This is one of the best....if not THE best places for dental issues that I have gone to. My daughters as well as my 90 yr old mother have all been taken care of here. They explain everything clearly so you can understand the procedures they are doing and really focus on preventative care and doing it right the first time. The entire staff also go out of their way to make your feel comfortable, which is a good for people that have anxiety about going to the dentist I highly recommend them for all your dental needs.

I really feel comfortable here. Everyone is extremely kind and talented. They don’t do extra work they don’t need to do. They see me for appointments when things are bothering me- even if just to comfort me! I am very neurotic about my health so feeling heard and at ease is extremely important for me, on top of that I have had past traumatic experiences at a different dental practice so it has really taken a lot of effort for me to get dental work. It has helped knowing this place is completely different and there are dental practices that aren’t that way. I’ve seen three different doctors here (lol) and they all go above and beyond. The ladies at the front desk are also amazing. Thank you all!

Dentist is lovely if you can ever get an appointment. If you dont have the right insurance seems there is no customer loyalty to help get you in - even if youve been seeing them for years. Also, sometimes feels like conveniently a lot of procedures need to be done... naturally all costing money. Theres just not any desire to help the patients whether its scheduling or payment plans for uber expensive procedures. Sad because the dentist is really nice but feels like a get em in and get em out shop.

If I could I would put negative stars.This place is horrible, how are they still open. Have had 3 different dentist there and they all keep tell me a different story, I need more and more work done out of pocket. Went to birmingham dental to get a second option and he said my teeth are fine and just need a cleaning. New you tells you, you need stuff done that you really dont need to have done, so they get more money. Horrible place I wouldnt even send my dog to them if my life depended on it.Thank you for messing up my teeth and my confidence when I go in public.

Best experience at the dentist since I was told I was too old for my pediatric one. The entire staff, manager (super helpful), hygienist/assistant (spent a considerable amount of time perfecting my temps and laughing with me), and Doctor (amazing) are all extremely friendly and go out of their way to make sure you feel truly welcome and as comfortable as possible. Dr. El-Saghir was very empathetic, down to earth, and easy to talk to. She made sure my experience was as painless as possible and even suggested some cosmetic options that everyone seemed just as excited as I am to go with. I have found the people who will care for my grill for the long haul. Thank you all so much.

I would not recommend this place if youre doing more than a cleaning. Dr. Shin placed my implant, and it ended up failing.Into the fourth month of the healing process, the implant was still causing me pain. When they evaluated it, they told me it just needed more time to heal. Things didnt seem right so I had another doctor from a different office look at my x-ray, and he told me that it looked like it was failing. I addressed it to Dr. Shin and he had no idea why, but still insisted that it needed more time to heal and prescribed me a second dose of antibiotics.Because of the excruciating pain I was still in, they decided to have Dr. K, a travel specialist, look at it. He confirmed that it was indeed failing. After going back and forth with Seema (front desk), it took another two weeks to have them agree that Dr. K would redo my implant surgery. He took the old implant out and placed a graft. Six months later, a day before my second surgery, I got a call from them saying that Dr. K had left, but they could have Dr. Shin, who transferred to Texas, come back and place the implant, even after I told them I did not trust him anymore.Furthermore, one of the small cavities that Dr. Shin did ended up becoming problematic. He didnt close the gap between the teeth, which caused food impaction, which led to my gums becoming inflamed, causing me discomfort and pain. When I called, they said to give it two weeks to heal until they can see me again. At the time, I was unable to chew on either side for two weeks because I still had stitches where Dr. K just did surgery on my bottom right, and the pain from the inflamed gums on the top left. I saw a third doctor there, and they said it was too risky to redo the filling because it could lead to a root canal. Frustrated, I went back to the dentist I saw who originally told me that my implant was failing, who ended up replacing the filling, with no issues. He took photos of the filling and showed me the gap. He took another photo after he replaced the filling to show me how it should have looked like. We also took an x-ray before he replaced it, and the faulty filling was nowhere near the pulp tissues. It could have been replaced, they just didnt want to. For the record, I saw them three times about this filling. Dr. Shin did end up fixing the inflammation by closing the gap on the front but failed to close the gap on the back and the third time they refused to fix it.I have since asked for a refund on my implant surgery, as I have decided to go elsewhere, and its a little over two weeks since I have heard from them. They have neglected my care by passing me around to different doctors, and have caused me so much discomfort and pain in the process. I entrusted them with my oral health, and time and time again they failed me. My next steps are to file a complaint with the state licensing board and the Michigan Dental Association.

