Kane logistics is truly a logistics company, I had a great experience with them in Atlanta Ga and in Fontana Ca, they unload me in an hour, even I was late more than an hour. They have clean restrooms. The lady in the office was so nice.

Three trucks to unload before me, still unloaded and gone in11/2 hours. Very nice people...if you wear a mask you can use a real bathroom.

Appt @ 8:30 am.Arrived & Checked in between door 33 & 34.Backed in door also here requires you to drop/disconnect/Slide tandems & wait for unload.4.5Hrs later paperwork & rolling out.Wow 👏

Wasnt bad. I showed up little bit over hour early, they had me loaded around 2 hours past my appointment time. Lady was polite.

Come here if you want to waste your day. Second time here and second time dealing with the terrible attitudes these folks have. Refused to load me today because they’re “short staffed”. Last time I was here we sat all day waiting for a door, the day crew passed the load onto the night crew and we didn’t get loaded until 7:30 that night. Not a great place.

Fast load/unload, WHERE?? Average wait times.. 2- 2.5 hrs to get loaded..

Easy delivery. Wear a mask or nice lady at receiving office will give you one. Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and got a door immediately. Give them your cell number. Slide tandems to rear and drop trailer. Park in corner. They call when empty which in my case was 45 minutes later. Port a john would be nice for those just in case moments but Ill take a super quick unload over an outhouse every time.

They loaded up five pallets high got to the receiver, they rejected the load saying it was shifted.

Horrible experience at this shipper. If you can avoid this place I would suggest it.

Checked in At 9am got door right awaySlid tandems backed in and unhooked trailer at 9.10am and trailer was full till the doorGot Call at 9.30am all done unloaded 😳Wow in my four years this is the fastest receiver i have witnessed...Just Wow!!!!

I went there to pick up a load going to LA, Can. They were very nice and had a nice drivers room with clean bathrooms. I didnt have to wait very long and they had it loaded up! Lets see how they are in LA, because Im taking this load to Kanes there.

This place is great people in office and wearhouse i had an 11:30appt time got there at 6am i checked in at 7:30am they put me in a door right away and loaded me up and out the door by 9:15am witch means i can get home early tomorrow in jersey and spend more time with my family thank u Kane i would come back here anytimeOwner and operator ofZodiac Transport LLC

Ummm Im not going there, the ladies in the Office were kind and polite, and I got unloaded quick to me thats great. But to give all stars is beyond me...

My appointment was at 14:30. I arrived and signed in at 12:30. They put me on the side to wait for my appointment which was fine. They called me around 15:45 and put me to dock 15. It is now 18:20 and Im still not loaded. The staff is very polite, the loaders are just super slow.

We had a really good loading experience here. We were early for our appointment time, but they had us loaded and on our way in about an hour. The staff is friendly and helpful. Plenty of room on the lot for turning and backing, though it was a blindside back. Overall, a really good experience.

They got me in an out in 30 min. Very nice ppl

I can’t say who is to blame for sure. Appt given was 1100am. Got here on time. Walk in and they say appt is for 1500. Called my dispatch they say. Oh. 1300 is your new appt. Well it’s 1600 now and I’m still not in a door

The Spanish receptionist in the receiving office that is just inside the gate, she definately was not cordual polite almost borderline rude, of course this is my opinion..so drivers beware...reason for 5 stars...i was unloaded in 2 hours...i got there on a Saturday nite..their fence was locked...but i was able to park on parking lot next door...i moved to street at 5am before employees arrived to work at 6am...in which I got 34 reset...excellent

Very nice people, was unloaded very quickly. The only negative comment I have is that instead of having someone else take your temperature, you may want to have a Porta Jon available for drivers to use just in case they cant wait.

This is one of the cleanest warehouse Ive ever been in and the Staff is very friendly.

Pick up load wastage of time. They dont care about the time of driver. Five hours spent for pickup..Not recommended for pickup.
