Today is February 4, 2021. I came to this location in hopes of getting help with paperwork for a disabled veteran. Upon arriving, I was greeted with a handwritten sign that reads: Closed Until Further Notice. The caveat is that online, especially this platform, everything reads that theyre open. Im here to tell you not to waste your time even going to this location...until further notice. Take care.

This was the least painless experience I have ever had at a social service agency. That said, the person monitoring the room was dour at best. I know its a boring job sitting in a chair directing people to computers, but she could have been helpful. I had finished and submitted my application when I looked up and saw the paper in front of me directing me to not fill out certain information. I dont know why that is, but there it was. Of course, I had already filled it out. I should have, could have, read it before, but I was so intent on completing the application and being truthful and not messing anything up, etc. Oh well. I got what I needed.

You call and they do not answer the phone, also when you call the 1800 numbers they tell you they reached capacity and the phone hangs up. SO HOW EXACTLY AM TO REACH SOMEONE AND GET THE INFORMATION I NEED?

A lot better then the location on Roswell rd staff is friendly and more helpful

First time in GA. People were nice & helpful

Very fast and clean and professional business

Staff takes to long. People at front counter are rude and they dont care if you in there for hours.

Somewhat ok personnel is not very friendly.

Slow they need to update services

Be prepared to wait
