I had a lot of expectations and high hopes going to find a car. I bought my car today and I love it. I had spoken to the sales person multiple times before I came in. Many dealerships are pushy and I hadn’t always felt comfortable especially being so young. I had the pleasure of working with Stefanie today and she was amazing! She was so friendly and sweet. She showed me card I was interested in and other cars that were on my price range. I’m so glad I chose to buy from here. Everyone is extremely welcoming, and friendly. Definitely a great environment, I loved this place and I definitely recommend this place for anyone choosing their first car or shopping for new or used cars. They have a lot of great options. Ask for Stephanie she was a joy to work with. I love my new car!

I came here years ago when I was going through a very rough time financially, Michael worked with me and my situation to make a car with a cheaper payment happen. It meant a lot and helped me get through the last few years. Now, several years later, they do it again. This time thankfully in a little bit of a better situation. I came by with my Nissan looking for something bigger like my old suv. I dont have great credit (its been getting better),and didnt have a lot to put down. I found a car I really liked but really didnt think Id be able to get it. Stephanie was so great going over everything and being super sweet and accommodating. But I was convinced and even knew that I wasnt going to get it. There was just no way. But Michael made it happen. I dont know how, but I really do honestly appreciate it so much. I was greeted by Aaron, service advisor in the Auburn location and was very helpful . He checked me in right away. As i was checking in, i asked if they have a loaner car i can take for the day but unfortunately they do not have loaners anymore but then this young lady (jasmine) overheard our conversation as she was coming to start her shift and volunteered to drive me back home while I wait. I was told my car was gonna be done around 5 pm but then i got a call 2 hours earlier. I was explained what was done to my car and what else is needed . I just appreciate the customer service of both employees especially Jasmine who went above and beyond her work duties by volunteering to drive me home. thank you for your help!

Khalil was nice but the manager didnt wanna sell us the dodge journey It seemed like. Somehow I was told 10g for the car THEN with trade in it went up to 11,000. Didnt make sense.. manager must have been in a bad mood. I could keep going but wont. Wont be back

I bought a Nissan kicks in 2018 brand new. A few days ago it lost power while I was driving it. I called Nissan of auburn, I gave them the vin # to check and see if there were any recalls or if it was under warranty. They said there’s no more warranty and said nothing about a recall. I took the car to Nissan of burien . And I was surprised to hear there was a recall and the car was fixed. Auburn never mentioned this recall. I will never do business with Nissan of auburn again.

This is the worst place to bring your vehicle for service, especially if you are person of color. Please do not visit this place for services. I booked an appointment for recall and brought my vehicle which I was told will take 2 to 3 hours to complete the service. After spending over 3 hours waiting, I was only told they do not have the part. I could not believe myself. I asked the guy why dont you tell me within 30 minutes of arriving that the parts is not available and you allow me to wait for over 3 hours for nothing. Of course they see a black man as nobody. This guys have no respect for the people of color.

The service in the service department is ridiculous, I made an appointment and when I arrived (the nice gentleman) told me I wouldn’t get my car serviced until 12pm when my appointment was for 9am I left work for this appointment so I don’t understand why they encourage appointments if its “first come first serve” for my warrantied work or at least let people know before they arrive, and the time before this they lost my keys and were trying to sell me work for a car that wasn’t mine, when I told him those arnt my keys he said yes they are I’m like no I have a fob key not an actual key and he said come look at the wall of keys to see which ones yours and after 15 minutes they found my keys with the technician that was still working on my car, at first I had great service and have bought 2 cars from this dealer now and I will be taking my car elsewhere and any future purchases, so I am going to a different dealership now for my warranty work that I paid for when I bought the car.

I first came in for an Oil change. I was quoted 90 minutes. 90 minutes in I was presented with a maintenance inspection report with suggestions. I gave permission to complete the maintenance, but asked for a timeframe as I had several meetings for work that day. An hour and 15 minutes later I was told my car would be ready at noon. I checked in at 12:15 and was told my car was not ready, but would be ready at 1pm. I arrived at the dealership at 7:50am. I left after 1pm, sitting in the waiting room for over 5 hours. At no point was I offered a loaner car to go home and wait. The updates on the status of my car were terrible. This is the worst service I have ever had at this location. And to top this off, they marked off that my window wiper fluid had been checked and was good to go. 2 blocks after i left the dealership my warning light turned on saying my fluid was low. The maintenance report they gave me clearly shows that It had been checked and deemed good.