Everyone in this dental office is extremely nice and caring. I recently had a root canal done and didn’t feel a thing. The dentist is top notch! Very gentle and keeps you updated on what she’s doing. I would highly recommend New You Dental in Auburn Hills!

Honestly Ive had so much dental work and it has scarred me and gave me PTSD really bad. But here they are angels who put you and your comfort first. They will sit and make a plan with you no matter how far your teeth are gone. Everyone is so sweet and talented. They do have gas if you need it which helps me a lot. They are the sweetest

Everybody is very friendly. I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist and only went because I had a cracked tooth I needed to have removed. Dr. Saghir talked to me with empathy. She wasnt pushy or condescending like I have experienced in the past with dentists. I would highly recommend them to anybody, but particularly to anybody that is ashamed about the condition of their teeth. This is a safe place.

I visited New You Dental a few months ago for a routine exam and cleaning. I was informed that I had 5 cavities (which I never had before and my teeth were fine the year prior). I was rushed through the debriefing with the doctor and they tried to push me into scheduling for the fillings. Fortunately, I held off because something didnt seem right. I went to a specialist yesterday and they told me the x-rays that New You Dental Center performed were useless. Therefore, they took x-rays of my teeth and the doctor informed me I had ZERO cavities.I would not recommend New You Dental to anyone. Clearly they do not know how to practice proper dental care, OR if they do, they are engaging in malpractice and simply want your money by saying you need procedures that you actually do not.

I stumbled across this clinic as it down the road from my work. I will say, I simply stopped in for a cleaning and after neglecting dental care for a couple of years there were additional services recommended. I am happy I chose to follow through as the staff, professionals, and doctor were all fantastic. Although scheduling has been am issue (due to COVID)--which is understandable, I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone!

I was able to make an appointment with ease, submit forms and have pre-appointment questions answered with the office manager, Seema. My 6 year old daughter was welcomed and made comfortable for her cleaning/exam. Seema even arranged our appointments so I would be able to be seen and sit with my daughter instead of coming on separate days. My exam and plan of care was explained to me in detail and any questions I had were answered by the dr and/or the dental assistant. I would recommend the Auburn Hills location for being kid-friendly, wonderful care and exceptional customer service.

I just want to say how amazing and accommodating this practice is! I’ve worked in the dentil field and know how hard it is to get new patients in with pain right away..however they got me in when I called at 12:59 on Saturday and they got me in at 1:30, fixed my tooth right then and I was out by 2! Definitely a great place run by amazing women!

First time coming to this office. I was EXTREMELY scared because I’ve had bad experiences. The lady with the short dark hair at the counter was super friendly and kind! She was so helpful and pleasant! The tech in the back and the doctor was so nice and comforting. I was already nervous but they had GREAT bed side manner. I’m nervous because of the procedures I have to have but I trust that these people will do their best to fix all my teeth issues! So glad my co worker told me about this place!

I came here in the fall in need of a lot of work. I am so thankful that I found this office, because they have been so great for every procedure. They have far more modern equipment than my last dentist. All of the staff are very friendly and sweet and will ease your anxiety during the visit. The office staff, hygienists, and dentists are so nice and helpful. I never have issues getting in when needed and making sure that both myself and my son are taken care of properly. They explain all of the charges and procedures before beginning treatment, and take great care of you during and after. The office is very clean and all staff follow very strict covid cleanliness guidelines. My dad recommended this office to me, and I definitely recommend to anyone else looking for a new dental provider.

