Found Alpine via Google Maps. I noticed it when I opened the app, we live just a few blocks away...and who doesnt love a good massage?Got the deluxe spa package got my wife and she really enjoyed it. Ill think we will be buying the 5 pack.

Ive been going to Alpine for almost 2 years. Always fun and relaxing. One small problem........the hour goes by way too fast.

What a treat! My sister Olga and I came in and had Phoenix and Ashley and it was a once in a lifetime opportunity! It was also my 18 year old sisters first time and she had such a blast! What amazing gals with such amazing talent compared to other places. The environment was so peaceful, soothing, and welcoming in their home. Never had such a good time anywhere else. Wanted to leave with all the gift certificates so my friends and family can experience a real massage and spa treatment. Also, they are so personable and welcoming. Their personalities alone draws people in and makes them feel naturally comfortable. Will be coming back again!

Phoenix was amazing! The whole experience was so lovely. I don’t think I have ever had a better massage. She is so passionate and amazing at what she does. I had called weeks ago to schedule, she called back with available appointments and with the hectic holidays I forgot to call back. She followed up with me to get me scheduled at a perfect time. I often forget about my groupon deals and was so grateful she reached out. I’m looking forward to going again at the end of the month for a full hour. It always feels great supporting a small local business but it’s even better when the person you are supporting is so talented and kind. Thank you!

Ashley is a great with my hair!! Always a thorough consultation & you can add on a conditioning service which always feels amazing. I have been seeing her for years. It is a quiet relaxing home salon & one of the only places in federal way to get a side by side massage or get your hair blown out after massage. Mother/daughter team that will make you feel like your home.

Two very amazing people. I took both my daughters off a groupon for massage for a birthday gift. These two women are not only talented in many areas of life but also excellent massage therapists as well. I enjoyed visiting with them while they worked on my daughters massages and learned about them as individuals. They were friendly, professional, and courteous. I would strongly recommend them.

Phoenix was the best, purchased the $45 deal on Groupon and enjoyed the time of my life. Well worth it. I haven’t had a spa massage in awhile and she’s really good with what she does.

Waited a whole year after Chemo & Radiation per Owner needed a Doctors note for massage. Arrived 30 minutes before scheduled appointment, finding out you have to wait in car until appointment. Texted 10 minutes to see if I was forgotten, received a voice mail & text to be rescheduled about 30 minutes after I left. Was very excited at first, then disappointed driving from E Tacoma. My tip to owner & my review per person who cared enough to purchase me to have massage after Cancer treatments. Go figure I will never find out.

Phoenix is the sweetest lady, you won’t regret coming to her! She’s so nurturing and genuinely cares about your pain. I was in a car accident and she has made it her mission to see me once a week and got me in as soon as possible for my initial visit. I don’t even have to tell her what hurts, she feels it and addresses it... it’s the best feeling when someone acknowledges the pain you’re in and makes you realize what else hurts! She’s there to talk to you not only as a client but a friend. I feel so welcome and comfortable in her at-home spa. When you lay on the massage table, she ever so thoughtful has a heated pad ready for you to lay on. She also uses essential oils, massages your face and touches your hair... ahhhh it’s the best. Don’t think twice, just schedule an appointment!

Phoenix is the most amazing women let alone the most amazing massage therapist. She is kind hearted and only wants the best for you. She goes above and beyond your needs. She has a true understanding of your body and your best interests. I wish I could afford to see her more often. She is truly a blessing in my life.

I have had many VERY HELPFUL massage sessions with Phoenix where somatic bodywork was utilized with successful results. I am a pastor as well as a board certified psychiatric nurse and there was never a time were I questioned any session or treatment either spiritually or professionally. Believe me I always have feelers out for any negative issues whenever and wherever I am seen. I would still be seeing Phoenix a few times monthly if I hadnt moved from the area.

