I just completed my lease at the Village At Lakeside, and really loved my experience. Everyone at the leasing office is very friendly and accommodating. The maintenance crew is very responsive. The neighborhood has some beautiful lakes, great people, and is super quiet and dog friendly. The apartments have plenty of space, up-to-date appliances, and affordable prices. It seems to me to be the best deal for apartment living in Auburn. 100% recommend!

I cannot say enough great things about Anna! She went way beyond what you normally get to assist us through the application process and help calm our worries! I am very excited about moving there and from looking literally all over Auburn, this is the best area for non student only living!

Okay place to live. Never felt unsafe. We were on the top floor and constantly being reminded that our floor was someone’s ceiling. Not sure if the downstairs people were reminded that their ceiling was someone’s floor. You might think we were loud obnoxious neighbors, but my sister lived in another building there and was in a downstairs apartment. While I was visiting her it would sound like the old man upstairs was dragging things across the floor so I think it was just an issue with how the apartments were constructed. Unlike the people who lived under us my sister did not call the office to complain because she realized she lived in an apartment complex NOT A CASTLE. You are going to hear noise when you live that close to other people. The only other issue we had there was roaches. And I mean ROACHES . Literally the day we moved in we turned on the kitchen light and 20 roaches went running. It never got better no matter how many times they sprayed. Nice pool. Close to everything. They could regulate what people keep on their porches a little better.

Beautiful property, amazing staff, and excellent location! A hidden Auburn favorite that is a must see!

Weve lived here for quite awhile and never had any problems. Staff are friendly and helpful and any maintenance issues are taken care of promptly. The apartments have been upgraded and the grounds are well tended. If youre looking for an apartment I would suggest you check out Village at Lakeside.

The buildings are clean and well-lit. In my time here I have found it to be a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Office staff has been lovely (Anna), and maintenance is quick and professional.

I’ve lived here for 5 years and overall I’ve loved it. The staff is super friendly and responsive. Apartments are huge and good price for the space. I’ll be sad to leave it when I do.

We lived here for about a year & never had any serious issues, whenever we had a maintenance request or a question for management ( Kelley ) they would always get back too us in a very reasonable time. Beautiful lake view, recently painted, very well lit, a very nice community.. If we were to move back to Auburn, we would highly recommend !

Have lived here 6 months. Great neighbors. Mantainance arrived with in 30 minutes during business hours for a non emergent need. Place is a bit older. Have not see the police there once. Not sure what these other posters are referring to. This is a great place to live.

I’ve lived here for for four years and plan to stay until I finish my graduate degree. The complex is always working to improve the apartments and ameneties, so the few older things in the complex when I moved in are now replaced and new. The staff is friendly and helpful and while sometimes, like any apartments, you get bad neighbors, they are not the ones asked to stay and resign their lease.

Although my apartment was HUGE, the outdated appliances/fixtures made it overpriced.For the most part, my building/surrounding buildings were quiet. There were a few times that it was rowdy (but this was mainly during football season)The maintenance crew was very friendly, quick, and efficient.The front office staff, Kelley and Lanie were nice.The only problem I really had was towards the end. I came home one day, and my door was not only unlocked, but cracked open. I will say, Kelley did work with me to resolve the issue.

Stay away from this apartment complex. Many of the residents are subsidized by HUD and there have been many arrest here. My car was broken in to twice while I lived here and police are constantly there. I would not allow my children to walk home from the office after being dropped off by the school bus because there were many visitors and possible residents seen with guns. This is not the complex for you.

This place is really terrible. Hardly any light in the whole apartment, small spaces, basically a project house that you pay $850 a month for. 0/10 would not recommend.

A lot of thugs live at this complex. I had to make noise complaints on a regular basis from late night partying outside my building. Office staff is rude as well.

Overpriced apartment units that are outdated and poorly maintained. The staff is very friendly, but the amenities and safety of the neighborhood are not up to the standards suggested by the price.
