After rain snarled traffic and I finally found parking, I got soaked and arrived 35 minutes late at 2 Peachtree St soaking wet in a bad mood. Generally not the way to start an important meeting. But I was met by the most courteous, polite receptionists and security guard. When the public hearing went I to executive session soon after I arrived in the board room, I was disheartened, having driven in last night from Aiken, SC and seemingly accomplishing nothing. But I bumped into the Dental Director, Dr. Barefoot and his colleague, Ms. Smith, and they were super friendly and helpful, catching me up with the latest guidelines of the committee and ongoing concerns. What an outstanding display of customer service from the moment I walked in the big doors! You guys rock!

This is one of the things happening at Manor on the Square in Roswell, Ga. The bathrooms are not being cleaned, the sheets are not being changed, there was a spider in a napkin roll at the lunch table and 2 more in a room, and many more violations. I have reported this facility multiple times to this department. They are doing NOTHING to discipline this facility. Its disgraceful. My husband is being forced to sleep on feces and urine soaked sheets for weeks at a time. This is the agency that is supposed to keep these places honest. Someone needs to step in here before another resident dies from the abuse and neglect!

I have been calling this office to find out simple information, for nearly a year. Every time I call I am always transferred to someone who is never there and who never returns my phone calls. The front desk persons (every single one of them) have been rude and unhelpful!

My wife and I inherited 4 rental properties. we had septic tank problems on 1 of the properties. we went to our local health dept. for a record of the location of the septic tank . The records were so poor and non legible they did not help us at all. Proper records are needed for unforeseen problems that occur. Because of this I will be paying extra expense for somebodies poor performance. PLEASE HELP.
