TQL has been a valued partner in our transportation business. Once we established our ability to go above and beyond to make sure their freight was picked up and delivered on time we became a go to carrier for their most urgent shipments. Our experience with their agents has been excellent. This is not a paid post and is the honest truth. If you do your part TQL will do all they can do to make each load worth your while.

In this age of app centric brokerages, TQL and CHRW are still the best. You can still book their loads on apps and have human to human contact.You can call anytime and get help.Whereas some other brokerages are so App dependent that you cant get hold of a brokerand when you do get hold of a broker, he sounds aloof to what problem is.

I had been Hauling Loads for TQL around 5 months is one of my favorite brokers, They pay on time and good pay.

They have bad customer service, very rude the people dont like to listen, and they will talk over you.This company will have you to confirm routes, deliver the route as agreed, and then not pay you. They give you the run around about your pay and then try to hit you with claims that they are ultimately responsible for. They really do bad business. I wouldnt advise other carriers to use their services. This by far have been the worst company that I have move freight for.

ZERO stars. low paying loads, 90 percent of the time, pickup/ delivery time/ Weight is incorrect. 4 times in 20 days I have booked load that made us feel we should just stay away from TQL loads and it is my last choice. After a while I book a load with them and its same thing. lies and more lies they blame the shipper each time. two weeks ago tql broker lied to me said load is ready and straight thru delivey. guess what LIE. it was not ready for next 6hours and delivery was day after at noon. Guy would not come on the phone to discuss and hung up on me, detention? they dont know what that is :( TQL doesnt value trucks, drivers, dispatchers. Now someone would ask me to give MC and PO number so they can look into it. But how many PO you would look into

This company looks very good until you asked something that you earned it Such as DETENTION and they will deny you so quick you will not even feel it Youve been rubbed on the Highway! New Driver and did not know how to start Macro Pointe but he has a official In and Out paper work with valid times on it 7:30 hrs waited to unload Now TQL says Detention Denied!

Best company I ever worked for very professional I love it

TQL is one of the better brokerage companies to interact with. They make the process easy to understand and the paperwork comes in a very timely manner. 24hr support for any issues with the load at shipper or receiver.

First allow me to say TQL is a great company for new authority companies. Basically they take chances with the newbies. For that reason I have to give them the star rating because that’s very important in this industry. Unfortunately after your authority becomes older you’ll find yourself staying away from TQL due to low paying freight. In the beginning drivers are trying to get their company going so the excitement of running loads with plans for the future are high. After a few months new authorities start to understand the expenses to maintaining his or her truck and the low paying rates don’t help cover cost anymore. Fuel prices and costly repairs will sink a company in the first year. They say it’s the customer fault why they can’t pay more but we know the truth. Also if you have a truck breakdown after you sign rate con prepare for them to leave a negative against you in their system which can count against you later. Seems they are least understanding when it comes to situations like this. They will take a chance on new authorities but don’t understand trucks have eventually have breakdowns. Note: If one person is representing the company (TQL) negative it does affect the entire company. Moral of story...the companies who authority is older than 6 months. Call TQL last

My factoring company just told me that tql hasn’t paid any detention fees. Total of 6 loads with detention.

The broker Mr. Hunter is doesn’t have Any professionalism. I’ve done multiple jobs for this company and the one jobs that wasn’t completed he took my company off of TQL list. I his is growing industry and everything will not go your way. I’m truly blessed why multiple company helping me grow my business. TQL need is better manager to run their business not someone who reacted without building a great relationship with other company.

I pull a lot of freight for TQL. In three years I have never experienced an issue we didnt work through. Again. its all in the way we represent ourselves in the end. Have a good attitude and we will all get along. Could the rates be a bit higher, well yes of course. Im not greedy, I am a business, we need to all make money.

It is a real hassle when it comes to detention. Driver has waited more than 15 hours at the shipment, they are not willing to pay the detention time.Even though i have sent driver logs showing the location and the timing,some brokers tend to pocket the money instead of taking care of the driver.They need a better audit on those issues

I’ve been working with TQL for about a year and a half. Terry Jarvis, Lauren McCartin, Angie Steward, Chris Glaser... I can’t remember everyone but they have been very friendly, professional, courteous and most of all HONEST. They have been key in the success of my business. I couldn’t nor would I want to be in the trucking business without the fine people of Total Quality Logistics. Their name says it all.

