Rude and stubborn guard at entrance to welcome drivers

DO NOT I REPEAT DONT COME HERE.This place is horrible .Its hell trying to find somewhere to park.Trailer parked 2 deep and they say dont part in the way of other trucks. Dont arrive early u will wait until your appointment time. My first and last time here.

The company has no idea about proper communication between departments. The evaluation of lift tests are fabricated. Everyone has an attitude thats in position from the door to the wall. They need to clean out house, sad to say but them black folk in position now have gotten too comfortable smh.. simple

This is an AVOID at all cost place! DO NOT pickup here, the staff at the shipping window are really rude! It will take at least 5 hours to get loaded! The only way to teach people like this is to not take the freight! I will tell everyone that I come in contact with to never pull a load out of this facility

Dont get in a rush coming to thisplace even if you are early for your appointment you will still wait about 1 1/2-2 hours in line if you have 4 or 5 trucks ahead you. Trying to find a space to drop empty trailer is also time consuming its always crowded with plenty traffic. Trailers are double stacked on the left and trailers at dock on the right. There is also one particular yard dog driver there that has a smart mouth and if you dont remain calm will make the calmest person want to cuss him out or worse. I know the worth of my CDL and I am cautious as I drive a company truck and I am not going to do 40 mph in a parking lot because you in a rush to back a trailer. As I dropped my trailer and moved my truck bobtail with hazards on at front of property to back up and get my paperwork this yard dog driver is acting like Im looking on my phone taking selfies on Facebook or something. He got the nerve to act like I been holding him up for hours on end and the company gone go out of business. I dont work at the place but you do and already know how it is so you should know how to deal with everything if its that much of problem you need find another job. Just a heads up to anybody else out there

This is the worst place to ever get loaded. You sit there for 6+ hours no matter what. You drop your trailer off on the other side of the building and bobtail to the front and wait. Most of their loads are not that heavy. The guys at the check in Windows can be rude at times but they don’t hesitate to let you know that your load is still not ready. Then you will be embarrassed to ask after couple of tries.

Will only let you in 30 minutes before your appointment time. Took 6.5 hours to get me loaded. I wont be back and suggest you dont go there either. I ended up stopping with 7 minutes left on my electronic logs, and had to drive crazy just to do that. I even went in twice to let them know i had to leave by 9pm. I think the guy even held my paperwork until the last second to teach me a lesson. They have no overnight parking even though they burn your hours. Hopefully places like this will have no one to pull their freight.

Dont come here. The company I work for had send 12 Drivers before me to pick up a load that is now almost 2 weeks late.