I broke a tooth about a year ago and put off going to the dentist until I couldn’t stand it anymore. New You Dental got me in within two hours of me calling for an appointment. I had to have my first root canal and it was not bad at all. I had such a positive experience and I am glad I found a place with such kind & helpful staff.

I am new to New You Dental Center. I went in recently to get a crown. The crowning procedure went more or less to plan. Hopefully, the crown lasts a good long while. I was happy to find out that New You uses BruxZir Solid Zirconia for all crowns, which is top of the line, very durable.New You Dental Center is fairly large and immaculately clean. In the back, where one goes to for dental work, there is an open-floor plan, much like a hair salon, and so offers little in the way of privacy. I, personally, did not mind this,.The dentist, office manager, and staff are all incredibly friendly while at the same time very professional. The dentist and her team took the time to explain observations, x-rays, and what generally was being done. They advised me of various options, were considerate of the fact that I was paying out-of-pocket, and, most importantly, took utmost care in ensuring my comfort.Highly recommended.

Tried this dental center based on proximity and fairly good reviews, however, since my first visit, I have had multiple issues with this practice. At my first appointment I was shocked with the news I had numerous cavities that needed filling, as I had never had any before. I agreed to allow them to be filled, but during the procedure my nerve blocks were placed in the wrong area leaving part of my face numb without numbing the area being worked on. The job felt rushed, but I tried to have faith. Within 12 hours one of the fillings fell out. I will say they were able to get me in promptly to fix this issue, however, it felt as though they didnt believe me. Issues once again with working on my tooth without properly numbing the area and patronizing comments from the dentist. Once my teeth were back in working order, I have been dealing with failure to reimburse for almost two months now. I was overcharged and realized it on my insurance statement, contacted the office immediately. Each time I call, I receive a different answer, whether it is in process or the office manager will have to take care of it monday or oh its just 8-10 days to show, most recently was told that the office manager will contact corporate, but I have little faith I will see my money again. I encourage people to do their research and make sure your insurance coverage is estimated correctly by this office to avoid overpaying and never receiving a reimbursement. If you are looking for a dental cleaning, Star did a great job here, but that is all I can recommend.

I have been coming to this office for a few years now, even before this new management. The office was good before, but I would say it is excellent now. Ramona is my favorite hygienist by far. Very knowledgeable, gentle, and kind. The office staff is so friendly and they always have a smile on their faces. Going to the dentist is stressful enough, but the team there go out of their way to actually make it enjoyable. I am always called back for my appointment on time, and a cleaning with x-rays usually takes about 30 min. Simply fantastic and worth the drive. I highly recommend this dental office!

First of all, this office got me in for a tooth extraction same day on a Saturday.That is virtually unheard of. The 40 min drive was worth it. The receptionist was lovely and kind. The dental assistant immediately made me feel warm and comfortable! He was extremely friendly and polite. As someone with extreme anxiety, this was monumentally helpful. The doctor, Dr. Shin was also kind and straight forward, genuinely caring about the condition of my teeth as well as future care I would need. He was adament without being pushy. The work itself was tricky because the tooth was cracked, but they got the tooth extracted with no pain and minimal discomfort within 10 minutes. At the end the receptionist let us know that Dr. Shin works at the livonia location on Fridays and should continue treatment there as its closer, but having gone to both, I will be coming back to Auburn Hills. Its not only larger, the staff exemplifies the characteristics everyone looks for in a dentistry office. You couldnt ask for a better experience. Highly recommended. The front desk manager Ashika was organized and efficient. From reminder text, to pleasant customer service, she was on top of her job. The entire office was clean and organized. The back staff as a whole worked in harmony. Our dental hygienist Star provided the most comfortable cleaning I ever had. She is exceptionally light handed and meticulous. If you’re looking for an extremely clean dental office, give them a call.

