Where do I begin. I’ll give you the PROS/CONS of Glass Specialist, lnc.PROS: Normally you’ll know what kind of business you’ll receive by their customer service. Glass Specialist did not fail me here. Customer Service was TOP NOTCH - very sweet and caring. Then a gentleman (retired Navy) came by my home to take measurements; and he too did not disappoint. On time, knowledgeable, to the point, & funny. Lastly, another kind gentleman came to install/replace the windows. He was very nice, quick, & did not leave a mess @ all. What an honor to have met him.CONS: Nothing! You’ll be an absolute fool to go w/another co.What are you waiting for? Do it!

We had two fogged windows replaced and they did a phenomenal job! The team of Charlie and Slim was amazing. They were courteous, informative, kept a cleaned working environment and did a great job with the install even with one window being 20ft up. Pricing was in line, I highly recommend based on my experience
