The customer service here is totally at the lowest Ive ever had encountered management and the accounts manager victoria are so rude victoria the accounts manager was rude to me do to a refund for cancelations of a service i had requested a month in advance which was company policy she called me and was very aggressive and wouldnt allow me to speak when it was their lack of communication that caused the situation chase bank refunded it thank god! So i decided to go with another company because during this pandemic the last thing i need is to be treated badly and deal with unprofessionalIsm .. if your looking for a more professional staff this company isnt it they just want your money go look so where else with better rates as well .. i hope this helps someone

I thought I had signed up for something great. My boss recognized the lack of professionalism from the front desk before I did. Latara is rude. Extremely unprofessional. The use of Ebonics when met with an unhappy customer is extremely sad.I told them time and again NOT to charge my card. They seem so desperate for money they did anyway.I would never recommend this company to anyone!

Servcorp Terminus is terrific. From my experience, I have found the employees to be incredibly friendly and helpful. The office is not only in the most desirable part of Atlanta, but its also centrally located -- close to many restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

When I first decided to go with a new virtual office company in the city, I did my due diligence by researching tons of companies who offered the service. One of the key components I needed was a company with multiple national locations, because I travel A LOT! It was important to have a base wherever I went. I travel to DC and there are two major locations there downtown, which is crucial. There are also other locations in key areas where Ill be heading in the upcoming year.Second, I wanted a location that really looked the part of success. The lobby has a manned security desk with at least two staff members at all times. Security is so tight that you absolutely cannot get past the desk and use the elevators without them. They direct all visitor traffic and set the elevator up for you. If you are a Servcorp client, you just tell them your business name and theyll get the elevator ready for you. You dont even have to push the floor button!Third, I wanted to be HAPPY spending time there, which means the staff needed to be on point. I was not disappointed. It is a professional environment to the core, which is great!Fourth, I just simply got a good vibe from them, even before I showed up for a tour and met with Christina and Nikkia. They were the icing on the cake!In comes Servcorp at 12th & Midtown.Christina is amazing! Never once did she try to push me into signing with them. She knew I was looking at another location and was eager to help facilitate that, as well. That says a lot about her.Nikkia, the Executive Receptionist, had me sold, though. Words cant describe her. Youd have to experience her yourself. Shes amazing!Christina and Nikkia make a great first impression of Servcorp! With their help, I actually feel like a million bucks having Servcorp as my office (and I told them so, too!). From the moment you step into the building, you feel like you have arrived. This location is one in which you will take great pride in having someone come to, to meet with you. Clients will be highly impressed and feel like they are making the right decision to choose whatever company/service/product you have.I wont name names (starts with R), but I had the chance to experience one of their biggest competitors as I was visiting a business that was using them. The duo team at the front desk were unprofessional and we felt less than welcomed. I didnt get the feel of a million bucks, either, when we walked in.So, with all that being said, do I recommend Servcorp at 12th & Midtown? Heck yeah! Youd be crazy to choose another company. You will get that I feel like a million bucks and have arrived feeling immediately.Choose Servcorp at 12th & Midtown. You wont be sorry!
