Excellent time every year!! My father used to take my mom my brother and I to the auction every year when I had kids he still took all of us and their kids as well. Dad past away 4 years ago. If you like Barrett-Jackson and Mecum auctions, you will love RM Auctions in Auburn, IN! Much smaller and easier to get around. Excellent swap meet area to buy parts, signs and automotive literature. The Car Corral outside the auction is basically a car show in itself and everything is for sale! Everything is within comfortable walking distance. Easy-on/easy-off from the adjacent I-69 highway.

I love the spring and fall auctions at RM! I visit these ever year for both the cars and the vendor section. Bring cash because youll want to buy things! Check out these photos from 2019 spring auction.

Dont get me started on how much I love these auctions.... I promise you dont have the time :) Simply said, if you love, or even just like cars, this is the place to spend a day or two, even if youre not buying. As I tell my friends, it has anything and everything. These pics are but a smidgen of a sampling.

Auburn Indiana, Labor Day weekend. Been there for the past 14 years with my gearhead high school buddies from the Detroit area. Love the swap meet, and we occasionally find the parts we need for our classics and daily drivers. Not as crowded as the Indy Mecum event, which makes this enjoyable. Prices on cars tend to be high in the corral, but more friendly on the block. Usual pricey food and beverages on site. Complaint about the number of golf carts permitted - they are everywhere, so watch your every step. City of Auburn has an excellent selection of restaurants and pubs for the end of the day treat. HUGE (almost) city-wide festival to rival all parties for this entire weekend. The car museums add a definitive touch to a great car weekend.

Everyone should go here at least once in their life..you wont regret it.

Not as good as Kruise Auction used to be back in the day but still a fun place to hang out over Labor day weekend.

Not extremely handicap accessible. Parking was in deep muddy grass and not very friendly to get to main offices. But once there a lot of nice cars out for auction the next few days. Wish me luck!

Shame on you guys for not allowing spectators this year or the swap meet ! Covid should not be any excuse to do what your doing there plenty of social distancing going on there every year! Its not like were huddled up in a corner or trapped in a building! This event is mainly outdoors with plenty of room to roam around! You guys have made a poor choice and I hope your poor choices affects you financially were you cant operate after this because you deserve this hit. Because we the people sure dont need this garbage we look forward to this event every year and you have absolutely ruined it for good!!!

Indoor tractor & craft show & lots of people werent wearing masks. We paid $7 each admission & couldnt enjoy it. Didnt stay. 🤬

Sold a car at Auburn, the actual sale was smooth. Do not sell here if you need the $$$ relatively quickly though it will be close to a month to get your funds and once you sell the car communication 100% dissappear, emails unanswered, no one answers the phone etc... disappointed as a whole.

Such a collection of cars! For us it was like a museum. The teenagers loved being so close to all those old cars.

Always great to see beautiful old cars. Just seems to be a LOT fewer cars and people than a few years ago. Sort of a let down...

Buyer BewareThese guys dont have the moral compass of the more guided auction companies. Bought a 442 that had a description that was dishonest at best. The engine had a fraudulent stamp. Their response was tough shut. Buyer Beware!!

In past years its been great! Lots of cars and venders, but this year not so much. We were a little disappointed. We hope next year will be bigger and better.

Nice place to view the auburn fireworks. Although there is a large wait when leaving if you decide to park inside the park. Plan on waiting about 20-30mins to drive out.

The events here are always well staffed and pleasant. They are great at directing traffic for events and parking is always easy and convenient.

The Good:The cars were great. Thw auction was great. The vendors were great. Had a lot of fun seeing the classic cars and restorations. Also liked seeing some unique cars Id never seen before.The Bad:They used to have coupons out front for entry to the auction (buy one get one 1/2 off or something.) That wasnt available this year which was a bit of a disappointment. Especially since thanks to my work schedule we werent able to go until the last day (Sunday.) Thought it was a little steep to get in on the last day also...now that many cars have already bee.n moved through. ($20 per person!)My other complaint is the more important of the two. The golf carts.The golf carts are COMPLETELY out od control! I understand its a big park, and some persons are unable to walk that far. I get it. But I felt the entire time there that I was in danger of getting hit by someone in a golf cart. In fact, had quite a few close calls while we were there. People were all over the place! Zipping in front of foot traffic, in front of each other, not watching where theyre going. And despite the notices bolted to the sides of the building stating NO GOLF CARTS INSIDE BUILDING, people were in and out of them on golf carts as well.Why even bother to post signs if nothing is done when someone breaks the rule and you dont enforce it?I would consider going back to enjoy the cars.. But the management needs to get on this golf cart issue.
