Ive never been one to really treat myself to anything aside from the occasional mani pedi with a friend. I wanted to snap out of my winter funk and saw a review saying this salon is a hidden gem and let me tell you theyre 100% right. Everyone that works there is kind and courteous, very clean laid back atmosphere. Im happy I found a place Im comfortable going to they do ask amazing job❤️ see you guys again soon 😊

Sophie does my nails and she does such a phenomenal job also got boss lashes from Sophie Attleboro go see her Express Mail I give them more than five stars

The lovely gentleman who gives pedicures is absolutely amazing. He makes me feel like a queen. Im also very ticklish but hes able to scrub my feet without me even flinching. All the girls who do manicures are fantastic as well! Its the best little jem in the city!

I paid online for myself and my daughter to have the mani-pedi with acrylics. My daughter opted out of having her feet done yet I was still charged $145, not including the design my daughter received which was another $10, plus I had 2 clear nails placed on my ring fingers which was $20 and I tipped a total of $15, $5 to each nail tech and $5 to the woman who completed my pedi.$190 and the experience wasnt great!! My daughter worked with whom I assume was the owner, which she did say was very nice. I on the other hand worked with a man in the 2nd row towards the left when walking into the building. He was rude, extremely rude. Basically caused me pain, shewed my hand way each time he finished, only did 1 coat of polish and I lost a nail within 6 days.Im not one to complain, although this is a warranted situation. I did return to have my nail fixed which was done by a young man at the 1st table to the right.He was nice, often engaged in discussion re: various things, asked my opinion before moving on, took his time with me and most of all he WAS a d***. Trust me, youll know who he is the second you walk in.

Number one still have to wear a mask and number two the girl that work on me drop her tools picked it up and continue on working.

I LOVE COMING HERE! I love everyone who works here! So friendly, very nice, very accommodating and very very very clean! Always satisfied when I come here! I’m going to be moving soon and you can guarantee I’ll be coming to get my nailsDone as soon as I get a vehicle! ALWAYS A PLEASURE! ❤️

Not my usual nail salon but owner does a great job

Got my nails done 2 weeks ago and I always remove them myself. My real nail was so thin from the lady sanding it down with the dremmel that it split down the middle. I tried to tell them that they dont need to sand my nail down it will stick just fine without it but they insisted and did it anyways ..the customer is always right...rude and the lady did an awful job on the acrilic.. never again I hope my nails heal ok

I got regular nail polish and for some reason it took them 1.5 hrs to dry.. and mins after leaving they all got smudged and messy! There’s something wrong with their drying table or nail polish or the drying spray! A regular manicure and pedicure took 4 hrs and the result is very messy ! Never going back to them!

I love this place the lady who does my nails is Sophia and she is amazing always very polite and welcoming to me and my daughter who is 6 always says hi to her and happy to see us..

Small place but nice vibe and I love the way my pedicure came out! I also love the fact that they have incentives there. Ill definitely be going back!

My first time coming here and I had a pedicure. The gentleman that did my feet took his time and did a fantastic job. I’ll definitely return!

I was hoping for a new go to closer place. My first visit went OK... had a regular manicure by Sophia. There were two younger gals there observing. Next visit, made an appointment with Sophia who put dip powder nails on with no tips. Id only had it done once before and they lasted a little over 3 weeks! This time, within a week 3 nails were falling apart... by two weeks most of them were cracking apart. I ran in to just get them OFF with a regular manicure. Only one person in there, VERY young - she had no explanation and offered NO recompense. When she did my manicure she finished quickly, did not square my nails like Id asked, seemed distracted having had to turn away 3 customers saying you come back later?.. When she was done I let her know my nails were not finished.. either with the polishing stick, oils on the cuticles..etc. She said shed never heard of the polishing stick and sent me on my way. I found the perfect place in Mansfield, Ill drive there from now on; Ive never given a $15 tip before but the place in Mansfield is WORTH IT. AND you dont get called HONEY all the time. EXPRESS NAILS is NOT a professional place.

Love this place. My acrylic nails are always done perfectly. She really takes her time to make sure that they are perfectly even and nicely shaped.

I would have given 5 the first time i went they were great. However when i got them filled she rushed and all my nails lifted and came off in one piece less then a week later. Not very happy i paid almost 40 bucks for them to not even last till it was time for a fill

Truthfully i wish i could give them no stars. i came in for a fill and pedicure, they started me off with the pedicure and as im waiting for my fill they tellme to come back in tomorrow and serve two other ladies that just walked in instead. very rude and inconsiderate. i will never be coming back to this place EVER AGAIN.

It really makes u feel like your at home i needed a fill and before coming here i went to one thats crazy expensive then the other one i used to go to was close for some odd reason but 10/10 i love how careful and polite they are will be returning end of feb early march

I went there 45 minutes before they closed and the women who did my nails was great, she didnt rush, was fun to talk with and did a great job. I will definitely be going back!!

They always to my nails nice and dont make me feel rushed because I dont know what color I want or the design

When Lynn owned the salon, I was a customer of hers for about 3 years & LOVED it. Theres a new owner & Im not impressed. I went for a fill 3 days ago & the technician was sick (hes just back & still isnt feeling 100%. So sorry!) - I now have a cold - LOL. My nails are already lifting, so I wont be going back. Lynns new salon is in Plainville (Queen Nails) - if it wasnt so far away, Id go there!!

Dont bother making an appointment. They dont seem to care whether youve made one or not--they kept taking walk ins and leaving us to sit and wait mid mani/pedi, so its not like we could get up and leave. It was SO unprofessional. Then, although my gel manicure came out great from one girl, she abandoned me and I got stuck with THREE different people to do my pedicure. It ended up looking like a 4 year old did it. It was SO bad. If youre accustomed to a mani/pedi taking 2 hours when you actually had an appointment...then maybe you would like it here...Doubt Ill ever go back...
