Michael was wonderful! He came for an estimate. He was on time, friendly and very genuine. He did a very detailed assessment of my roof needs. He went into attics to see if there was damage from the rain, checked the ventilation and insulation, vents needed replacement, pipe boots were broken…growing mold..It was very helpful that Michael took video of everything to show me and then discussed my needs. He explained pricing, quality of the materials and how proud and happy he was to work for such a great company that has such high standards. I had my roof replaced. I chose Guardian over three other roofing companies based on Brent Wagners inspection. He provided all findings with pictures and told me before the inspection that he didnt want me to experience any surprises during the replacement. There were no surprises. His inspection was very comprehensive and thorough. The worksite was cleaned at the end of each day and kept neat and clean as promised.After the roof replacement, Owens Corning sent an inspector out to inspect the installation of the roof since we chose to use their shingles. The inspector said that this was the the best roof installation that he had ever seen. I am extremely pleased with the work that was done.I am now having Guardian install the roof dome gutter protection system.

Very professional. Saved me money by offering an alternative to a complete re roof. The roofer who came out did a great job and cleaned up any mess made when removing moss from gutters and roof. I will use this company again.

Weve had only positive experiences in our dealings with Guardian. Their technicians are professional, experienced, and knowledgable. Our old concrete tile roof has needed cleaning and maintenance and they show up when they say theyre going to, perform the work with great attention to detail, clean up after themselves, and are priced competitively for the work. Pleased to have had such good experiences with this company.

We had them inspect our roof due to moss and a few smaller issues. Their assessment closely aligned with ours and so did the proposed solutions. They did not try to add on unnecessary items but did make several recommendations to limit the cost while NOT cutting corners. The price seemed reasonable for the work and the cost of materials (I independently verified the materials cost as ALL material costs have skyrocketed during the pandemic) Overall, very professional, friendly, courteous, and thorough!!! I am looking to the work being performed and leaving an excellent review on that!

I had my roof replaced with a metal and asphalt combination, headed by Patrick. Aside from some initial scheduling issues, the work was done in a timely fashion with lots of attention to detail (even cleaning off footprints on the metal part !) and my yard cleaned very well each day and at the completion of the job. I love the end result!The gutters were replaced, also quickly and beautifully.Finally, the wood/masonry posts were completely redone as full masonry by Joe Gonzalez. He was prompt, thorough, took his time and they ended up exactly as I had hoped. He did an impeccable job of cleaning up when it was all done.I’d absolutely recommend these people and this company. (My only criticism is that the folks answering the phone clearly underestimated how long each job would take, which took me a bit to adjust to in my own plans).

He climbed into my attic area and looked around and then climbed on my roof, which is extremely steep. Our roof had reached the end of its useful life and we engaged Guardian Roofing to install a new roof. We are very pleased with the results. The job began on time (after we requested a short delay for personal reasons). The crew was on time, professional in their work and efficient.The end of day cleanup exceeded our expectations and the crew work ethic was great. Because of the structure of our roof (and unknown to us all until demolition began), additional work was required to meet code and assure the new roof would be professional. And it was! The crew quickly accomplished the new work and completed the entire job timely. Despite a couple of end of projects issues which were cleaned up professionally and to our satisfaction with no problems, the end result of the work was a great job at a reasonable price and professionally done. The final cleanup was great and we are very pleased with the result. We will use Guardian again in the future, including annual maintenance work!

Carlos did a very good job of analyzing the scope of work required but also discovered additional work that needed to be done (dry rot of the underlying plywood). He did a good job of showing me the area where the problem was and explaining what could be done. He did the work in a timely manner and per the time frame he estimated. The only thing that was not done completely was the clean-up. Sawdust and small pieces of the dry rotted plywood were not cleaned up, so I will have to do this before I paint the new pieces of siding he replaced. But this is a minor thing and I would certainly recommend Carlos and Guardian Roofing to other customers.

