barrel with a contract so they must be working on volume and not caring who stays after? I highly recommend you dont work with this firm - or before signing a contract, try calling to see if you can reach anyone.......
A little weary at first of a cold call knock on the door, but there was no reason! After signing up, before I could even blink, their professional van was in front of my house. Seriously, less than an hour later! The person who signed me up was very helpful and professional, as was the technician that came to my house. They were clean, quick, and friendly. The chemicals they used werent overpowering either. They take pets and children into consideration as well. So far the results are great.
Everyone at Edge makes you feel like youre in good hands! They are very responsive, and they work with you to fit your needs. There is definitely a difference around the outside of my house after they have treated the area. Very good company - friendly, professional, not expensive. Highly recommend!

I went ot to my kitchen and there were ants all over my kitchen sink and counter tops. This is rhe third time in less than 30 days.

We’ve had interactions with 3 of their employees so far. All professional, courteous, and on time. Fully explain what work has been done and what to look out for. They also provide great after service where they will come out if the treatment is not effective to our standard. Our last service was two days ago and already see a bunch of drunk and bugs everywhere.
Im giving 5 stars because they came out right away for the first service. The first guy did fine, forgot/lost his brush thing and then although he sprayed for the Hornets nest we had they came back. Edge came back out again to address the Hornets and the second guy (Reece) handled them like the first guy probably should have, spray/powder/mesh, so he was awesome and the visit was included in our normal service plan. Overall good service so far.
The pest control service was excellent. Al was very thorough spraying the inside of our home spraying all of the areas where we have had ants infiltrating the area. He sprayed the garage thoroughly to stop the infiltration of spiders and then put two traps on the sides by the garage door. He then went outside and sprayed the fence line, outside of our home and sprayed some of the bushes and trees that are infested with ants. He then put some black traps around the outside of our home to prevent rodents and mice from infiltrating our home. Al definitely went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. Edge pest control definitely gets a five star rating in my book and I will definitely refer Edge pest control service to friends and neighbors.
The person who came this time took more time and didnt have time to check under the house which you can walk under but was concerned that both trap boxes outside were empty. I did have a serious problem with rats tunneling under cement under the deck and coming up through the ground cover. It made an very expensive taking all the insulation and ground cover out and putting new in. This is my biggest worry for winter. My furnace and water tank are located under the house which makes it a warm place to go. I need that checked on the next visit to make sure everything is safe. Thank you.
Sales rep. Cody was phenomenal and explained everything with concern and care. The tech, Derrick, was also very helpful, fast, and highly efficient even with the high heat that day. I am pleased with the service provided and am a happy new customer! Great thing about the compound they use to treat the area is that its safe for kids due to the fact that the majority of the ingredients are derived from plants, which means no harsh odors! If there is a lot of spiders in your house I reccomend giving this team your business.
That have been pretty easy to work with. Techs that have come out communicated well and showed up on time. They were very courteous about where they sprayed and my wife, kids, and fruit plants appreciated it. The only reason for the 4 is because it isnt the easiest thing to get a hold of them. If they had a support chat or way to book techs online it would be an easy 5.
The little ants are almost totally gone, I m happy to say. We had a very stubborn infestation that took a few treatments to get under control, but its much better now.

