Charlie does a great job sourcing off-market apartment deals for us. Many say they can find off market deals, but they usually end up being a gigantic waste of time as the broker just throws around financials without any good presentation or analysis. It usually is a broker just throwing around financials without any qualification of the opportunity at all, in an attempt to earn a fast fee. But not Charlie, he worked hard and made sure the Seller was qualified, the opportunity was well understood, and the deal kept on track. He was far more involved, in a good way, than any investment sales broker Ive dealt with in a long time.