I scheduled a appointment to have my tooth pulled back in April. She said it was $250. We then scheduled my next appointment for a cleaning in May. Due to the pandemic they cancelled my appointment without notice and not only are they saying they don’t see my credit, there’s nothing they can do about information that was given to me. Pandemic does not mean keep people’s money and blame the consumer for your staff being uniformed. So either pay another $85 or find a new dentist? Guess which one I’m going with? Never again.

My 15 year old son had a terrible tooth ache. I have no dental insurance. Every place I called wanted full payment up front. This place was willing to work with me. They got him in the same day, only asked for a $40.00 down payment and then took my debit card information and automatically withdrew the rest of the bill on my following pay day, a week later. Seeing your child in pain and not being able to do anything about it is the worst feeling ever, Thanks for not making my child suffer until payday! This place took amazing care of him and Im forever grateful!!! Thank you!!!

I dont even know where to begin...My kids had their cleaning on 7/7/2020, they did such an amazing job with my 4 year old and my 5 year. They complimented on how great their teeth look and how very little plaque they had and how well their teeth were taken care of which makes the next part hard. Unfortunately, we discovered that my daughter had 3 tiny cavities in her baby. The dentist told me to prepare her and we would get it taken care of no biggy. We returned on 7/9/2020 and ***SHE DID AMAZING FOR A 5 YEAR OLD***(aside from the melt down the night prior). They gave her happy gas, numbed her, explained everything to her, she followed all their directions, the noises didnt scare her which I thought they might but they didnt and even they were shocked at how well she did. I just cant say enough positive things about the dentist she was so warm, friendly and great with kids. All staff were excited to see me when I walked in. There was no confusion on where to go since the reception area is right in front of you when you walk in. I was offered coffee while I waited which made me feel appreciated. The technician was confident and gave me a thorough and painless cleaning while the Dr was personable, relatable and knowledgeable. Very pleasant professional office. Seema goes above and beyond to give her expertise with payment options, she specifically gave me two different dental plans for review and offered to review and advise. Cheryl, was top notch always making sure I was comfortable, and as far as Dr. El Saghir, there is not enough adjectives to express her professional demeanor, sense of caring while your in her chair, concern with the overall health of your teeth and willingly wanting to set a plan for continuous care. My appt. was Thursday, 7-30th at 5:00pm, I did not have to wait (and it isnt due to pandemic) nor did I have to wait last year. This is the Ultimate Dental facility. Its hard to get anything done during his virus...but yesterday I needed a root canal done and the great people there were able to fit me in, got the job done quickly and got me out...skilled doctor, staff and very competent front office...I would recommend them to anyone...good people and friendly service.

If I could rate New You Dental Center 10 stars it still wouldnt do justice. The support staff is so friendly and nice. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Dr.S....is hands down the BEST. If youre in need of a cleaning or more complex maintenance of your teeth, N.Y.D.C is the place to go!!!!

The office manager went above and beyond to resolve all my issues and was fantastic. The receptionist was very kind, helpful, and on top of things! Dental hygienist star cleaned both me and child teeth making sure every tooth was perfect, shes the best at her job. Quick service, great smiles, and all very organized.

Highly recommend! Came in as a brand new patient and was treated as if they knew me for years! Star did an amazing job cleaning my teeth, and Dr. El-Saghir was very thorough and answered all my questions!

I don’t normally leave reviews but New You Dental Center in Auburn Hills is AMAZING!! The receptionists, Star the hygeinist and Dr. chin. They treat me with care and empathy. I got my teeth whitened and 6 porcelain caps “veneers.” My teeth are so beautiful!!! They look real. I typically can tell when a person have caps. Mine look so real. I can’t stop looking at them. I wish I could upload a photo. I recommend them to everyone!! I’m so incredibly grateful for my new smile!!! Thank you New You Dental Center in Auburn Hills!!!
