Hello Id like to give a shout out to Easter seals for taking the time and helping my grandson getting to the programs and helping him to communicate and learn about coping with his mental health and his medications and letting him know that he is not the only child out here dealing with mental issues so now he does not feel alone or embarrassed because he goes to Easter seals. He has met several other youth and after these few years at Easter seals he is ready to take on a summer job in the youth program. So very proud of him thank you Easter seals.💯

We had our evaluation the 3rd week in November and STILL have no report on our evaluation and we are now going into March! OH, they did find time to send us a $600 bill for their services after insurance paid out, yet I have not one returned phone call, email, or any report or feedback from our evaluation in November 2019. Monday is March 2nd 2020, I would never recommend this company for any evaluation. The time frame for any feedback is completely unacceptable. Especially since feedback is directly effected by insurance services based on diagnosis. Previously with another child we had experiences at U of M for same type of evaluation and we left with the evaluation results and were able to get treatment in line immediately. At this rate who knows if Easterseals will EVER know the results of our evaluation. If I could give a 0 star review for them, I would.

Their new nurse practitioner is nothing but a liar and sticks her nose where it doesnt belong. I will be calling Monday morning to file a complaint. Do not see this new practitioner. She is very unprofessional, and extremely unethical. She has no regard for parental input or rights.

I do not recommend this facility to anyone. They called to cancel my daughters med review and refused to give her her medication because she was supposedly not following their regulations. The regulations that we were never informed about. I pleaded with the secretary on how dangerous it was to just cut off a child from their meds. They made no suggestions on how we could fix the issue. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Not only is this the sylheti very unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate. They sit there and they blow smoke up everybodys behind they tell you theyre going to treat your children a certain way and in return they do not. One of my children has been involved with this facility for more than a year and they continuously change workers on her the management team does not keep both parents up-to-date versus phone calls emails or text messaging. This group is also a very sexist group towards men, I have so much more against them including recorded conversations and much more. At this point in time as of January 4th 2018 I have flared this was sylheti and inform them to stay the hell away from my daughter otherwise I will file state complaints lawsuits and federal complaints as well as file a complaint with the attorney general in the state of Michigan Im making it loud and clear Eastern seals do not contact my daughter anymore you have failed to protect her
