Wow I must say this place is very impressive! All the workers are very sweet and hard working!! They washed my windshield, checked my tire pressure and even vacuumed my car!! I will deff take my car back and have only them do my service for now on! Loretta is the only female that works there and is amazingly sweet and knows what she is doing!! John that works there is very hard working and was very sweet to me thru the whole time! If I could give more stars I would! PLEASE IF YOU NEED ANY SERVICE DONE GO HERE YOU WONT REGRET IT!!!!

Excellent customer service!, had me in and out with a smile!, even though they were slammed. Topped off all my fluids, and even vacuumed, wash my windshield and made sure my tire pressure was correct. And as Im leaving almost every employee said thank you and have a great day.

Excellent service and great crew. In and out in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. They checked everything, topped off wiper fluid, and vacuumed the cab. There are some nice sitting areas outside and some grass for the dogs to sniff. Highly recommended. Cheers!!!

This week I had two services performed by Quick Lube: An oil change and a smog check. Both services were done quickly and professionally, and the owner and staff make you feel welcome and right at home. I will definitely be a return customer, and am grateful for their services.Note: I also had my cabin air filter changed (very reasonably priced) and the customer service agent at the desk steered me toward the right oil change package for my car, for the age and condition of my car, rather than just suggesting the highest priced package. I am writing this in the waiting room. I was greeted by a friendly guy who got my information real quick. They got me in with hardly any delay (only one car was ahead of me). I see they offer tire rotations with free brake inspections which is nice.They just finished the oil change. Everything was really good that price was no higher than expected. The man at the front desk also told me that they have a shop thats attached to their oil change location. He offered me a recommendation for my upcoming repairs as per my dealership for my vehicle.Overall, Quick Lube Service Center was a very pleasant experience. I was in and out quickly and there were no hassles or unexpected charges. I would definitely go back again for my next oil change.

Quick friendly service with reasonable prices

We we’re passing thru (headed to utah) and had an overfill problem. We stopped in to have some oil drained so we were within proper depth. When they were done they said we didn’t owe them anything. I would highly recommend these guys. If they’re willing to help out a stranger they will definitely take care of you as a customer and be straight forward with you. If I’m in town and need something I’ll definitely be stopping here again. Thank you again!

I had an oil change done here on my 2008 car and it was such a great experience. The staff are very friendly and professional, and the service provides nice details like a carpet vacuum and window cleaning. I will definitely return with my car here in the future.

This company cost me over $2000.00 in repairs do to the fact that they didn’t fill the fluid in my transfer case because they said it was full two months later the case cracked they claim it was full and noted it leaked I took it to the dealer and they said in fact it did have some seepage but did not drip their diagnosis was that there was not enough oil in it and that the seepage was not significant enough to loose enough oil in such little time long story short I will not be returning

I came to quick lube to get my spark plugs changed and the guys here were very polite and professional. They are the most honest mechanics I have ever dealt with and I will never go anywhere else in Auburn! They have very reasonable prices but what I appreciate the most is their guest service; Ron and J.D. were very helpful and understanding.J.D. offered to give me a ride to Starbucks and pick me up after my truck was done. Their waiting room is really comfortable, with big couches and a plethora of books to choose from!

They were able to get us taken care of at the end of a day and had a smile while they did it. Its a bit cramped down there behind Gold Rush Auburn (turn down Marguerite Mine Rd), but they make it work. Standard upsells and standard pricing for the industry. Good service.

I have taken my 2001 Chevy truck to Quick Lube Service Center for almost 10 years. The management has been very consistent and the facility is always clean. I can get my oil changed quick and at a reasonable price. I dont shop price when it comes to my truck but that does not mean I dont pay attention and I feel I have always been treated fairly with my oil changes and other repairs. I have also used their general repair facility as well for a smog and brakes and they were very good. I would recommend them to anybody.

