They do a great job. The only reason I dont give them 5 stars is because i waited 1 hr for them to start on my full set nails even tho I had an appointment. They put tips on you in the meanwhile so you kinda feel like you have to stay. And they have given me little cuts every time I go for a full set.

I went in yesterday with my daughter, her toes weren’t painted all the way, one of her nails only had a dot of paint?. So not an excuse. As for me the lady filed one of my toe nails too close to my skin where I now have a cut from it & hurts Every time I take a step. I don’t see my self coming here, as I will make sure to let others know about this unfortunate experience.

Very clean, they use clean equipment and new buffers and files. Definitely the cleanest in the area they even sanitize the pedicure chairs after every client. Vy did an amazing job on my pedicure will definitely be going back to her.

I paid $30 plus tip for my pedi. The man in reception makes no eye contact, is too busy on his cell & just asked me to pick a color. The lady didn’t do a good job painting my toes. It looks like a paint job done a week ago….my nails look like they grew out already w/ how she painted them. Don’t let the lady w/ the man cut do ur pedi. She understands & speaks very little English

This was my favorite nail experience so far. My experience went well and they actually recommended a different technique to do my nails since I asked for a nail color with nail art on top. They did well on my nails but my matte top coat started to chip off a week after I got my nails done :(

The kitty chairs make my daughter feel special to have something her size when she gets her toes done. I always ask for Tan, he does a great job!

The owner at this nail shop is unprofessional and mean spirited. The kid pedicure was worthless and not worth the short 10 minutes. Customer service is horrible. The gentlemen who did my gel mani and pedi and was very kind and did a great job. Otherwise would never recommend this place. The owner should smile more.

All staff are very friendly and professional. They are fully present when working on me. They don’t just talk to each other in their foreign language, like most salons do. You know what I mean when your sure they are talking badly about you? It’s not like that at this salon.They have the whole salon so clean and sterile at all times.They definitely make me and my daughter (9y/o) feel pampered. We even get offered drinks, on the house, as soon as we check in. What salon around here does that?The massages are awesome!!!This is a must go when we have mother-daughter time.

My first time visiting this place. Was impressed with the appearance & the layout & cleanliness but discussed with the manicure I received. I asked for the basic manicure & received even less! She left glitter, gel, & broken nail-spurs & uneven filing. I will not return🤨

The interior is so clean and well kept! The massage chairs for getting you pedicure done are so comfy and clean. They also do some great nail art and regular gels very well. I highly recommend coming here again and again. My spot to go to when Im in town in here. Please make sure to check them out everyone! Went here for the first time because a friend recommended it. I got a pedicure with a cuticle trim added on. Technician was my nail tech and was awesome! Very efficient yet attentive to detail. The pricing was slightly below average which is a plus. Definitely will be going back!

Loved getting my nails done here the other day. I felt relaxed as soon as I walked in. They had a wedding party there but kept me updated on how much time until they would get to me. There were several people working so I only had to wait about 10 minutes.They carry OPI and Essie nail polish and have several different types of manicures/pedicures. I went with the classic pedicure and manicure. Both were enjoyable and I took advantage of the massage chair with the pedicure.Im already looking forward to going back!

By far the best nail experience Ive ever had. If anything, Im upset because Im only visiting and I cant have T Nails & Spa as my go to on a regular basis. My cousin lives in the area and recommended we get our nails done here, further advising appointments are recommended. By calling in the morning, I was able to get a spot for 3 pedicures towards the later afternoon. The pricing is pretty average but the quality-and the service-is 5 stars. The staff here are extremely sweet. The nail technicians were very caring in taking their time and asking several times if the massage and cleaning ever hurt. If Im ever back in Atwater I will make sure my nails need to be done just to come back here. I highly highly recommend T Nails & Spa!

My favorite mani pedi place in city. Always have a great experience here no matter how much time passes in between. The manicures last a long time and the treatments are great. I can even convince my husband to go here sometimes.

