DO NOT RENT A SCOOTER FROM THIS COMPANY. Even charging the scooter several times a day, the battery would still die. Try reaching out to customer service with no answer. Left 3 voice mail messages, no return call. Sent 3 emails with no response either. My daughter had to push the scooter back to the room every night. Do not rent from this company. You are better off going through a different company. I had rented a scooter in Philadelphia and had no problems whatsoever. Went a total of 6 miles one day, probably even further and had no issues. Very disappointed.

I use Mobility on Wheels at least 3 times per week when I visit the Tropicana Casino. Their product is reliable and clean. Their staff is courteous, dependable and are always willing to take the extra step. I definitely recommend this product to anyone in the industry.
