Weve been a Regus tenant for a number of years. When there was recently a minor misunderstanding with a new security person (to the building itself, not the office suite) regarding accessing the office suite, Ms. Erica Murdaugh immediately addressed the issue in a polite and firm manner. I walked away feeling very appreciated and dignified. Positive client experience. Thank you, Regus.