Quick response as soon as I requested more information. they came out yesterday as I had ants coming up the front porch and living next to wet lands was being swarmed in the evening by mosquitoe . Already night and day difference. Ive seen 1 loner ant near the front porch today and currently enjoying sitting on my porch enjoying the cooler evening without being attacked and eaten alive by the mosquitoes. 10/10 love this service and fantastic prices that are affordable.
All of the people I have had contact with at Edge have been very respectful and professional.The techs who come on-site to spray are vey polite and call ahead to let me know they are on their way and then text me when they are finished.The service is a good value and plant based and is reported to be safe for use around pets (they say wait for 20-30 min for the spray to dry before allowing pets back in the backyard).At a prior house I had termite damage so I know the value of preventative measures for pest control.
Very professional & nice guys. Claimed the product is not harmful to my pets which were out and about. Product dried quickly. This was my first day with company they will be back out in four weeks to get the hatchlings. Then I just pay them every 12 weeks. The cost was very reasonable. So far I’m happy with them.
We began with a particular pesky rat eating our dogs food from their bowls in the kitchen. He was determined, bold and didnt care if I was sitting 5 feet away at my computer. I even recorded him on my cell, I was that close and quiet. So Edge Pest Control professionals proposed a plan and we put it into motion. They found the points of entry outside, set the bait stations and appropriate traps etc, and now the plan is working. Edge has been persistent week after week in eliminating our problem and we commend them for not only their regular servicing, but their insight as to what changes need to be made and adjusting when necessary to be successful. I dont remember everyones name but I would like to thank Justine, in particular for coming out and conducting such thorough checks and replacements each week. She is incredible and takes the time to explain everything in detail. Her reports are informative and it is obvious that she loves her job and takes pride in her work. We have had a terrible time with ants and spiders, especially in my sons room. They got back to me within the hour (or faster) and asked for good questions and listened to my concerns. They’re we’re very helpful at intake and when technician arrived, she was quite professional, knowledgeable and was covid compliant.Thank you
These folks are very professional and very good at their job. They are polite, efficient, and most of all, experts at getting rid of the pest(s) that are causing the most problems. In our case, it was moisture ants. They have been plaguing us for years! The edge professionals showed up on time, nuked the little buggers and we havent seen any since.We would highly recommend this company and their staff!Keep up the good work guys! Staff seemed knowledgeable, not pushy which is why I decided that I would give them a try. Both the field representative and the exterminator were kind and friendly. Also they were very informative, they didnt mind when I followed them around like a crazy person showing them what they can an cant spray they were very patient as well.
Sam was excellent. She was friendly, professional and was explaining the things she was doing and confirming with me what she was going to do and verifying thats what I wanted done before doing the services. Hope to have Sam on the future services over the next year!
I cancelled and they charged me again for another service.... As a veteran Im very disappointed and recommend no one use theres service... I take this down when they return my money ...Damn shame to a vet
Showed up and provided 1/3rd of the services I was promised at the time of sale, but I’m giving them an opportunity to make it right. Make sure you are specific With the technician What you are expecting for services as when your sales rep is claiming he is making notes and entering In Requests it doesn’t appear that he is actually doing So.Update. They have actually been pretty great since the initial visit. Their products work, I can say I’d recommend the service especially if you have any wasps or yellow jackets issues Or rodent concern . I am not personally paying $140+ per month Just to keep the spider population down. But that has been a Nice perk.
Im not a fan of door to door sales, but I just happened to be in midst of an epic battle against some hornets and an insane amount of spiders around the property. Edge is the equivalent of all the marvel characters showing up at the end of Endgame to back my fight against pure evil. Not only did the get me a great rate, but they showed up the very next morning to perform the service. Both, sales person and tech, were amazing and very professional (Masks, shoe covers, etc). I am super impressed with how they handle business, the only thing I am curious about is if the service will continue to fend off these monsters or if they return for vengeance.
I just had my first service done today, so it may be a little premature to leave a review as Im unable to report on whether the ant population at my place has been reduced yet. However, just wanted to say that both the salesman who knocked on my door and the service technician were extremely helpful and professional. The service technician listened to my concerns and was very respectful. Hopefully their professionalism will lead to great results with the ants. Will update post if not.

I contacted Edge, and although I have a quarterly service plan with Edge I did not know if it would cover a hornets nest located in my hedge. After a brief discussion with the customer service I was informed it is covered. The service agent arranged for technicians to come out the next day. The technicians made short work of the nest, allowing my kids to again enjoy our backyard. Thanks Edge!
