The expert came out quickly to provide an efficient quote; our house is not the most straight forward for identifying a good place for the AC unit nor was the basement easily accessible for wiring. He recommended a reasonable approach with a fair quote, and his team came out within a couple of days and executed the job quickly and efficiently, as per the original plan discussed at quote time.

Technician was very on time and professional. He did a very good inspection on my furnace, air ducts, gas lines, water heater, and surrounding electrical work. He answered all of my questions and then some without hesitation and is very knowledgeable of his trade.r. Spectacular service!!

The technician was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and showed us how to properly clean the filter. Martin did a remarkable job. The issue I was having with the hot water heater was not occurring when he got there. By being meticulous he found the hidden issue with the power cable and corrected it. I could tell he was composed he found and dealt with the issue head on!!

Martin came to do our winter maintenance and then again to install a new humidifier. He was pleasant, considerate and very professional and really knew his stuff. Great service, prior to entering the tech were courteous, greeted me with hand shake and identified himself as the Phase Heating & Air Conditioning Representative that would be servicing my unit. Upon completion the Phase Heating & Air Conditioning Representative explained the results of the inspection reflected on invoice sheet.
