Made me a custom hose while I waited. I lost my wallet off my truck on the way there. They took our card info over the phone. The 331 will be back up and running less than two hours after hitting that branch with the hose.

These guys are crooks!!! I spent $700 for them to come out and check out whats wrong with my machine. Finally got a response back 3 weeks later that they are trying to locate parts. Another 3 weeks pass and now they say I have to bing in my machine to their shop again to have another diagnosis for what parts I need for another $350 minimum. Want to see your money go down the drain, hire theres guys. Or hire a real mechanic who actually know excavators