I purchased a spa package on Groupon that included hand wax, foot bath, scalp massage and body massage. I have gotten dozens of massages in my life from literally all over the world. I do not compare this experience to some of those high-end salons such as cruise ship, African Safari elite 5-Star hotel masseuse and European spas, therefore, I’m giving a 4 Star rating to this business.Phoenix is very personable and friendly. I appreciated the phone call prior to my appointment and being told what to expect. The salon is located in her home. The ground floor has been dedicated to her business. Parking is a bit challenging with her sloped driveway. Entry is through the garage. If I had not been given a heads up, this would have been a shock. It is evident she has made the environment as spa-like as possible with what she has to work with.There is always room for improvement at any salon. Suggestions for this location would include a beverage offer and/or bottled water at discharge with encouragement to drink lots of liquids to aid in flushing toxins released during massage. Some type of tray for your jewelry that was removed. A place to hang up clothes rather than draped on treatment chair. Prior knowledge of oils that will be used all over, including your scalp, and suggestion to plan on bathing after rather that going from massage to other plans for the day or evening. Just some suggestions of little additions that could enhance the experience.Phoenix has great skills in all of what I had done. I especially enjoyed the scalp massage. She was chatty with me for most all of my appointment, and for a first time, I appreciated getting to know her and her me. Future massage I think I’d prefer just relaxing music with no talk until after. She made me feel comfortable and welcome. She made me feel pampered. She especially made the tension and discomfort in my neck and shoulders feel much better.I liked the discount certificate for just massage that I was asked if I’d like to purchase. I did, and I look forward to my next appointment.This is not a typical day spa location, but for what Phoenix has to offer, it fulfilled my end-results expectations and that was what I wanted most. I will be returning!

Phoenix is an elite massage therapist with almost three decades of experience and you can definitely tell the difference. She is knowledgeable of many different massage and therapeutic techniques and gives great advice. More importantly, she has healing hands. I suffer from chronic migraines, going on four years now. When Phoenix performed her sacro-cranial therapy massage, it reduced the intensity of the pain almost immediately. By the end of the night, my migraine was completely gone. Amazing! Try Phoenix, you wont be disappointed.

I received a massage package multiple times at Alpine Therapeutic Massage. Phoenix has a way with knowing how to heal and relax your body, giving you the best experience possible! Everything from the paraffin dip to the massage table to the foot bath are all just so marvelous. I always feel like a princess! The business is done out of a residential location which doesnt feel any less professional - quite the opposite! I feel more tranquil and at home. Theres always lovely music and its never too cold, a problem Ive had in with other masseuses.Phoenix has a bright spirit and wonderful talent, using techniques that are proven to work over time. She has told me about her trauma-relief therapy as well as other specialties she works with. Im always left feeling so relaxed; its like Im comatose, I always want to sleep on the massage table!

I am so happy that I have found Phoenix at Alpine Therapeutic massage!! I originally had a groupon that led me there for the best relaxation massage and aromatherapy package I ever had. Phoenix is very knowledgeable about the healing properties of essential oils & shared this knowledge with my mom and I. I returned to Phoenix for treatment massages after this, and I am happy to say that I have seen more chronic pain relief after only 2 sessions with her than I have in over 2 years of treatment from rheumatologists, neurologists, and foot doctors. I have had massages now and then for the last 22 years and Phoenix is by far the most skilled therapist I have met. She provides a soothing atmosphere, great room temperature and makes sure her pressure is right for your body type. I highly recommend her!

Owner & masseuse, Phoenix, should not be trusted to support those seeking massage as a part of spiritual or trauma healing. She has written a book based on her life trials and turning them into triumphs.In my opinion as a Certified Crisis Counselor for those with mental health and life issues due to trauma, having received her service, I emphatically warn that receiving her services can become a very damaging and traumatizing experience on your healing journey. She is not skilled to effectively work with people with PTSD, especially C-PTSD.She is also a person who, instead of providing an immediate response to trauma issues that may arise in her care, she does not seek appropriate resource. Rather, the best life skill she has is to abrubtly disengage, shun, and leave your experience unresolved.She is dangerously incompetent to claim any type of inner healing from her services, deserving of investigation of her claims as guiding anyone to Personal Empowerment Through Coping Strategies And Life SkillsNot worth the risk to your overall well-being

I have been blessed to receive massage from Phenix for 2years. I had/have chronic pain, I was taking ibuprofen daily but now 2 to 3 times a month. I have been receiving massage foe over 20 years. Phenix is one of the best masseuse I have had the good fortune to know. She has been a masseuse for over 25 years and her knowledge base shows that. I referred my daughter to her who recently told me I love Phenix, I cant believe the diffrence in my back and knee pain. My daughter was suffering from daily pain and is also only feeling the pain 2 to 3 days monthly.