I was here maybe a week ago and Bacilio was one of the workers that assisted me. He asked about any concerns I had with my car and gave me honest answers, which I very much appreciated given dealership reps. Last time I was here I had my car waiting for 10 hours on what sounded like a miscommunication situation, which brings me to the point that each of the specialist are incredible individuals but as a team more communication and work needs to be done to ensure that customers are not at the expense of mistakes like that. Otherwise, I really commend the kindness and effort from everyone Ive encountered.-Cheers

1985 Nissan 300ZX. Not satisfied with maintenance repairs. Same symptoms persist after repairs completed. In addition, my vehicle was broken into during the time it was stored at this dealership awaiting repairs. Glove box lock mechanism damaged. Arm rest damaged. Several items were missing from vehicle. Interior of vehicle dirty and in disarray when I picked it up. Spare tire compartment of vehicle found open with parts scattered in rear of vehicle.Overall, not a pleasant experience. In the 36 years I have owned this vehicle this is the only time it has been vandalized._______________UPDATE: 11 August 2021. As I suspected the vehicle was not repaired correctly. With just a few hundred miles driven since last repair job at this dealership, the vehicle left me stranded and I had to call a friend for a tow. When I picked up this vehicle two months ago after repairs were completed, I told the technicians about my concerns. I know this car well. I am the original owner. He replied he was certain the vehicle was repaired correctly and if there are further issues to return the car to the dealership for repairs.Well, that day has arrived. I tried calling the service department 3 times last week but wait times were so long I had to disconnect. In addition, this dealership has not contacted me on the status of the damaged parts they were supposed to order due to the vandalism. I cannot blame them totally for this since parts for this vehicle are sometimes difficult to find, but a text or call providing me status information would be nice.Now for the problem at hand. My car sometimes starts when I turn the key, and sometimes does not engage the starter at all so obviously it does not start. I cannot drive it anywhere for fear of it not starting. If you are the maintenance manager at Nissan and you are reading this review, can you execute this repair and do the job correctly this time? If you think you can, I am willing to give you the benefit of the doubt one more time. But please make sure my vehicle doesnt get vandalized in your secure parking area again.

I’m feeling really frustrated b/c I bought a car almost 2 weeks ago & the manager & agent offered to add a sunroof to the car I was contemplating on purchasing, they used the offer as a selling tactic, & they have not followed through at all with communicating with me on how I go about getting that service done. I have reached out to the agent SEVERAL times & they keep giving me the run around & not scheduling the appt for me & not even letting me try to schedule it on my own. I specifically told them I wasn’t interested in buying the car if it didn’t have a sunroof & the manager was a bit condescending about the fact that this was important to me yet he offered to include the addition of a sunroof so that I would buy the car. I don’t care if he doesn’t understand why it’s important to me but if you use it as a selling tactic & include it on the paperwork that I signed then they should follow through on providing this & it shouldn’t be so hard for me to get an answer about the process. Very very displeased by this.

Total scam. 1st I was quoted outrageous prices. Then I was told they couldnt get some parts so I would have to buy new again at outrageous prices. I couldnt afford or justify the charges. When I picked the car up I got a printed sheet with lower prices. Im not going to play this game. I went to a foreign and domestic repair shop that did a great job at almost half the price. They had no problem getting parts and did a great job and friendly. Beware friends. Do not use a dealership.

An overall unpleasant service experience, though reception was nice. There was a hidden fee at the end of diagnostic (topping off fluids I didnt need) and they misinformed about their parts pricing. They charge more than the vehicle is worth. We Went to purchase H 2015 Chevy equinox It had a 139,000 miles on it they wanted 14,400.00 and when everything was said and done they wanted $20,000.00 a o we left. The next day we found the exact same year brand and model with 111,113 miles for 10,000.00. So dont settle for any vehicle that is being sold from a company that Rairdon owns because there are more people than just my family that have had the same experience. He overcharges he does not negotiate the price on a used vehicle and I have heard that things get worse than that.I could understand being firm on the price of a new vehicle or a vehicle that is not new with very low mileage. But to try and do what they tried to do to my family is just wrong. I will never go to any dealership that is owned by Rairdon again. He doesnt just own a new son dealership he also owns a Chevy dealership, a Dodge dealership and he owns many other different dealerships in different cities and counties.

We discussed and agreed on a price. Once it was on paper, 8K worth of add ons appeared in the paperwork . They try to force a mandatory oil change program. When we tried negotiating prices, the sales manager literally told us if we like the prices we saw elsewhere we should go buy from somewhere else. Did not have a good experience with the maintenance team earlier when I was buying one tire due to a hole. The service team tried to force me to get all new tires. I’d highly recommend doing business with another Nissan dealership until the climate is changed at this one.I’m following up with the response from the owner stating“ Marcus, We have many different protection packages and warranties that are optional, nothing that is mandatory or required”.I advise the owner needs to to have a discussion with their salespeople and managers. Because they were absolutely pressuring that the optional programs were mandatory. It’s an aggressive climate that’s not user friendly to the customer.

After having an extrememly bad experience at another dealership, we stopped by Nissan of Auburn on a whim. Ismael met us in the lot, and started asking questions, and answering ours. Even at a late hour, and close to closing, he took us on a test drive. We were in a time crunch, so had to leave, but promised to return the next day. We did exactly that, and test drove two vehicles. The one we were primarily interested in, and an alternative. We ended up with our first choice, a 2021 Titan SV. Ismael was very helpful, and very supportive. Don, the sales manager was also helpful. Between the two, and Pete the finance guy, we were able to drive off in a new truck, and an excellent experience.

There was no customer service. I usually take my car to Nissan Bellevue and I have different things checked out and they would recommend fixing . Also complementary wash but thought I’d check out this Nissan since it’s closer but Nope don’t think I’ll be back no one came to ask me a thing was also looking to trade in my car checking around but all seemed busy sat there for two hrs waiting for an oil change.
