I dropped my truck off to get an inspection sticker and was offered a ride back to work (employee 1), I declined due to being walking distance from my work. When my truck was done and I walked back to pick up my truck I asked if they changed out oil pans, they called around and found me the best price on an oil pan and gasket. Due to them having a cancellation, they were able to keep my tuck and do the work the same day and again offered me a ride (employee 2). When my truck was done for the second time that day, they offered to bring my truck to my work for me (employee 3), after walking to pick up my truck an employee opened the garage door and thanked me for choosing them and hoped I used them again! Excellent service and the customer service from 3 different employees was AMAZING and highly appreciated

I’ve never had a problem with customer service but after being quoted 2 hours and $150 for a job I was quoted $14 for at Walmart auto it’s hard for me to trust pricing here as someone who knows nothing about the going rate of repair costs

DO NOT get inspection here. Car was rusted out and fell apart 3 months after getting sticker. Rip-off scam artists. They use Kaite as the sweet voice and face in the office, then they work together to screw you over. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!

This is the only place I go to to get my car looked at and fixed and have been going there since 2007 when a friend suggested it. They are very professional and friendly and they also explain everything very well and walk you through the details so you can understand what is going on. They wont fix anything until you give them the okay which is great and all the staff are super friendly too.The owner has a car dealership in Poland. That is where I bought my most recent car back in 2012 ( I think ). I still have it and its running just fine with no issues. If the car needs to be looked at for any reason, they are very fast to set up an appointment for me to diagnose and fix the issue if there is one.I would highly recommend this place to family and friends that are in the area and need honest mechanics to look at and/or fix their car. As I said before, I dont go to another place but here because I trust them that much.*This review is from my own experience and first hand dealings with Young Guns. Its under new ownership so Im not familiar with any of the new people or owner. The people that did work there before, have either quit or have been fired. Ive been going to Young guns for few yrs. Im glad Dave is back. He knows his stuff and theyre honest and does good work. I will continue to bring my vehicle for any repairs.09/03 Just had few repairs done to my vehicle today and guess what? They dropped my vehicle at my house. What an excellent service. Im so impressed!! I can only hope they will continue to run the business for many more years. Jason and Dave are great workers and they do take the time to explain whats going on with the vehicle with ease and a smile. 👍 I will keep going back there for any services or repairs.

They sold a 2004 Chevy trailblazer to a disabled veteran I met at work. He also paid to have it repaired and inspected. He then sold it to me at a good price. He helps fellow vets in need. This time it was with a affordable vehicle. When I picked it up they handed me the paperwork and told me I was good to go. When I did my walk around I realized the inspection sticker was from 2015. It was supposed to have a sticker good until 2018 thats right they tried to have me drive off without a inspection sticker. When i brought this to there attention I was told to make a appt. and bring it back later. I brought up the fact that they had been payed for a inspected motor vehicle they denied it and I was told he wasnt going to do any more repairs. After getting it home with a transport permit I noticed a gas smell then a puddle of gas rapidly forming under my truck. The bad pot holes I hit entering my appt, buildings parking lot ( at low speed. Its a right hand turn just past a traffic light.) I had broke my fuel lines. A new pump assembly and a frame repair later I was able to get a sticker from a reputable garage. Never do business with this place.

Young Guns Service Center is back to the Original Management and Ownership. looking at these reviews has been quite unsettling especially the one that names and degrades other local businesses. Thats just not our style. For those of you that have been unhappy for the past couple years when it was under a different ownership, come on back and give us a chance and we will do our best to make things right. please note: this is not our FB page. i have requested for it to be taken down with no help from previous owners. our Hours are 8-5 M-F Saturdays by appointment. and our labor rates are only $65.00/HR not the 70-90 posted on this page.

Was quoted a crazy price at pepboys of 100$/hr just for labor and even more for a part they said I needed The people at young guns said yeah we can beat that price for sure and give you 10percent off for being a veteran! So far excellent service!!!
