I am a new Subaru owner and have only gone in a couple of times for service. But I have had a great experience with Rod at the service desk. He always treating customers with respect and a sene of understanding. He is easy to talk to and makes you feel like your the only customer there. I will keep coming back for all my service needs here. 10 out of 10

Just got back from having my tire sensor looked at. The light came on this week and I wanted to have them check it out because they didnt look low to the naked eye. No appt, just drove up. They took my 2020 Subaru, Forrester right in. I didnt any more than get me a coffee in the lobby and sat down when they came and got me. I sure wish I would have gotten the techs name, he has glasses and a dark beard, with everyone wearing masks it was hard to tell. But he was super sweet and prompt. I swear I wasnt there any more than 10mins. We own two new Subarus and love them both. Thank you Rairdons so much for your fast, friendly and professional service! Life time customer here!

Super nice on the phone, with clear communication. Once I arrived they were friendly and thorough. Oil change and diagnostic was faster than estimated and they turned on my seat warmer for me at pick up. I will be coming back.

I have to give this place a 5 star just because they hit all the points on positivity so early in the day. The customer interaction was off the chart. It was like speaking to a close friend while Jessica was behind the counter. I had mentioned I was not from around the area and she gave a plentiful amount of ideas of things to do nearby and even day trips near the coast. Loved this experience whole heartedly.

Rairdons offers an email option, but refuses to communicate over it, then signs you up for spam. According to their privacy policy, they maintain a strict no-spam policy, but this is not true. Despite their lack of follow-up on my emails, I received spam from Subaru of America, as well as the dealership itself.I contacted them via their Ask? form with my offer, and indicated I preferred to chat via email. They followed up shortly there after requesting a phone number. I explained that I would prefer to keep things over email, as I feel more comfortable, and did not receive a response.Just in case I looked like a tire kicker or spammer, I sent another email explaining that I was open to negotiating should my original offer have been too low, my specific location in the WA area, and my willingness to pick up the vehicle this weekend if we can work out the details. No response.Maybe my original offer was too low, or the car had already been sold. In any event I shouldnt have been signed up for spam, and they should have at least replied with some explanation on my final email.

I have always had a great experience getting my car serviced here. They have been able to fix things same day where other shops couldn’t take my car for a week. They work quickly, and communicate clearly. If a service takes a little longer, it is easy to get a loaner. They have always made everything absolutely as convenient as possible for me, and make me feel confident in what is happening with my car.

Ian was right there after I pulled into the driveway,escorted me in the office to get necessary info as to why I’m there. He was very professional in answering questions I had, escorted me to the waiting lounge and left. Time went by at a normal phase and before I knew it, Ian came into the waiting lounge and told me my car is ready. The car was clean too. They found the basic cause of some long-term issues. They can clean and fix the affected parts when possible rather than more costly replacements. Very generous and accommodating with a loaner vehicle we can use during the vacation coinciding with the time needed for the repairs.

I bought a car here. Unpleasant and unsatisfying.Although I let them know I was coming back to see the car a third time, I had to wait an hour once I got there for an employee to bring the car back to the lot from their house.During negotiations, they claimed the price they quoted me over email was a mistake. They did this twice. Bait and switch X 2, Better Business Bureau and Attorney General. They also tried to guilt me into accepting the higher price.I wrote them a check for $30k but they complained to me that I was keeping them after closing to do so. Again, attempting to make a customer feel bad for being a customer.They couldnt get the license plate frame off my trade in so they said come back tomorrow. We will have it off by 9:15am. I was there at 9:45am, but was told a tech will get to it when they get to it. I stood around on the sales floor waiting for 10 minutes being ignored. I finally walked 100 feet to the service desk and asked for help. The service desk grabbed a tool, yanked the license plate frame off the car and I left. I will never go back.Bait and switch.Trying to make you feel bad for being a customer.Broken promises.Ignoring you after the sale is made.

Service fair and efficient. Mark was great and answered all my questions. Only reason not 5 stars was the coffee service was down. Not Mark’s fault but the area is a desert for other options. It would be great if they could reinstate some sort of beverage service for long waits.Was not expecting the long appointment but necessary when mechanic found some other issues. Mark was able to apply a coupon to help lower a bit of the cost. It was much appreciated.

Best car buying experience Ive had yet! They have an amazing sales team and staff that are dedicated to helping customers to the fullest without pressuring to buy. I came into purchase my first Subaru and received outstanding service from the saleswoman Cherie, who was very resourceful in helping me find a suitable vehicle. I was then helped by the finance manager John Cha, who made the financial process of buying a vehicle quick and accommodating. I also appreciate the manager Gabe Scott for his flexibility in making this experience an affordable one for me. Overall this dealership presents itself with a professional and reliable image, and this is shown by the staff that work here.