I did not have a good experience here. It used to be pretty good and although everyone is friendly I just can’t say I’ll go there again. I was pressured into getting something that I didn’t want, the nails all look grown out, super thick and crooked. I ended up asking if they could be fixed after paying and I was told it’s my fault for not saying something sooner. Real bummer. I think they just wanted to get me in and out as soon as possible.

I dont know how long it will last yet, but so far Im so happy with my nails and services of the salon. Technician is an excellent. Thankssssss!!!

I was in from out of town and on a whim decided to get my nails done. I didnt have an appointment and they were pretty busy. They got my in for a mani/pedi..Its been almost 4 weeks and they still look great. Of course there is a little nail growth but otherwise they still look amazing.The technician was awesome. They were efficient and took great care of me. Next time I visit Atwater I will definitely go back.

Came in on a Saturday at 10:30 (prime nail salon hours) and after being greeted by the nice receptionist, picked out my colors and got seated.A nice manicurist with a bubbly spirit started on my feet while a more quiet one started on my manicure. The shop is clean, organized and the chairs are amazing.I was offered water and the services started immediately. Overall, I spent an hour in the shop getting both done. Both ladies were very thorough.I love getting double service (mani/pedi) at the same time. It was so relaxing. The prices are reasonable and I will definitely be back based off of the professionalism and cleanliness alone.

Really disappointed with my visit today. I never write reviews but this time was a big let down. Walked into the salon and wasn’t greeted by any of the staff. Waited at the counter for 5 minutes before a man walked up and said “what you here for” I replied with “a color change please and possibly a leg massage, do you have a menu?” He then replied with “No menu! You want 20 min massage 20$ you want 30 minutes you pay 30$.” Feeling unwelcomed i declined the offer and he turned around and left. Mind you I was still waiting to be helped for my nail color change. I continued to stand there while the other staff members continuously glanced my way again not trying to help me. The man then returned and said “sit there, wait, pick a color.” I was then seated at his station and he proceeded to rush me. I asked if he could file my nail a bit more before painting and he said no. Fast forward to my nails drying in the gel polish light dryer... he was staring at the timer and rushed me to give him my hand right away for the last top coat. As I’m paying at the counter he rudely says “20$” and as he hands me my change he doesn’t count it back to me just slaps it on the counter and doesn’t greet me on the way out. No eye contact was ever made during the purchase or service. Though he did a good job painting my nails the staff was so rude and very unhelpful.

Visiting Atwater for a few weeks while my son plays baseball here. Found nail city through google maps and couldnt be happier with the decision. Place was extremely clean, everyone was polite, friendly and my nails look great. Going to make sure I go back for a pedicure before I head back hone.

I use to really like this place. But the guy that works in the front is so rude I won’t go back. He charged me .67 extra and when I asked him why he couldn’t give me an answer. I wasn’t going to argue over .67 cents but I won’t go back kinda shady.

Clipped the skin on my cuticle enough that antiseptic applied twice a alcohol applied twice didn’t stop the bleeding.5. He bumped the polish and instead of starting over, he globbed on more polish. After I found someone who spoke English and complained he fixed it.6. However when I got home and could see better I noticed all of the nail polish is bumpyI won’t even go back for them to fix it cause I had such a bad experience that I NEVER want to set foot in there again. T’s Nails & Spa is the worst place I’ve ever done business.

I have been coming here for 2 years. The lady that does the eye brow waxing is super nice. I have never had any issues with pedicures or manicures. I recommend the Gel Polish. It last a while.

I work at state farm down the street on Bellevue and the location is perfect for me. They were very clean and they were very nice and friendly to me and my associate. Love my pedi and the hot stones and massage was on point. Love my gel manicure. Both the staff that helped me were nice I cant remember their names and the owner I think his name was Danny kept asking if I was doing ok and offered me water. I love this place. Thank you.

I have been coming here since they opened shop. Today I went in around5:50 and was told to come back at 6:30 the place had 2 people so ok i left came back at 6:25 then the guy said oh theres a large group now so we cant help you. Wow really! I wont waste another dime in this shop. So many other places to go!