Guardian installed a new roof for us last year. This year they came out and did a complimentary inspection and cleaning!! We didnt remember that this was included. Pleasantly surprised and happy with the results!

Ron texted to let me know he could come a bit early which worked for me. From the start, I could tell he knew what he was doing. He did a thorough inspection of my roof and attic spaces. He noticed a few minor problems but generally said the roof was in good condition and didnt really need major work. The work was far less than their minimum so there was nothing to do. It is RARE in this day and age for such honesty and they will be getting my business in a few years when the roof does need to be replaced.

Evan visited to give a free oral assessment of the condition of our roof. He arrived promptly, worked quickly, and reported accurately. Made minimal, reasonable recommendations; didnt try to upsell. Thoroughly professional.

Ron was very professional and described in detail why my roof did not need maintenance work at this time. He helped inform me about the common signs for maintenance. There were bigger items that could be improved, but would be pointless to do so given that the roof is already 16 years old.Ill definitely consider Guardian roofing first in the next few years as needed or when it eventually is time to replace the roof. Im glad to have worked with a professional who can give an honest assessment even if it wont lead to a sale.

He inspected the skylights and found them A-OK. While he was here I asked him about venting the attic of the garage and he came up with a simple and effective solution.As before, I found Andrew to be professional and helpful. Its like employees like Andrew that Guardian is my go to guys for anything with my roof.

We received quotes from a couple of roofing companies to reroof our house. Guardian Roofing was the most knowledgeable - shared with us exactly how the new roof would be installed and provided three different options. We are very happy that we choose Guardian Roofing. Prior to their appointment we would receive a picture of who would be visiting, as well as a phone call letting us know when they would arrive. At the end of each day the lead would give us an update and show us pictures of what they did. In addition, the project coordinator would also call. Very professional. We made the right choice!!

Holy Cow! A traditional service company that feels like a tech company. They send emails about what they are going to do. They send Text Messages that the technicians are on their way and then the technicians call you when they are almost here. This business is hyper organized. I really appreciate that.They provided before photos. I thought my roof was fine, but the homeowners association said it should be done. My roof looked fine but buckets and buckets of stuff was cleaned off. THEN the guys who swarmed my roof like ants on spilled ice cream, came down and cleaned up my yard, driveway and deck.Im amazed they can do all of this at the price point. I have used Guardian Roofing for a number of years at different homes. Today they were cleaning the roof and gutters. My roof is steep and not the easiest to work on - as always Guardian did great. They provide pictures of all their work from the roof so you can see what was complete. They clean all the debris from the gutters, make sure the side of the house doesnt have any dirt and particles, cleaned all walkways, curbing, and patios after their work was complete. Im impressed that Carlos and Dmitri left my house in cleaner condition than when they started. Looks fantastic. Very polite, professional, and quality work. They call ahead to let you know approximately when they will arrive, they came during the window of time I was told, and they made sure I was happy with the work performed.

Had Josh out this afternoon to checkout my roof and get the ball rolling on some warrenty work. I have to say I am 100% confident that Josh and Guardian will fix the issues. Josh spent almost na hour on my roof taking pictures, videos, and making notes. He was up front about his thoughts and that he will need the install team to come and do their own check. Rapid response time, detailed accurate estimate, pointed out and discussed details virtually no other company (only one) addressed (code-required cricket for chimney). House is noticeably warmer, less drafty and roof looks fantastic. Not the cheapest roof, but very competitive bid and high-quality work and product. Worth it.

I hired Guardian roof to clean the roof and gutter at Oct 1st, 2020. However just after the gutter cleaning I noticed the rain water from the roof overrun the gutters and the down sports were clogged. I called the company and the manager said the company realized the tech missed to clean the gutter and downspout at one corner of the house and will send two tech next week to our home to finish the job. It took a month for another tech to come to clean the gutter and down spout. So be careful with their work.
