Quick story on Jamie... I have been in the real estate business for 12 years and have completed several transactions with him. The transactions were great, but what i am most indebted to Jamie for is that he answered a simple phone call from me at 7pm on a Friday night two weeks ago while out of town with his family. I needed a simple form that only a real estate agent could provide for a deal that i was working on that did not have agents included. I was working against the clock to say the least. Jamie was able to get me the form in a matter of 5minutes, and it saved a deal that otherwise would have resulted in a buyer losing a fair amount of earnest money. Jamie didnt make a nickel on this particular deal, didnt have to answer a phone call while out of town on a Friday night, BUT he DID answer the phone. I cannot say that many other agents go out of there way for others like that(especially being out of town and on a Friday night). This may not seem like a big deal to someone outside of the real estate business, but it is a huge deal when someone has thousands of dollars at stake. The fact he answered the phone late on a Friday night, when 7 other agents didnt says all you need to know about Jamie in my opinion. This just goes to show the level of service, and friendship for that matter, that Jamie and The Simpson Real Estate Group tries to instill in their everyday lives.
