Today they sent my driver to deliver at 7 am at a wrong address, convincing me thats the right place and it was actually a house, then they decided to send my truck 55 miles away to a Verizon store ( it had nothing to do with the load), 3 hours later they still dont know where their load is going. That is ridiculous and unprofessional. Wasting my drivers time asking him to park in residential areas, somebody is playing games and somebody messed up big time. Unexperienced people dont understand what mess they make when they simply dont understand trucking business.Oh, and in the meantime we got 10+ calls from different people asking us for time in and out, which is super irritating when they cant figure out the main problem .Gave 2 stars because sometimes their loads turn out ok

Weve been trying to speak to Julie Allen from Atlanta office for about a month now for a load I hauled from Al to Brockton, Massachusetts (load # 4313431).I had to hold that load for a week due to the receiver not wanting to unload me when I got there finally got unloaded after a week.A month later I cant get paid due to a shortage on the bol Julie Allen and her team wont answer emails and calls to approve my carrier to pay me soooo messed up how they do business there.I guess it is time to get an attorney involve in this.

Jhonatan Sarmiento Broker on their team lied to us by selling us a load saying the delivery is next day but delivery was set for a day after. Then wont reply his emails or call or anyone else from their team. Its ridiculous to lie to carriers as they loose a whole work day and have kids to feed.Unfair business here, we are extremely disappointed.

Truckers my brothers so free info for all my truckers brother do not work with Nolan The worse broker to work with they gave a load me with a wrong pick no and I been waiting to get the right pick up no for 4 hours no answer or no reply finally they decided to answer with attitude and after hour later they said the load is not ready and I come to find out from the shipper that another carrier is picking up the load so they waisted my whole day and gave the load to another carrier for cheaper rate and denied to pay me even tonu

After non-stop calls offering their service we finally agreed to allow Nolan Transport to take one of our shipments. This shipment was scheduled to pick up in NC and deliver into Canada. We accepted Nolan Transports rate and the driver was dispatched to our facility. The drive accepted our freight knowing its destination. Once at the border the driver was denied entry due to a failed background check. The driver proceeded to leave our shipment at a small warehouse in the middle of no-where. Nolan Transport has wiped their hands of this situation saying its not their problem, they were nice enough to not charge us for leaving our freight with an unknown 3rd party in the middle of no-where. It has been two months since this occurred and we are still trying to get our freight picked-up and delivered to our customer. Nolan Transport should have known the qualifications for entry into Canada by a driver and should have made alternate arrangements. Instead our freight is sitting in a warehouse owned by a very nice family who has every right and intends to charge us storage fees. Despite ALL this, Nolan Transport has the audacity to call us today to offer their services, are you serious!?!?! Dont book a shipment with them, if they are this bad on the customer side I cant imagine how bad they are on the supplier side so dont accept any loads from them.

I cant get anyone to answer the phones, the voicemail box is full and the phone automatically hangs up without talking to anyone about payment. I havent seen anything like this in over 30 years. Absolutely ridiculous. I think a robot or computer responds to the reviews because they all say sorry for the bad experience, email your concerns and we will try to resolve it. Just plain disrespectful stupidity.

Weve been doing business with Nolan did a number of years. Always have great experiences on their loads with quick communication and problem solving. Our company finished up a load this week that unfortunately turned into one of those headache kind of loads. We inquired some detention time which turned into laying over and have a driver assist and inside delivery we were not contracted for. Blake King and Lee Wasserman went above and beyond to ensure our company was compensated for everything without a hassel. Beyond thankful for these guys and having a good broker/carrier relationship!

My experience with Nolan has been with Matt Jasinski. He is a Hard working guy. He is a problem solver and has good/communication.He is not your regular broker. Called the broker on it he said that guy doesnt know what hes talking about I can get you 3150 if you want. I took his 3150 to not lose a load over a 100 dollars. The day prior to the load my broker said the shipper has closed due to Corona keep in mind this is loading at West Foods in Pine Bluff a facility that is an essential business and that was not closed. I told Sam he was lying and that he cant do this with paying some type of TONU. He did not pay the TONU. The fallowing day I had to recover that truck on the same lane they were still posting the PINE BLUFF TO DENVER just trying to pay it 2700. I called my broker and told him they are posting it again which confirmed my case of this facility being OPEN at that time. My broker at that point lost it telling me how hes a millionaire and he does not need this BS right now that the only reason he did this job was to get out of the house. I told him that how this load is being done is BS he then turned around and said No one talks to me that if you were next to me right now I would Pumble you Pumble meaning he would like to try to physically hurt someone. I tried to reach some type of manager through Katie McConnell she gave me the number of Zac Ginn ending in 9032 explained this story to him and asked if they can just put me back on the load and call it good no reply from anyone on this. This is as unprofessional as it gets weve done many loads for this company never had an issue to be treated like this disgusts me. These employees all work in the ATL division of NTG. The name of there team is called Hustle reconsider renaming this as well.

Was some issues with pick up initially, but then fixed it quickly.

Booked a food load with them, which always has a lumper payment. This is a location we deliver to regularly so I know the drill there, they give you the lumper amount, you pay it and they unload you. With other brokers, I just pay and send them the receipt and they reimburse me. Nolan still has not reimbursed me for paying for the lumper. They’re also ignoring all of e-mails and phone calls. On top of that they lied about the load details when booking it. Would never work with this headache of a broker again.

