This is the best team in Youth Sports software. A partner focuses team that really cares about the people they work with. Really great websites and tools for our club. They are nationwide but if you are in Atlanta you should stop by they are always welcoming.

The Blue Sombrero application has been a great tool for helping organize our schools team sports, clubs and camps. The Blue Sombrero team has been very active and supportive throughout the implementation process. The application was very easy to configure and had it running in just a few days.Although we are in the beginning stages of use and implementation, we have already recognized the positive impact it has had on managing the registration process and centralizing communications for our coaches and teams. We have also been receiving positive feedback from our parents and participants.I did forget to mention that these great tools are offered at a spectacular price....FREE! This was definitely a huge advantage when working with a limited budget. We look forward to a continued partnership with Blue Sombrero and Dicks Sporting Goods. Great job!

Our LL has been using Blue Sombrero for 5 seasons - since Fall 2015. Its not perfect but it keeps getting better and better. There are a lot of tools at your disposal. Lots of templates and you get a responsive site that plays nice with mobile platforms. The reporting is excellent and we get paid on time. I ranked it 4 stars because I wish the reporting for LL uploads was better, it would account for player league age as well, and an improved easier way of handling refund/credit transactions. Yes, there is a ramp up time as with anything. I recommend Blue Sombrero.

I am surprised to see all the negative reviews because weve used blue sombrero for two seasons and had a mostly positive experience. I never have to wait long for tech support and they have always been quite helpful. I did not rate them 5 stars only because they are definitely still working out some kinks, and I wish that some additional features would be developed, but this is a free service and you get a lot from it!

How about explaining why my 19yr old daughter was charged $373 from her debit card, an unauthorized purchase, which caused overdraft charges and fees for cancelling her debit card. Then, the same charge was credited the next day, and you try to call the company to find out why this happened and they transfer you to a line, put on hold for an hour with no call back. At least try to help us figure out where this charge came from!

Ordered shirts online but never got a receipt although the money was charged to my credit card. Ive called twice, emailed twice and no replies. Seems as if they prefer to take your money and run without delivering a product.

Should have one login-so many teams use this and you have to create a new user login, password for each team you are a part of...why not just have one with the teams listed and let us select which one we are signing up, registering, paying, etc. I have 3 emails yet 5-6 teams using blue sombrero...got use different email or it says, this email is being used...etc. Not user friendly at all....Or if you cannot remember which one you used, but you get logged in...only to discover not the team you need. Crazy

This is ridiculous!!! This website and application it’s totally useless. This company has the courage to announce themself as “the leading provider of websites, registration and league management tools for youth sport organization. To whomever is behind this so call “Blue Sombrero”; you should have the dignity to at least make some minor effort to improved your so called “services provider”website/application

Tina Wilson with Blue Sombrero is the best! She was so helpful in getting our youth soccer site setup.

Very poor product. UX designer, the person who determined the menus and layout, has no business working in web design. Database functionality for standings is super bugged. Doesnt process updates in real time. Incredibly poor.

Seriously one the of the worst companies to work with. If your league is trying them as a change, please reconsider. I think their concept is a work in progress but they dont all seem to be on the same page. If you go to their FAQ page for assistance it gives you great step by step instructions but when you get to your sign on to duplicate those steps the same buttons are not there. You call (and make sure its eastern time only and no weekend) and your response it oh they took that feature off while they work out kinks months later and still not fixed. They need to get serious about their service as so far its been a complete headache. Not to mention they do charge! So dont be fooled by the no charge.

Ugh. Website. Where to start. How about his: there is no login for existing accounts on their splashpage. Youd think thatd be the first thing you might do, since everybody (google, yahoo, amazon) has blazed that terrain (almost 2 decades ago). After that, it get worse--

I like that Blue Sombrero offers evening support hours. I even get responses on the weekends when I email in.

We were promised assistance and help with our little league, but what we got was quite the opposite. You get what you pay for I guess...but we are still paying for the credit card processing, for now.
