Always quick and friendly got my lost tags taken care of quickly. Much easier than going to dmv

I went in for registration renewal and was out within 2 minutes. Better time than DMV 2 hour wait line. Customer service was friendly, very helpful. Will most certainly be coming here for all my DMV needs. Thank you!

Rude.bad customer services. He was charging me 500$ when to another place and I paid less .

Owner was rude. Said system was down and he would take my info and text me when the paperwork was done. That I could then come back in and pay and get my stickers. Never heard back from him. Had to go back in again. He was somewhat more friendly after I went back the second time, but didnt make up for his rudeness the first time.

He has no problem taking your money told me to get smog then pay for the stickers came back the next week he tried to charge me twice for the registration I told him that I only had to pay for tag he said no tag and registration he kicked me out very very bad business practices

Bad customer service and they lack professionalism. They leave their interviewees waiting for half an hour until they are informed that the place of the interview was changed without giving them a notice before.

I called them around 10 to see if they were open because I needed to get my car registration done. When I got there around 10:45, I didnt see anyone but a sign at the door that stated they will return at 10 am....it was already 10:45, I guess these people dont want to work. So, I drove to the one in merced BY the dmv, then to another posted sign We will begin back after 2pm....what is going on here. I see all these advertisement at the DMV about them but they dont seem like they want to work. I might as well go to the dmv for my tag to save me time.

I been coming here for about 2-3 years now and every time I have a great experience there very helpful and its in and out. Ill be continuing to come back here.

Rude customer service. I think it was the owner... I think he enjoys yelling at his customers it Must make him feel like a BIG man. I dont get it. Its not like be owns the place (he propably its on lease) he needs to learn cutomer service. No wonder its always empty.

Although they were able to help me out the guy behind the counter was very rude and raised his voice at me when i didnt have an answer to a question he asked
