These guys are great. They came highly recommended by a few friends and they did not disappoint. They were quick and more than fair. Eric broke down the recommendations in terms of what needed to be done now and what could wait. Just as importantly, I got reasonable time frames in terms of when I needed to fix what I could hold on now. They realized I didnt need an alignment after all so they didnt charge me where other places couldve / wouldve charged, me being none the wiser. Lastly Jeff took the time and went over a few things with me when picking up my Element. They still turn rotors if possible. Nobody does that anymore! Says a lot. Great guys, easy to work with. They are honest and do Great Work. High Recommendation. Super Pleased.

Great communication and service. I had an issue with my second vehicle while my Jeep was getting serviced. I talked to Erick about servicing this vehicle after the Jeep. Instead he walked me through it and said it was a simple fix. I was not able to remove a stripped screw…Erick helped me with the quick fix…at no charge. Honest and fair business.

I needed to have a piece of exhaust pipe welded on my trucks exhaust. I decided to drive over to All Pro Automotive for a repair estimate. Jeff Walker was easy to talk to about my exhaust. He recommended I leave my truck and gave me an idea of what the cost would be. Within two hours Jeff called to tell me my truck was ready. Jeff was easy to talk to, very professional, detailed, prompt and has a great sense of humor. High Recommend!

This is my ‘go to’ shop. The fellas here are honest to a fault. During my most recent visit they provided me with an estimate cost for the repairs. I authorized the work. When I showed up to pay, I was told things went better than expected and was charged significantly less than the estimate. Don’t know another shop in the world who would do that.

Took my truck in for new mufflers to be welded and custom exhaust from the mufflers back. They helped me decide on exact placement of rear pipes. They did an amazing job on the custom bends. Originally it was a bit low for my liking so they hurried my truck back on the lift and fixed it exactly how I wanted I t. I am completely satisfied with the work they performed and would definitely go back and recommend.

The team at All Pro Automotive were great to work with! I took my truck in for a weird rattling noise. Not being entirely sure what it was, they did some digging and research into it. They did find and fix the problem. As can happen with auto mechanics, it took a little investigation to find the real root of the problem. But once they did, Eric, Jeff, and crew were very upfront and honest about time frames and pricing. I have a much older Toyota Camry and it was in really bad shape and I couldn’t even drive it to the shop. I talked with both Jeff and Eric Prior to having it towed. They were both wonderful on the phone and the work was fantastic. It is driving like brand new and it’s 18 years old! The price was fair And the car drives great! I’m a regular customer now!

Took my 1985 Dodge Ram with several issues that previous mechanics werent able to fix. Jeff from All Pro was great with explaining what needed to be done and gave me great recommendations to improve the vehicles performance. Took my manual transmission vehicle in for a pre travel check up and oil change. The parking break has not been working well for a long time. All Pro took care to make sure it worked better than it has in years!!!

An hour after closing time they were still there working on peoples cars,but were willing to stop and answer some of my questions. I needed a local garage I could trust.The next day they completed all my repairs in a timely manner, spelled out exactly what was done,laid out a strategy for budget conscious maintenance, and beat my dealership quote by hundreds of dollars.No military discount, but their online coupon was also helpful. Great experience. Took my car for oil leak and they discovered it was only a loose oil filter (oil change was performed by another shop). They fixed in a timely manner and they only charged me $28...when they could have easily charged me $80-$100 for diagnosis, like most shops would. Will now take my vehicles here for maintenance/repairs.

Was told I could remove an aftermarket air filter and such and return to be fixed. When I returned 5 min after removing I was told I would need to go to a performance shop to get my non modified engine looked at.. we’re pretty rude in how they talked to me and my family.

I had exhausted what could be done and the issue was not resolved. All Pro did just that. It is hard to find honest mechanics. Or just to trust that they will not rip me off as I am a female. The issue that needed to be resolved was an issue that RPM blantently ignored and almost cost me my car this week. All Pro is priced at industry standard and costs less than a franchise. Had never been there before, every single staff member was friendly and helped me figure out the root of the issue with my vehicle in about 10 mins. Took my car there for a shaking in the vehicle I thought existed but needed a second opinion. Took my car right in with no appointment needed. They confirmed my car did not have a shaking and they also inspected my car to reinsure nothing else needed to be done. Suggested tire rotation and balance and I had then do it for a total of 60 bucks. Good work, honest mechanics. I would recommend.

Eric and Jeff went above and beyond to make sure my brakes were functional and safe; while they couldnt find the reason my brakes are making noise, they assured me that the vehicle is safe to drive back to the dealership so I can have my concerns addressed under the warranty. The staff working today were super-sweet to my little boys and treated them with impeccable respect (companies dont often treat children like people!). They refused to accept any payment from me, too! I am floored by their kindness and honesty. I will be customer here for as long as we live in Jacksonville!

