Caterpillar Logistcs Hunter Road - if you are a driver or customer that has to deal with the female shipping clerk Im sorry.She is rude, immature, and treats drivers with total disrespect. So many drivers have bid for other routes because of the treatment from her. She has no manners or ever a kind word. If you ask a question she pretends she cant hear you. If you irritate her she detains your load and/or paperwork at her discretion.I do not know why Caterpillar would put a person of this caliber. with absolutely no customer service skills, in a position that represents a company celebrating 75 years of success.

Ya yw for avoiding the head on collision. By the looks of the drivers they only hire ppl with the IQ of about room temperature.

I work for caterpillar been there 12yrs one of better companies Ive worked for n my years of working would recommend for a job and career have never been laid off 🤗

Horrible. 5 hour wait and was 30 minutes early. Ran over my 14 hour clock and then had to find parking in Atlanta.