Most unethical logistics company youll find. Booked a load for $2700 then they canceled it to give it to another carrier for $2550. These are the reasons for the garbage in the trucking industry today.

If you are a owner of a trucking company/ owner operator please stay away from TQL . They never give drivers the right information.Misleading

Not hauling none of there stuff anymore. They like to get loud with you on the phone when something dont go like they planned. Rude, no paying. They like to dish it out but cant handle it when you give it back to them.

From a drivers stand point it is a group of moroons that figure if they withhold load information from the driver that they have control. If they had a clue about what a driver does they would be smarter about things and realize that a driver needs the information ahead of time so he or she can plan out routing and stops and scaling. It is just another way they think they are in control.

TQL has a lot of freight available all over the US. We have been working together for years now and we have no issues. The website is super easy to use.

This company is not following CDC guidelines and their employees are contracting COVID. Additionally they have not made adjustments post positive diagnosis, so there will surely be more cases in the coming weeks. Looks for a hotspot. Terrible management and and terrible company.

I’ve pulled two loads for this company and they have lied twice about appointment times. They said 7 but the appointment was at 11 and the second was 8 and the appointment is at 11:30. I will not run for these guys again.

Guys be careful TQL logistic when you sign up the contract make sure you read the chapter 8 once you sign the contract you are given all right don’t trust. They are big scam and big lier little issue they will take your money away from you.

Great company to pull for rates are above Fair, dispatching mistakes are at minimum if any, and if there is any they work with you quickly to resolve them. I would like to thank Kevin, Chris, Marcus, Dylan, Zack and the rest of the Chicago teams for making it fun and easy to work for you guys.

One of the best company to due business with, theyre not waiting around for the cheapest offering if both sides agree on the rate is done.

We, Jenco Sales Inc., utilized their services once or twice, the jobs were completed and satisfactory. What is not satisfactory are the continuous phone calls and emails from their reps after I have repeatedly asked them to remove us from their contact list. We no longer need outside hauling services but continue to have numerous calls and emails weekly. If they remove Jenco Sales from their call list I will change my review.

The most immature, sophomoric team of brokers and agents. A bunch of terrible teenagers seem to be the only people who will work for TQL. Im referring to the immature kids in the Ohio area not the Atlanta office. Atlanta is pretty good

Be careful booking loads with these people based on places that you know pay detention. They state on the rate confirmation that “no detention pay”, but with other brokers detention is paid, but have the nerve to ask your in and out times, just so they could pocket the money. Drivers sit there for 9+ hours and warranted nothing for wasting a whole day. Then when I spoke with the broker calmly about the situation, I also advised him that I would let the next driver know he would have to sit for hours with no pay. He had the nerve to call me back to belligerent, telling me he’s going to just take me off the load, I advised him to get with driver whom booked the load before he just take him off. He also went as far as telling me how he’s knows nothing about the delivery location, he’s running a business and he’s sitting in an office in Chicago. Very unprofessional, I had to tell him calm down, management should listen to that call. Glad I don’t book loads often with this company.

I like the fact that they have their act together and getting you the load and that I can get in to get loaded and get out and deliver in a reasonable time I like working with Tyler he’s a great dispatcher

Worst mistake I made tried to use them with horrible experience a few years ago on High and Heavy Machinery.. Now they have my name in their data base and get calls and spam emails. I was polite at the start asking them not to call but it is pure harassment. I now found I moved from dislike to absolutely hating this company.. I will be happy when they go out of business. What a horrible business and sales model!

We experienced discrimination in getting a hazmat load.

They never post the right locations, difficult to get detention, always try to low ball the load price. I only use is as my very last resource.Stay away, if you can!!!

The worst broker company you can find in the market, they will try to cut off your money after paying terrible rates. Told my dispatch not to offer me any of their loads any more. Please don’t take their loads!

This must be the worst paying broker nation wide. They post hundreds of loads hoping to get people to haul cheap loads but the truth is you get what you pay for.

Prepare to pay for parking no attendant was there for an assessment maybe hour or so not 2 hrs i checked my parking stub and checked the time cost 16.00 and they dont validate everything else no comment
