Almost 28 years ago I found a young agent, Timothy Jones, that had uncompromising integrity. Tim, and his staff, treated me as a person NOT a number or file. Tim worked to find the best coverage at the lowest price, always responded quickly to every inquiry and followed up to assure I was completely satisfied. Tim, and his staff, always performed with professionalism and warm friendliness. I moved away years ago but never changed my agent as Tim is my agent, an advisor, a confidante and became a long time trusted friend.

Ive been with Tim for many, many years and never had anything but great service. Amber is great! A couple of weeks ago I had a comprehensive claim. I called Amber and in a little over a half an hour, I had an appointment to have my van towed the next business day. The day after that I received a very fair settlement for my totaled van. A Farmers Insurance client since....1984. Wow, how time flies.Im willing to pay a bit more for 5-Star customer service and a friendly face who knows my name. When I have (rarely), a claim, it is acted upon immediately and is taken out of my hands. This company knows what it is doing and while Ive heard horror stories about every single one of their competitors, Ive never heard anything but praise for Farmers.Not much more to say. Worth every penny.

First I just want to say what a great staff that Tim has at Farmers Insurance. When our incident occurred at our house, with in about 30 minutes, Travis Sisson was calling to let me know he was going to be my adjuster. He did a wonderful job, very prompt and professional. Julie, who is so nice,checked on us every day to make sure we were ok. Along with Amber who is another great team member, has saved me money on car insurance too. Tim really cares about his customers and they won’t let you down. Would recommend them to everyone!!
