Admiral Custom Roofing exceeded our expectations every step of the way. We’ve been home owners for 20 years at multiple duty stations. This was the first time ever we didn’t have to pay 100% out of pocket and it’s thanks to Stan Nichols with Admiral Custom Roofing. When we asked for a free inspection Admiral’s team came out and inspected and advised we had wind/hail damage and that we should contact our home owners insurance. We were shocked as no one had ever told us to do so before and we had wind damage on our last home in FL. We gave them a call they sent an adjuster who Stan came out to meet along with Admiral’s Inspector. They worked with the adjuster every step of the way and the claim was approved! That was music to our ears. We then sat down and went over the materials included and timelines. We wanted our shop to match our house which insurance wasn’t paying for but to our surprise the cost was only a couple hundred dollars (we expected much more). Install day arrived, the team arrived promptly at 6:00 am and got to work. They where a well oiled machine. They not only completed the roof tear off and install on our home they did are shop the same day too and cleaned up like no ones business. In roughly 13 hours the appearance of our property completely changed for the better. Stan Nichols then personally came out the next morning and reran magnets over our yards (were talking roughly an acre) without being asked to be 100% sure no debris was missed before our English Bulldog came home from being boarded. Admiral’s custom service is top notch!!! Oh and we should add the whole process from Inspection to install took less than 30 days!!!!!

Originally we called Admiral Roofing to replace a roof fan after they were highly recommended. Ben was able to come out over the weekend which was a huge convenience for us. After speaking with Ben and learning of all options and explanations of services available from Admiral Roofing in addition to their reasonable pricing, we made the decision to have 3 services completed. First, we had our old fan removed from the roof, the roof repaired, and roof vents were installed. This saved us from additional fan repairs and a maintenance free option at a price similar to having the fan replaced. Second, we had new gutters installed. We had planned on completing this ourselves but the price quoted from Admiral Roofing was so reasonable we decided to have the work completed by Admiral. Third, we had all new windows installed. This project we knew we had to do eventually and would be costly. After receiving the quote and the many financing options available from Ben, we could not pass on how reasonably priced the service was (less than half of what we had anticipated). Each service was scheduled and completed quickly and effiecently. Each team that came out did A+ work and cleaned up after themselves. Additionally, Ben was in constant contact with us throughout each service and we felt the quality of work and customer service was top notch and professional. We highly recommended them.

A few months ago I experienced a floor due to a busted pipe. I had never experienced anything so devastating as it relates to issues with my home. I got a call from my kids while I was at work letting me know that water was flowing throughout our house. In a panic, I called Roger for advice. Before I could finish my sentence, he said he was on his way. I arrived home almost an hour later to find he and his crew were already at my house fixing the busted pipe. The damage covered the majority of my downstairs and everything was a mess. Within three hours, the pipe was fixed, carpet was up and the drying process had begun. Within a week and a half, hard work floors were removed, sheetrock was replaced, new carpet was brought in, and my walls were painted. Admiral custom roofing was recommended to me from a real estate agent that sold me my house and from several customers on facebook. A 83 year old mans old home burnt down. He did not have insurance due to the age of the home. Being in the country, he would not leave his chickens, turkeys, geese, and rabbits for fear of neighbors stealing them and the foxes too. So he decided to sleep in the chicken coop with the chickens. After a few months the board of supervisors found out and told him he had to leave the property. Our church and several local folks stepped up and have been donating time and material to the construction of a home. Someone loaned him a travel camper to live in to get him out of the weather. On July 21st 2019 at 5 pm, Highland Baptist in Sentabia, MS will be presenting Mr. Washington Burdett with the keys to his new home completely furnished and paid for.
