Worst and most rude customer service.Happened to talk to to Tiffany who hung up when asked to spell their address.

Staff are somewhat friendly I guess. First time wasnt so bad. In and out in a decent time. Second time....... Several hours. I guess they were doing the best that they could.

I am a driver and I make pickups and deliveries to all the airlines in Atlanta. Today its really BAD at Swiss port (Turkish Air). The ladies behind the desks are very rude to drivers. Drivers are standing in line to pickup or deliver freight and the ladies behind the desk act as if we owe them something. While I was at the window, they were discussing who was going to buy lunch, talking about a wedding, they wereshowing pictures to each and to top it off, they have the nerve to have a nasty bad attitude. Non professional at all.I think an owner of the business should visit this establishment and act like a driver and see how hes treated

The employees at Building A are the absolute worst. VERY RUDE! Need to consider not working in customer services. Management need to had a monthly meeting stressing the importance of proper consumer services. I’m starting to think that management may need to also be educated as well. I say that because there are numerous complaints and nothing appears to be changing.

Customer service is pretty lackingStood almost 30 minutes without anyone greeting me or asking me if I had been helped yetOnce they start helping you, they are pretty good

If your looking to be disrespected ignored and all your time wasted as a driver this is the place for you. Horrible and I do mean horrible to the up most with the way the shipping and receiving dock operates right along with system that assign your your dock door. 👎😕Wish I could give no stars.

Overall we had a pretty bad experience loading here it took from 9am - 4pm to get loaded. Only giving two stars because they printed my drivers paperwork for him (very apprehensively I might add) after he had it printed twice at different locations they kept saying it wasnt clear enough. Times are difficult theres not many places to just go to get things printed right now. I really wish people would be more friendly and helpful to drivers.

Make sure you pack your patience how it goes down if youre in a semi, box truck or any truck or any truck this is how it goes down first go-to truck pass get your doc assignment next go inside get your paperwork check and once you get you paperwork checked out go onto the dock and stand there until you called Ive waited up to 6 hours...

Non-organized company! The worst customer service I have ever seen! There is no respect to drivers. You can go for vacation to Miami until they load you.

Takes an hour and half to pick up there. Need more people loading trucks.

Where do I start! If you have a life to live dont come here for anything, The only important thing to these folks are gossip, if you know them and the latest styles.( Im just a trucker here to do a job, period.) The local drivers cut up with the help and that puts everyone and everything else behind. If I never come here again it will be to soon. My company pays a driver $100.00, jus to come over here.

Monday February 4th 2019 arrived at 1130am to pick up one piece. Nearly 4 hrs later before being loaded. I saw the worse customer service I have ever experienced! The company I work began making calls to management, on my behalf to help expedite the pick up. Other drivers had been there hours before I were still not loaded. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT All COST

Was asked to pay a $60 storage fee above the regular fee but I noted the free 3 day storage, and another lady let it go(maybe they tried to cheat me since its cash only). Always issues with computers. Long wait times - 2hrs+. No time estimates given. If they had online clearance, it would be better. Nice loading staff though.

Truckers avoid this amazing place. You have to waste all your day sitting on chair and waiting for door;) They have to change their management urgent. I will avoid this place in the future or will ask broker for extra 500$ to make delivery there.

Honestly Miss Paige is nice she was really sweet to me and help me out with everything I really like her she kept it real with me and I like someone who doesn’t sugar coat but overall the place seem nice and everyone in the HR Department was really welcoming and funny ..

You better come with the right paperwork (in hand not on your phone) or you will sitting for a long time.The majority of the workers were good, youll always have one or two bad apples but place was OK. No place to eat around. They have a restroom you can use.

Every time I do a pick up at this company, its like stepping into a third world country. Nothing and no one moves fast. The computers are always slow or down. Nobody smiles, greet customers, offers explanations. There has got to be a better way to handle air freight! These problems usually trickle down from the top. Im sure the employees are frustrated too. Whoever owns and runs this place needs to wake up and smell the roses....or at least try to pick up a shipment from this facility!I have to agree the folks in the wArehouse are pretty great

Nightmare! Got here at 8:30am on a sat. They said frieght got there at 7:30am so its probably not going to be ready until next day. I waited all day sat and all of sun and still never got loaded. Gave up mon morning. Avoid this place if at all possible. It feels like purgatory or being wrongfully imprisoned!

First off the wait time at this place is rediculous. Secondly where did the find the staff not proffesional at all. Everyone seems confused and out of it. If you have to go here you better not have anything else on your agenda.

Seems like an alright place to work. Ms. Terry is the bomb straight up,but the new rude secretary Brittany has to go. The chick is very rude,childish,ignorant and needs to come off her high horse. This is probably the best job she ever had. Not she probably can get out of her mothers house.....

Poor Service with too long waiting time. bothering customers with asking Cash Only for their fee. They only accept your airway bill in hard copy and not in your cell-phone and no cooperation for printing only one page for their customers. the nearest center for printing off the airway bill is 15 minutes drive close to FedEx and DHL office. Make sure before picking up your consignment you go to the US customs to start examination process of your consignment since Swissport wont let you know about the process if you are not familiar with the procedure. Also, their website is NOT getting updated accurately and you can NOT depend on what is being shown on their website with your tracking number. Dont recommend them at all unless you have to choose them for your shipment.

*DRIVERS* make sure you go to the truckpass lot to check in before you come here. The lot is at 1586 Sullivan rd only a few miles from here.

Understaffed. Long hours waiting to pick up just a personal cargo. There is only one person seving everybody. And, one sevice can take 30 min.

I started working here about a month ago all I can say is not a good place to work,the pay is not really all that & management isn’t good I would recommend delta cargo

Terrible customer service. On hold over 45 minutes until I finally ended the call. They dont even finish their sentences before putting you on hold. The staff is clueless on who they are the handling agent for. They would benefit highly from etiquette classes along with customer service training.

Representatives are not knowledgeable as a freight forwarder I rely on the information given to me by terminals. This location advised the wrong information which cost me in the long run. The lead I spoke to was also rude and unsympathetic of an employee mess up & had no problem charging me storage for her mistake!!!EDIT: Avoid this place at all costs....

Very slow service. Plenty of idle and unprofessional staff chit chatting instead of helping their customers. Waited for an hour just to been taken cared of by a staff. Also it’s an unhygienic place. I would give it a -5 if I could.

This is the worst place to load they should leave all the merchandise if they transport so that they went bankrupt and that way all those who work there learn to take care of their work I arrived on Tuesday around 3.30 pm and around 11 at night I went to bed and I left my loading paper at the office I woke up at dawn to see if the truck was ready and they told me that for the morning this is the most inhumane thing I have seen there is no bathroom there is no water it seems that the drivers are less than nothing in this country this is the biggest lack of respect that I have ever seen they have no respect for anybody of me I will tell you that paying what you pay for me this beautiful place is sacred
