Monique Williams rented one of her properties to me and my housemates. The management was very late fixing any issues we had and when the issues would get fixed they blamed us and took it out of the deposit at the end of the lease. For example, the oven handle broke off at the house and we informed management (Monique) and it was never fixed. When we moved out we were charged over $500 for a complete new stove even after we mentioned that the oven handle was fully covered by the warranty. I did not have the resources to fight her in civil claims court but hopefully this review will offer a warning to anyone working with this realtor or thinking about renting their properties..
