This place used to be amazing. But thats when a husband and wife owned it and did the work, they had an artistic son that was there with them. They offered exceptional services and were different from other nail shops. It was very relaxing. I wont go back to this one again, now that their gone. Their services wasnt as good as several other surrounding shops

It’s the only place I go now. I get my nails and toes done every time I go. The people are nice and the price isn’t bad. I tell them how I want my nails and they are spot on every time. I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE

After waiting over an hour and a half I believe it’s the owner of the male that works in there starts getting all mad and yelling that we can’t use Lena who does the nail art very nicely. That’s very unprofessional I would not go there. He was YELLING at two of us to leave. She’s talented and he can’t handle she’s better than him.

The staff is wonderful! Clean and relaxing atmosphere.

Not super impressed. Came 2 hours prior to closing for dipped nails, and they werent packed. Asked for a natural look, clarified only 2 coats of powder, and got 3 with a thick appearance and poor shaping. The first 2 coats did not come anywhere close to my nail bed and I had to point that out. Friends at work say they look bulky like candy.Tech used a dremel tool on my natural nails, and throughout the process. Hurt my cuticle several times by rushing. Had to ask twice for another coat of clear polish to make them shiny because they were dull with tool marks, and transition lines showing near the cuticle.Im a nurse and use and wash my hands a lot. The bulkiness is a bit distracting and cumbersome. Should probably have gone somewhere outside of Atoka. I cant understand how this location has such high reviews. Fam was my nail tech.

I got a shellac manicure four days ago and on day number two the polish started peeling off. I would’ve returned immediately however they closed early that day and then were closed for the next two days. I stopped by yesterday to inform the owner and show him and he replied well you’re not getting it for free. My reply was I’m not asking to get it for free but I think it would only be fair to pay half because a shellacManicure if done properly last for me 2 to 3 weeks

The quality of the work was good. Miscommunication regarding price - which was not a problem really. During the discussion the owner interjected and argued that we had not been told the price that 3 out of 4 of us heard. Shouted at us that he was not trying to cheat us... Not only did he shout, but followed out the door yelling. Everything was fine during this price discussion until he came at the end of the conversation and felt the need to interject. Not professional at all.

The owner is beyond rude. They lied about a price of a pedicure and the owner then proceeded to yell about it. I have never been talked to like that at a place.

Had been to this shop before (couple years ago) for acrylics & never had any problems (had different people). Went back today and had a completely different experience. Service was rushed. My pedicure was all of 10 min. Also got a manicure and it was all down hill from there. The polish is uneven. The tech didn’t even cut my nails so they were even. She just proceeded to file them and they were crooked! I had to fix them myself when I got home. My biggest issue is the excessive amount of cuticle clipping. I was literally bleeding when I left! I now have chunks of my fingers missing and split cuticles that I did not have before! If you actually care about the health of your nails, do not go here. If you’re in healthcare like me, you will be wearing band aids at work to cover your open nail beds! I also saw the tech simply throw the tools she used back in the drawer without cleaning them when she finished. Seeing as how I had open wounds, it seems very unsanitary. These people can’t have any formal training from what I witnessed. They honestly should be shut down.

It was my first visit today. It was busy as I expected it to be on a Saturday afternoon. I didnt wait as long as I thought I would though. Everyone was very nice I had a younger male nail tech and I really enjoyed his conversation and he did a wonderful job on my nails. I will be back!

Have been going here for little over a year. Owners are always so nice, they give us hugs when we walk in. Very friendly, Prices are good, and they do great nails. Sometimes they get busy, but mostly around special occasions. Usually try to get you threw so you don’t have to wait too long. Great place though.

We got there at our schedule time which was 1. They were done with us in 15 minutes. We had asked for a pedicure.I was thinking they would take their time and do a good job but I felt like they rush to get us out of their. I was very disappointed.

Got there right when they opened, there were two other people that walked in with us. There were only two employees, so we waited for an hour, then the guy told us the girl would be with us in a minute. Well, she started on SOMEONE ELSE. When my friend went to put her polish back so we could just leave, the worker asked if we were leaving, and she said yes because she had somewhere to be in about half an hour. He got pretty smart with her and then said, Well, sorry in a tone that clearly WAS NOT sorry, and like we were wrong for leaving. All I want is to find a great nail salon. Seems they dont exist.

My first time coming here and so far they have exceeded my expectations. First I found the perfect shade of gray opi gel polish #125. Then the lady that did my nails I think she said her name was fam or Phan or fan, either way she was fast, efficient and she did my nails the way I liked them shape and length. They have soooo many color options and I will definitely be going back.

I got a gell fill in done and it was done so poorly its lumpy and as soon as i got in my car one of the nails completely fell off

The ppl are very nice here.....my husband & i just moved to tn 2 months ago, well i went here the first time, it was great, the man done my nails.....Well 2nd time going here, the woman (his wife) did them, she filed them to thin & caused my one nail to end up breaking.....Ill not be back at all, i know their not suppose to be super thick but then again they shouldnt be paper thin either......
