I dont usually take the time to write reviews, but exceptional circumstances call for exceptional measures. I had such an incredible experience getting my ears pierced there, that I came back to get more two weeks later. Gabby did a MASTERFUL job. She was professional, precise, and warm all at once! Give that girl a raise IMMEDIATELY.

My daughter had her 9th birthday here at the Auburn (Village) Mall Claire’s. The staff Taylor and Camden were amazing and made her feel so special. They took care of everything. Party was less than $100 even with cake and gift cards to shop for her 3 friends. Everything was 20% and they got the store to themselves before the mall opened and for 2 hours! They played games, had their nails painted, makeup done and hair styled and shimmer dusted. This was my daughters favorite party she’s ever had. We definitely will recommend them to everyone ❤️

I had my 11 year old a birthday party here and Taylor was AMAZING with the girls at the party and with communicating with me during the process of scheduling the party. It could not have gone better and she was a sweetheart. My daughter and her friends had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend them!

My childs ear ring is crooked still stays infected six months after having it pierced. Her cousin who also got hers done same time is also staying infected!

I brought my son here to have his ears pierced. His experience here could not have been better, The girl who assisted him was extremely knowledgeable about the procedure, had MANY piercings herself, and I watched her sanitize EVERYTHING for a good long time. The experience was quick and relatively painless. Afterward she went over the after care very thoroughly as well. Great experience!

Overpriced and terrible quality. My daughter thinks this store is Disney World for little girls. I treat her with visits periodically but cringe, bc our dollar would go further with better things from the dollar store.

Took my daughter here for a bday party, it was nice and different, and they also gave all the girls gift cards.