I love this place. They are very reputable. Estimates are accurate. Work is always done correctly. They take the time to check tires, fluids, etc. without you having to ask every time. I own a 96 F-150. Took it to the Ford dealer for what appeared to be a really rough running engine. 4 weeks and 3 total visits later, not running any different.All Pro was recommended and 48 hours later I have a perfect running vehicle!! I wouldnt even have rated 1 star but I have to in order to ace this review. We went there to get car serviced and spent over $400. Part of the service was to patch a tire, well that patch didnt hold and the next day the air pressure was gone again and when brought back the guy said take it somewhere else I do t have time to do it. He was very very rude and did not seem to appreciate the fact we just spent $400 with his company. I will never go back nor recommend this company to anyone

Tried to drive my 2014 Ford Transit Connect under water and All Pro Automotive had to replace the engine with a used engine that only had 42,000 miles on it. I just returned from a 750 mile weekend trip and had no problems.Jeff and his crew are outstanding professionals in the automotive repair field. The day after the vehicle was dropped off, Jeff told me what was wrong and what it would cost to repair. It was ready to pick up 5 days later. I would choose them again and highly recommend them for automotive repair.

Eric, the owner, has served my family for going on 15 years. I trust him and his mechanics, and Jeff. I would highly recommend him and his staff to provide excellent service at a fair price.

UPDATE 5/19/20: It turns out their diagnosis was wrong. Now they say they did not give me a diagnosis. I wouldnt complain if that were true. I paid GMC $166 for labor and I paid $225 for the control module. Now I have to also pay GMC $166 for a diagnostic test because All Pro gave me the wrong diagnosis. I told GMC not to do the diagnostic test because it was done by All Pro. Now I know better. Never trust All Pro Automotive! Not only did they diagnose it wrong and point out the part that needs replacing when I asked what it was, now they deny ever diagnosing it and say it was beyond their ability to properly diagnose. So I just paid over $550 for nothing. Dont trust their word. They are liars.

I came in because it was the closest auto shop to my Airbnb and because it had good ratings. My reason was that driving down from NJ we hit a mattress that lodged itself under my car and did some minor damage and caused some rattling from some bent metal. All Pro took a look and bolted and bent the heat shield back into place, confirmed no damage except to bumper, provided numbers for nearby body shops and gave me a thorough analysis and opinion on steps moving forward. All this good work and they charged me nothing. I dont know how they stay in business. But hey Im not complaining, I appreciate the kind gesture and hope the good review counts as some sort of karmic payment. I will come back here in the future for sure!

Second time using these guys. Both times they did a great job. I had my belts replaced, cooler fan replaced and batter cables replaced. They called before doing the work and were done within the day. They were on point in terms of labor costs and didn’t try to screw me over. They are my hometown mechanic now and will definitely recommend.

From out of state, I stopped by without an appointment after seeing positive reviews and a recommendation from our hotel service desk. Although not a shop with a fancy modern appearance, it was within bicycle distance so I could return to the beach with my wife. They had all the right equipment, seemed very knowledgeable, and were a friendly team. A few hours later, my Subarus air conditioner issue was solved without being taken advantage of as they certainly could have, so I feel comfortable recommending them.

They were quick to get to my car, & discovered that I had inadvertently caused the problem. They did not charge me, saying that the didnt charge if they hadnt done any work. I was very delighted & thrilled.

We had car troubles on vacation and were lucky to find this shop. They were AMAZING! They performed extensive repairs on our vehicle; basically pulling the transmission out and replacing multiple pulleys and crankshaft components in only 2 days. Then they met me at our campground several miles away to drive me back to the shop. They provided us with updates and worked with our warranty company so our vacation was as worry-free as it could have been at that point. Their integrity was top notch and we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. We highly recommend this shop!

I have never written a Google review, but I had to this time. I took my Lincoln Navigator to the dealer, North Florida Lincoln, and they wanted $1,500 to replace a faulty Air Conditioner Condenser. I thought that was an absolutely ridiculous price, so I took it to All Pro Automotive. They charged me $650 for the same job. I have been doing business with Randy at All Pro Automotive for the last 20 years. They are reliable, trustworthy, and charge reasonable prices. They have always treated me fairly and do excellent work. The only reason that I took my truck to the dealer this time was because I had never had it worked on and thought maybe the dealer would be the best place to go for the issue I was having. Boy I sure learned my lesson. I highly recommend All Pro Automotive as a safe, reliable, reasonable place to have your vehicle serviced.
