I was quoted a price of $220 over the phone for my car. Upon arrival I decided to add the windshield strip which brought my total to $245. I arrived and the service was performed. I’m giving you all 3 stars because you should make customers aware of fees. I was charged a extra $12.25 for shop supplies that you all did not tell me would be included in the price. I gave the lady behind the desk my card. She did not make me aware of any fees associated with using my card. I was charged a extra $9.88 for service fee on using a card. That is beyond crazy, and false advertising at its best. BAD BUSINESS, and correction I never had two appointments. Only one, and I canceled it 2 weeks before time because I wasn’t gone to be in town that week. Furthermore, I never said I wasn’t satisfied with the work. I simply said it is bad business to not make customers aware of any extra fees!!!!!! Please don’t lie on me sweetie. I wasn’t late for my appointment. I was actually there beforehand. Please be aware of this place. Avoid them at all cost. I paid $292 to get window tint. I was severely overcharged. I will not recommend this place to anyone!

They are awesome people frist class work. They have done 3 of my vehicle every one of them sound amazing.They also have tinted all of them the looks amazing I will be doing more business with them in the future

I had my daughters windows tinted today and we love it! They got us in and out in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable! I highly recommend Caldwell Tinting and Audio! We will definitely be upgrading our stereo system and remote start with you guys soon!

I had all my windows tinted a while back and a system installed today and I absolutely love the outcome of both! I highly recommend anyone looking for tint or audio to give Caldwell Tinting and Audio a holler!!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. **My car has a dent and scratch underneath the plactic protective tape that they tried to hide.** My car and parts were treated horribly and damaged, when the hot headed owner heard from another customer that I wasnt happy, he called and yelled at me, telling me he was going to put my car out in the rain. My car has no door glass in it or T-tops. The owner is never there, he is usually taking care of his personal business buying race car equipment. The staff has to cover his front desk clerical duties which he can barely do when he is there, causing them to get behind on their work.

Had Shane and Cody install a viper alarm with auto door/trunk locks in my Buick. They did a fantastic job. They took car of my car, did excellent work and gave me a great price! Strongly recommend these gents ! I’ll be back for more work ! Thank you!