Near perfect.The many experiences Ive had getting my oil changed throughout the years has just mostly been a big inconvenience. This place gets you in and out in the quickness. As I was paying up and the gal goes over everything theyve done, they filled all the fluids that I already knew beforehand needed it, I wanted to see if they would get it right and they did. Quick, clean, affordable, and the job they should have done they nailed it. This is my new permanent oil change place. If any of the workers there read this, I want to say to you, THANK YOU! Not particularly quick despite being there before they opened

Quick lube service center is a little gem in the foothills! Their service is always friendly and theyre always quick and respectful of our timeThere is barely a wait and when there is the waiting Room is a great place to hang out you can also walk up-and-down what is a relatively quiet street.

I left,one hour wait. I watched two guys take over 10 minutes vacuuming out the front St of a car . They were very busy talking while 5 cars were in line. Only one bay open and not a car moved in 15 minutes

The guys are super helpful and it really is quick! I travel a lot so I get the high mileage oil change every few months. I like that they vacuum out the floor mats and are helpful if you have any additional concerns even if they cannot service you there

Great service. I was on a road trip coming out of Tahoe when my oil change light came on. I pulled in and my oil change only took about 20 minutes with a good price for full synthetic. They even vacuumed out the front seats and checked all of my fluids. We were back on the road in no time and stress free.

Attitude is everything these days so I wanted to let everyone know of my experience 8/2017I went in for an oil change on my 2006 Tahoe i just purchased a few months prior, in excellent shape may I addCouple weeks after the oil change I noticed a small amount of oil where I park at home and it caught my attention because Ive never seen a drop of anything where I park itSo I call in and say just this thinking maybe something happened or maybe something wasnt tightened who knows Im not the expert yea knowSo i was hoping Id be invited back in for them to take a look for me, well not these days in society she has proven its crappy attitudes unfortunatelyThe lady who works the counter cut me off and says its called bad house keeping and bring it in when I can!!!!!! Wow seriously Im the nicest person ever and an EMT in this community where I treat everyone like family because the world needs that these days and she wants to say its bad house keeping, wow so shes telling me I dont take care of my vehicle thats in excellent shape inside and out and when I was there a few weeks ago your workers said everything they checked looked great!!!So sad and confused at this unacceptable comment she made really its not ok when I was simply looking for their advice and help on where the oil may be coming from in a polite mannerOh well I guess I cant expect everyone that works for the public to be friendly and nice wishful thinking ;(So I wanted to warn my fellow auburn people to please be aware of this business and the friendly smiling lady behind the counter, be aware friends

Back when we lived in Auburn my dad used to bring his truck here, and I always tagged along. When it came time for me to have an oil change done to my vehicles this was my go to place. Fast, painless highly recommend them.Just spoke to JD today and he faxed my old records with them to prove that I was having my truck regularly serviced that way I didnt lose out on my warranty through CarMax. Cant thank him enough. So if you have MaxCare through CarMax keep your records, and go to quick lube for an oil change!

I have been having all 3 vehicles oil changed here for years, but not any longer, lousy counter service waited for 15 minutes just to be told Ill be right with you. They were not even busy, learn customers are your life blood

I took my car in for an Air Conditioner service. I was quoted $89 for the service which I was told would take about an hour. My car was in the service bay for about 5 minutes when the service tech came into the waiting room to tell me I had a hole in the condenser. He quoted me $650 for a new condenser. I told him I would not be getting the condenser replaced at that time and he proceeded to charge me $89 for an Air Conditioner service that was never performed. I took my car to another service garage and they quoted me $336 to replace the condenser. In addition, the other service garage didnt charge anything to confirm that the condenser did in fact have a hole in it. I will never take my car to Quick Lube Service Center again. A total rip off!

Asked for just an oil change. They changed my windshield wipers and charged me with out ever asking or telling me at all about it. I did not need new wipers and this is completely wrong for them to do!!! Will never go back and I recommend that no one ever gives this dirtbag place business ever again!!!
