I payed a $537 lumper fee out of pocket and they are refusing to pay.

We did a load for them at the end of Sep. called them when it came up past due was told they would send a check out. Had to call again in Jan. was told check went out 1-13-21 but would take 20-21 days to show up just got a check today Feb 3rd check was never printed until 1-25-21 and its short $150.00 Now I have to wait how long for the $150.00

We really love working with Zack Jones down in the Atlanta area. He calls us every morning to check in and to see what he can help us with that day. Zack is always on top of things and is very gracious, prompt, and professional. You can tell he really goes the extra mile for his carriers, and we very much appreciate that.Thanks Zack!

Worst Shipping Forward Company Ever. I request them to ship beverage product to my client. Product disappeared for two weeks and reps are keep repeating he is trying to figure out. No professional at all its just a typical logistic company from south. I would rather spend money on small business people since this company charge more but ship late. Ridiculous.

Coyote Logistics now have a new practical name Heynas Enterprises. It is something they earned, not given. Disorganized slappy firm fully equal of they name nature. This Banana Firm just dispatch me today 4-15-19 pick up a load from another dishonest firm called Koch Chicken Brothers, I came for pick up 2 hrs before appointment temp is right and after hr and 1/5 other Swift driver came to get same load under same release #, so now they had solutions whom to give these load, of coarse they gave it disshonestly to Swift. I think they are Hyenas not Coyote!!😎 By they actions if you can handle their attitude. No Intergrity what so ever. Bunch of irresponsible students.