The service staff was great, I think it was mark who checked me in and not sure who gave me my keys out and walked me to my car. But both guys were very personable and friendly. My service was taken care of very quickly and the timing was accurate as well. I will be seeing them again in about 6000 miles for my next service.

Very quick and painless - I think it is funny that they tell every detail of what they are doing - I don’t feel it’s necessary but evidently someone didThey mentioned loosening the oil plug and filter but never really said what was done with filter after that. Simple oil change. The Rairdon team was welcoming and friendly. I called to get an appointment about 45 minutes before and they got me in. They were busy but seemed to have a solid orderly process to keep things moving. The restrooms and waiting room were clean.I would have given them 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ but it took over an hour to get an oil change. They were busy and I didnt give them much notice.

I highly recommend Ian who has helped twice with my walk-in services. I had a coupon which saved me almost $45, which I think was a great deal. I got new wipers and car wash for free! And when my car was done with the service, no more rain. A perfect timing for a complimentary car wash! I am glad that I listened to Ian when he asked me if I wanted a car wash. Its always good to take care of your under body and protect it from salt since last weeks snow. I am looking forward to visiting again!

Aaron assisted me during the process of managing an issue with my car. I appreciated his clarity towards all the details regarding the process; timeline, various costs and potential costs, how the rental process works, insurance...etc. He made sure to prioritize my concerns and questions, and checked in frequently while my car was in for repairs.My car was in and out within 3 days, and now functions well with no issues. My service advisor was Ian. He did a great job. I took my vehicle to a dealer in California to have a knocking sound fixed. The California dealer failed to identify any problems so off i drove on a three day, 1,300 mile trip. The entire way, the knocking sound was present.Upon arrival in Auburn, WA, I took the car (under warranty) to get the problem looked at again. The Auburn mechanics identified two problems and had my car fixed the next day.Ian kept me informed and provided great customer service.

Excellent service was provided. The lobby was full due to their renovation of their socially distanced sitting area being revamped. Ian quickly greeted me, checked in my vehicle and took me to the waiting room. He apologized that the car wash was down temporarily, but I could bring my car back anytime for a wash.Ian also explained that because I only had 1100 miles on my car 6 months after my purchase, I should probably wait 8 months before I bring it in for another oil change. He explained I would get the most benefit from my prepaid service agreement this way, because it could be extended for a year, at the dealerships discretion. Due to Covid19, I am working from home, and therefore only drive my vehicle for errands and pleasure. I appreciate his courtesies and assistance.Thank you for a great experience.

Requested tuneup and associated repairs were done satisfactorily, problem with wobble correctly diagnosed as bent rims. Rims have since been replaced. Shop did what they said they’d do in a timely manner, and the $15 (?) loaner just made it easier.

Mark B. and David S. were the best team to work with. My rear differential needed to be replaced. From the very beginning, Mark was so helpful. They dug into my extended warranty to make sure it would be covered. They were so patient while I gathered everything together that they needed. When ever there was an update they would call right away. 10/10 would recommend. Whenever your car needs to be serviced, make sure to ask for Mark!

Another great service appointment! Every time I take my car in for service the staff treats me great, always helpful and friendly. Ian was the service advisor that I worked with in particular this time, he’s awesome. Quick and efficient he got me checked in and set up in my loaner vehicle for the day, and followed up with me to update me on other services that my car could use while already there with them. The service appointment was faster than I’d anticipated. In my experience the folks who work at this dealership are amazing, be it buying a vehicle or getting one serviced they are excellent.

Ian was very good. The one complaint I have is that the service technicians didn’t reset the maintenance notifications. When I started the car at pickup the same notice for maintenance and oil change came up on the starlink screen. A service manager reset for me.This is the second time that the service techs neglected to complete their work. An initial service for after purchase install of a CD player resulted in some dash functions not working. I had to return to the dealership to have that addressed.

I took my car in for a bad oil leak. They told me it would cost $1200 for a diagnosis for labor to take the engine apart, but that that would go towards any cost of repairs. So I went ahead and did it. I was then told it would cost me $8800 to repair it. A new engine can be installed for $4500. I told them no thank you - I’ll come pick it up. They then told me it would cost $2700 to put it back together. I said, so you’re charging me $3900 for absolutely nothing. They said they would see what they could do. They told me they could do a basic repair and I was charged $5000. I have never been more disappointed with the lack of integrity and lack of honesty up front. I took my car to another dealership and was told my engine wasn’t sealed, when it should have been for that cost. Don’t take your car here! Find a different dealership! I would give it zero stars, if I could. I’m stuck paying a $5000 bill for nothing.