I should have came here first and read the reviews. I was under a load for Nolan in which the communication was jacked up. Everything on the rate con was completely wrong. The receiver turned the load down, and I was the blame for it. Not only did I miss out on another load, but I was given half the money to take the load back to the shipper. Greg Mathis is the guy I had to deal with.

They screw shipments on every single company. Very easy to deal with them: get to know the actual carrier and contact the actual carrier by skipping Nolan, Nolan is a broker only.

Cancer of cheapness spreaded in this company.NTG used to be so great and one of my top 5 brokers.I noticed they are trying to comete with TQL, CH Robinson, Coyote & Landstar on whos the cheapest.

The worst company everHe booked two carriers at same time, and I checked that with the shipper, who told me that other carrier, Blue Tracking, already picked the load up and the broker is NTG!On the rate confirmation its says that Double Brokering is strictly prohibited and they do the same!They just play games with the carriers

Very sad a company is allowed to operate how they do. We first pulled a load for them and the receiver did not want it and we had to drive 100 miles @ 44k pounds to bring it back to the shipper. The told us hey at least you got it off!. Then we booked a load in 2 other instances and they told us it was ours, but they kept shopping it to get a better rate.

We pride ourselves in this industry as being reliable and professional as carriers. This group of young men, unfortunately, dont know what it takes to make it in this business. You must please the customer and the carrier. They call you every 5 minutes when you have a load, but once that load is delivered, they treat the carrier as if they dont know or want to deal with you. Not professional and this is the second time Ive lost money dealing with this broker. The management does not seem to care and its very sad because they give brokerage a BAD name. At the end of the day, without good carriers,brokers dont have anything but freight that cant be moved. Hopefully they learn what CUSTOMER SERVICE is.

Ive enjoyed all my dealing with Nolan drayage. Skeptical at first, but they really do have carriers in all port and rail hub areas. Every quote is on target, and the service is exceptional! Even Donald and Hillary could agree with one another that NTG is the real deal.

Cant believe brokers like this are still in business, we booked a load with them they cancelled 12 hours before pickup then refused to pay anything for truck ordered not used. I would not recommend anyone do any business with this company. Lesson learned on my part.

Mr Nolan,, i was lied to by your team. I was told i could reach someone by calling a specific number to get a ComCheck to pay for unloading and not only did no one answer the phone at that number, no one answers at any of the of the numbers. One of your team members, Paul, showed active interest in the dilemma of this load, but no real results

This company will try to give you a load for a dollar. Let them be your last resort. You have a many other larger companies to choose from. Fastmore, Fasttek, Logistic Dynamics, Circle Logistics etc.....

Please dont harm your company by doing business with these people. My company has used them occasionally in the past and never to good effect, and all weve gotten since are daily or twice-daily calls begging for our business back. All they have is a slick sales script, never any ability to address the concerns weve had with their service. They refuse to stop calling, stating that they dont have the ability to let all of their contact centers put us on a do-not-call list. Ive been hung up on three times when Ive asked to speak to someone in charge at the call centers. I was treated in a similar manner when I contacted their corporate offices in Atlanta. Dont do business with these people -- any appearance of savings will be offset by the difficulties youll encounter once they have your product on their trucks, and the nature of their operation will become apparent once their boiler-room cold-callers start begging for your business back.

Booked a load with Colvin Miller driver picked up the load and 2 hours after the load was picked up Colvin Miller called me and asked me to take the load back to the shipper because he said that he found a carrier that will haul this load for $300 cheaper and he refused to pay anything ruining the whole day for the driver not even a truck order not used. Avoid doing business with them......

As well as all the other poor reviews if I could rank them at zero stars I would or negative. Anyways I booked a load which I would have an issue getting to on time and went out of my way to deliver early to make it to their pick up an hour and a half early. I recieved 1 hour and 15 minutes detention at pick up now Im at amazon and I am gonna get detention on this end as well. The broker told me he would send me a rate con on Thursday adding detention and it is now Sunday and he is telling me they will do it Monday and like others he hung up on me. These guys are very unprofessional and their attitude shows how much they could care less about the carrier and its all about themselves and making money. I am appalled by the way I have been treated by all the staff at NTG. If they have a load that fits what I need that given day I might pull it but besides that I am not interested in moving freight for them anymore. Carriers be aware these people do not care about you

Booked a load out of PA to WI with pick up till 5pm, my driver got stuck in the traffic and he was running late, I received a phone call from NTG and was communicating with Adam Love, Adam was a very proffesional, talked to me in a very nice way, my driver arrived to the pick up and the shipper told me that the load was scheduled for next Friday which is 8/17, i wrote the email to the broker and some Jordan Orlandini who I even have no clue who she is jumped in our conversation with Adam and started yelling at me and saying that I need to treat her like a doll who gives me chocolate and i must be very nice to her because she is not gonna pay me TONU, lmmmaaooo! Ma’am are you serious? Go and visit psychiatrist cuz you have megalomania!!! Who the hell are you that i need to treat you like a doll? Who the hell are you that you let yourself talking to me like to a dog? Also, she was telling me to “shut up” because she is the one who pays money! This “madam” needs to learn how to talk to people and being proffesional and not acting like a girl with PMS!!! NTG needs to start hiring proffesional people! This company is a huge joke, will never book the load with this office and also make sure all of my friends who are dispatchers will stay away from them!!!! Also, I have some friends who are their customers and I will tell them about this situation!
