Great work for a great price!! It didn’t take very long for the technician to come find out what the problem was with our GE fridge. He was able to finish fixing the problem fast and he charged me with a reasonable price. I am very satisfied!

I called on a Sunday night and Jean answered and scheduled me for Monday afternoon. He sent Paul who was nice, professional and had a complete protective gear for covid. He fixed my dishwasher within minutes!

The repairman arrived early and quickly resolved the problem with my freezer. I would contact and use again. Very pleased!

Atoka Appliance Repair is the most professional, courteous and reasonably priced company we have ever used. Our Lg dryer was not heating so we called around 10 am and by 2 pm the tech was here repairing the problem. Job he did was great! Atoka Appliance Repair would only be the company I would ever call for repair!

Scheduled an appointment to fix my freezer, no one showed. I called and was told that the appointment was canceled last night and nobody bothered to call and tell me. So I said here from 9 to 12 waiting waiting waiting no one showed up and I still don’t have a fixed freezer do not go to this company

They were not expensive at all and the fix they made on the washer was really good. It’s spinning it has been doing great ever since the repair. They’re trustworthy and I will only call this place for help with my appliance.

Do NOT use these people!! They are not local it’s a call center. A technician will show up but don’t expect them to return and finish!! Total rip off. Can’t call the technician back because it goes straight to voicemail and and the mailbox is full. If I could give them a negative 10 stars I would. Don’t use them. If you live in Atoka call Watson.

Please dont use them. They are only a call center and refer random people to fix appliances. My dryer wasnt working and this guy came to my house later than what I was told. Pulled up in a van with a busted out window. My dryer is ok but Jerry didnt put my dryer back together properly. So now the left top side of the dryer lifts up. He also took one of my knobs, I guess because he wanted to take it thinking I wouldnt notice. I said something to him and he put a different knob on. Not the same one. I tried calling shortly after he left and he wouldnt answer his phone. I texted him about the dryer, he said he was almost in MS. He also said it wasnt that urgent that the dryer is working but putting it back together was a cosmetic issue? Really? The top part lifts up. He said he would be out in my area on Wed or Thur of this week. Have never heard from him again and no apology. I spent $59 for a referral from this company and an additional $165 paid to this man named Jerry. I will just go out and buy another dryer. Please DO NOT use this company. You never know who will knock on your door.

Last year I called on a holiday and they showed up within hours. I chose to call them again last week this time for my microwave. He replaced the faulty fan motor in just minutes, luckily he has a part in his truck, so the whole service didnt take long, it was very easy and fast! Will choose to have you again for appliance repairs!
